You cook the thin pieces over a hot stone and apply some of the seasonings like salt it comes with. I cooked each side for about 30 seconds, sprinkled some salt, and it melted in my mouth! I ended my meal with their carrot cake and it was moist, not overly sweet, and had a great savory taste. I really enjoyed my time here and certainly will be back again.
