I wanted to write a review after getting eyebrow threading and tinting several times. My eyebrows are always uneven when I leave. I do realize everyone does not have a symmetrical face. The tint also didn't last more than a few days. It annoys me because I have tried at least 4 different people and I always leave botched. PING is my favorite eyebrow threading lady. She is quick & the results are good & I may be imagining it, but I think it also hurts less when she does it, compared to others who work here. When she's not there, I just let whoever's available do my eyebrows -- they're not quite the magician that Ping is, but they're good enough. I like that there's usually not a very long wait on weekdays, so I usually walk in without an appointment. One minor annoyance is that they tend to try to upsell me on other products, but it's not a huge deal. read more

Can I give no stars to this salon chain! Please dont be misled by the poster and advertising that they give free eyebrow threading if you buy $50/-or above from Keemat. Its hoax! Its once in a lifetime deal but they never mentioned that on poster in addition the employees insult you as if you cant get eyebrows worth $10\- by yourself. Seriously!?!?! How ridiculous they are! Received a bad customer service. Went there last week to do hair coloring. Coloring was completed and still all white hairs remained same. Person who did coloring didn't say a word and when I went back same day, I had to argue for a redo of coloring. Second time of coloring, I had to pay additional amount for hair wash eventhough their first time work was not good which made me redo whole thing. read more

Went there today for a half leg wax, face polish, and threading. The lady on #3 didn't even prep my legs before waxing. Then she took me on for a a face and neck polish. Face is $25 and neck is $5 and she asked me if I want to do the back neck. I said yes and she said it'll be extra. Like what the heck? Shouldn't "Neck" include your WHOLE neck? But i was like whatever it's probably an extra $5. After everything was done I went to pay. She charged me $20 (other than the $25 for the face) for the back and front neck. I came out to the sunlight and noticed that the polish was not done properly and there was still some patches that were standing out. I have been to this location for a face polish 3-4 times and this was literally the worst experience. I will not be coming back here and paying $45 for a face and neck polish. read more

I arrived to Aisha's Sugarland on Friday to accompany a coworker. We walked into the salon which has a dedicated waiting area and service area on the other side. I let the cashier know I was interested in having my brows threaded and I was told to take a seat immediately. I didn't wait long before a lady came over and I explained my expectations and she begin work right away. In about 3 minutes my brows were done just how I requested. I went to the front and paid and the staff were so polite. I originally bought a Groupon for this new location just to give it a try. I've been here several times and so far, I've had consistent results. The first time I was here, it was beyond busy. I waited 45 minutes for an eyebrow threading on a sunday afternoon. This last time, I didn't have to wait at all. I'm not too sure how it will be next time, so it's probably better to make an appointment. I've had two different people thread my eyebrows. Good shape for my face, not too painful (at some places, you can feel each hair rip off your face...by the time you're all done, you've cried a river), consistent results even though I had different people each time. Prices are the same at all Aisha's Salons. Eyebrow is $7 and Upper Lip $3. They also have specials throughout the week. Those are definitely worth checking out. A Plus - they take credit cards (you can also leave tip on the credit card) and they're a tad friendlier than the people over at Settler's way. fyi - if the receptionist says 15 -20 minutes wait on a walk in, it always turns into a consistent 35 - 45 min wait. I decided to give this location a try since it's not too far from the other location that I go to on Settler's Way. I've been a loyal customer at the other Aisha's and after my last horrible visit, I was done with that place. This location is very clean and the customer service so far seems pretty good. I came in for an eyebrow threading last week and Asma did a fairly good job. She missed a few hairs towards my eyelid but that area hurts the most for me anyway. She also threaded my upper lip and did wonderfully. I went in today for my first facial ever as well as my first hot oil scalp massage - both done by Asma. I went on a Monday since they have 50% off facials. I chose the 24K Gold Facial. I had a 12:00pm appointment and when I got there, I had to wait 10 minutes since she was working on someone else when I got there -irritating, but it happens, I guess. During my facial, I felt relaxed the entire time and I loved it. Not sure if I would choose the same facial again though since I'm pretty sure the other facials will work the same. The 24K Gold Facial is $65 while the others are fairly cheaper. My hot oil scalp massage was amazing! I've never had one before and I will definitely come back to get more. The massage lasts 10 minutes and then you will be placed under a dryer for 10 minutes. She suggests that you don't wash your hair for a few hours to get the benefits from the treatment. One thing that I did not appreciate was that I tried using my punch card for the facial and the receptionist told me that I couldn't use it on Mondays since I only paid the promotion price. Bummer but oh well. I still felt like I was forking over a good amount of money. All in all, my experience has been nothing but pleasant and I hope to be more than satisfied during my future visits. read more

This place is horrible! I went to get facial with gift card my husband bought for my bday, after they tried to charge me more than what was listed as price they honored the price then asked for my gift card before services to see if they take it. The gift card was purchased from them at that very location so I knew they took it. They took the gift card and held on to it, while I got facial which was aggressively given. I could tell I never wanted to go back so I wanted to use the rest of card on that visit and asked for a wash and blow dry. She washed my hair and attempted to blow dry. She made comments such as "I dont know how to do your type of hair". I am African American, of course. I left with my hair partially wet and standing allnover my head. They couldn't provide me the service I asked but I still had money on gift card so while I'm trying to leave they are trying to sell me a product I didnt not ask for. It's clear they're trying not to give me the rest of card back. I dont want to come back either but as my hair is wet and dripping I'm getting quite frustrated and let the lady know I just want my card to leave. The customers are looking at my hair with a wow look as was I. My hair was so dry. How and why is my hair so dry after you washed and deep conditioned it? This was horrible. And even worst I still have $45 on card. This place is close to our house and my husband just went in to get me some pamper services but this was horrible! I never put reviews but I went to this location for the first time as my regular threader was out of town. Had full face threading done. The threader cut my face all over and blamed my skin for it. I have never had this issue before; it is rare for me to get cuts. When I get back home, she missed so many spots of hair all over my face. I paid more than double here for a poor threading job. The threader was very sweet and courteous but I would not return to this facility. Over priced with poor results. read more

First time at this location since I was in the area. I walked in asking to get my eyebrows threaded then asked could they do my boyfriends, they said it was an all women salon. So he goes next door to specs while I get them done. I hear him come back and ask could her use the restroom very politely because that's just how he is. The girl comes and asks the woman who is doing my eyebrows and by the tone In her voice I could tell that she said no. So I'm done, get up to pay and as I walk to my boyfriend he says they didn't let me use the restroom. I could've handled it a lot differently but decided to write a shity review! Excellent eyebrow service by dishawn. Mispelled her name i am sure. However i tried their diamond facial with microdermabrasion and i was very disappointed.came in with relatively clear skin just wanted some blackheads removed from my nose and t Zone. She was rough and fast. After the service i still had a substantial amount of clogged pores and visible blackheads. Not to mention, the entire service she was splashing me with water and my hair was soaked in water and mask from my face. Would not recommend for facial. While attempting to get my eyebrows threaded(which I prefer to painful tweezing and waxing) at Aisha's Salon I was greeted with hostility and intolerance. I was immediately turned away and told that Aisha's only offers services for women, something I hadn't read on their website or in reviews. I was astonished at the fact that in today's day and age businesses are still discriminating based on gender. The lady who greeted me was beyond rude and i would not recommend this salon to any female friends, granted they don't cater their services to males. I am astounded and disgusted by the blatant sexism present at Aisha's. To any males thinking of going there for threading services, don't. Priya's salon is but a mile away and they do male threading. This was a truly horrible experience. I would give zero stars if possible. read more
