I've never been more dissatisfied with a repair company and their concern for their customers. Unbelievably friendly on the phone, and I do mean unbelievable. Stay away. Tech showed up Monday at 5:55 pm of 2 to 6 pm service window but, after after calling his manager, said it was too late to perform $700 diagnostic cut and isolation test and office would call me about when they could do it, then let slip his manager just assigned him an additional call to make that evening. Then on reschedule 4 days later, after telling me I was at the "opening of the 12 to 5 window, likely at 12:30", repeatedly kept pushing back arrival time from 12:30 to 2:20 to "maybe 5:30", but how would they have time to do the service they didn't have time for so late in the day earlier in the week? I called another company who came out, identified a leaking schrader valve, replaced it, pressure tested, and charged system in two visits in the same afternoon. wow. ​ read more

I was given many recommendations to call AirWorks ny numerous individuals on Nextdoor but oh what a scary call that was! I did not get a human it was an AI and that was super scary - First time ever speaking with an artificial operator and there was no getting a straight answer. I'm sure this company may be great but this may not be the one for me - I have 3 units and needs a more human approach. Maybe this is a way of the future but definitely not user friendly and doesn't draw me in to have confidence in this company. My mom is 87 years old lady and lived in Simi Valley CA, when her air conditioner stopped cooling I called for service different HVAC companies including Sears home services, nobody wanted to take on this service as it is in a condominium type home and their insurance does not allow them to go up on the roof. AirWorks was the only company that could handle this, I setup an appointment with them and Michael Mendoza came to check on my mom's air conditioner, after inspection he provided me with a few different ways of fixing it, I chose to go with the most expensive repair that included a new condenser that goes up on the roof and y ty hey give good warranty for that service. Michael made that whole repair very quick despite the fact that their normal time frame for a service like this was about 3 weeks at that time, my mom was able to go c back to comfortable living in less than a week!!! Great service and company. We used them a few years ago and the service was great but I didn't write a review. My heater hasn't been working all winter and I finally gave up on fixing it myself after I realized I was going to be with my jacket on, so I called them. Their serviceman came out and quickly got it working again, but told me he wasn't sure if things need to be replaced or not so we should see how it works. It didn't work for long and went out again about a half hour after he left. I called the next day and he was back out within the hour. Did some more things and it now been working for a couple of days. No additional charge for the next day. Great work and I couldn't recommend more. read more

I needed emergency repair of one of my residential HVAC units. This was an emergency because of the heatwave and forecasted 100-105 degree temperatures for several days. We had had an excellent experience with AirWorks Solutions in 2017 and they were high on our list this time. However, because of the heatwave, I called several local companies in the hopes of finding someone who could come out same day. Most had a 1+ week backlog of work and wouldn't give us the time of day - and several indicated that the symptoms I related indicated that I would need a complete new unit. (UGH!) When I spoke to AirWorks, it was a much more friendly and empathetic response. They also said they had a backlog, BUT they said they would try to alter schedules and find a way to come by and take a look. An hour later, the office called me and said they would send one of their techs, Steve, over later that day to assess the issue. Steve arrived just after midday (3 hours after my call). He could not have been nicer. He got to work immediately. Bear in mind that he was working in 102 degree heat in the direct sun. He quickly diagnosed the issue - a capacitor in the compressor (or similar). So, instead of having to replace the entire unit, he was able to fix it with an on-hand part - in less than 40 minutes. We had the entire house cooled down in less than another 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good about Steve and AirWorks. Super professional, and very effective. Shopped around for HVAC options, AirWorks was the only company that was extremely thorough in their inspection, they took pictures of what needed to be fixed and sat down with me and my husband and answered all our questions and explained all of their suggestions in detail. They had a great financing option and were available for install immediately, literally the next day which was greatly appreciated since I have a little one and it was only getting hotter. Oscar was super enthusiastic and very knowledgeable when we had questions, and Stephanie was the owner but very humble and down to earth and even made some very good points to consider when making our decision! The install crew (Michael, Tristan, Joey, Sebe and Jorge) were really quick and professional and got the job done in just 2 days! They were also very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Come on, so many five star reviews?! Well, I have to say that Yelp, and high ratings, are where I look for services, and in this case that's how I picked Airworks Solutions to come out for an issue we had with our air conditioning system. But, sometimes I'm not sure if the reviews are real. Well, in this case they are, at least for us! Our ac system had quit working during a hot spell and we were worried about getting someone out here in a timely manner, and they so in two days, which is understandable during a busy time. Angel, the young technician that came out presented himself as very polite, personable, and professional. He asked questions in detail, which made me feel good that he understood the issues that would help him find the problem without wasting time. He spent several hours under and outside the house and constantly let me know what he had done, and finally what the solution might be and the price for the repair. It was less than $300 and seemed very reasonable for the time he spent finding the issue. Angel got the ac working again, and said he wanted to make sure there were no other issues and wanted to come back out with another tech and do some additional testing. He came back a few days later with Parker, who like Angel was very polite, personable and professional. They tested the system and found no other issues. They also adjusted the condenser fan after I mentioned it had been making noise. They both seemed respectful of our house and wore covers over their shoes. There was no charge for coming back out and I was told to call the office if there was an issue, or even if the fan was just making noise again. We have been fortunate to have found great trades people, contractors, and companies through good reviews on Yelp, and I have to say that Airworks Solution in now one of them, and now I see why it gets so many five star reviews. Good service at a fair price, and great employees like Angel and Parker. They will definitely be who we will call in the future for any of our heating or air conditioning needs. read more
