The first service I had with Adam was in November of 2025. I had a circuit board that needed repair on my stove. Adam was quick to learn what was needed and repaired it effectively. I had another technician come out and quoted 300.00 for a new board. Adam determined it was a broken wire which he found and repaired saving me a lot of money. Current I had Adam install my new dish washer with the same promptness, quality of work and efficiency. He is always on time and courteous. The price with both services has been very fair. I live out in the country and it can be challenging to find people willing to come up my little dirt road, especially for things like appliance repair. But AJ's came out. To my horror, the reason the dryer was burning so hot and melting things was because the previous owners had used a gas dryer for propane hook up without the proper conversion kit. Why this wasn't caught during the home inspection I don't know. Anyway, it was therefore not covered under the homeowner appliance warranty. Luckily AJ's had several refurbished dryers that I could buy for $250 so I was able to get a much nicer near commercial size dryer instead and it was installed for free. read more

He also took time to clean the inside of lint and was happy to do so! Our dryer now works great - it needed a new roller wheel. I wrote a brief review and now I can't see my review. So I would like to write a more detailed review this time because I am not happy at all with this company. My oven stopped working and the repairman came and told me it would cost $430 to repair. He knew if I needed to replace a very reasonable one, it would cost at least $500. My oven is probably 20 years old but Viking and good one. He spent less than 30 minutes to replace 2 ignition parts. I asked him to write the invoice first and he refused and started working. After replacing the 2 ignition parts, he wrote: $93 for each ignition parts, tax $14, labor $230. $230 for labor less than 30 minutes work . It seems he offered the highest price that he knew I would have to take. Because he is right here in my house and he can fix it today instead of me going shopping for a new oven and paying him the diagnosis fee. I feel ripped off. Please do not use this company. You should not have to pay $230 for easy job which takes less than 30 minutes. read more

Used this company before so i called them out for a heater repair. Technician charged an $80.00 fee to tell me my filter was dirty and thats why my heater was not working. So my Samsung dryer took a dump and I was extremely nervous upon inquiring repair and Adam was able to fit me into his schedule 48 hours after I made the initial call. Unfortunately when Adam came out to see what was exactly wrong with my dryer he informed me that we would have to order the replacement part. He assured me he would acquire the part as soon as he possibly could. No joke three days later my part arrived as promised. Adam immediately put me on the schedule to install my replacement part, in less than a week Adam was back and fixing my dryer! Very friendly & extremely reasonably priced. Had them fix my in-laws washing machine. They arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had "diagnosed" it myself and was sure it had to be the pump motor. Well I was right, but it was merely the wiring that was damaged. AJ could have easily sold me a new pump but instead repaired the wiring and only charged me for the service call. Do not use this company!!! On my receipt it says I have 1 year warranty for labor and 1 year warranty for parts they came out 10/21/19 to fix my Samsung front load dryer and today it is 9/11/20 so I called them and the very rude lady pretty much called me a liar! Then I asked if they come out can she wave the diagnostic fee since the dryer is doing the exact same thing she said have a nice day and hung up on me! Wow really!!! I called Aj on Monday to schedule an appointment for a repair on my front loader. They answered very quickly and they were able to get me an appointment for Tuesday. The arrival time was for 10-12 and AJ arrived by 11:30. He was through and efficient! He was able to fix the problem with no problem! He had the part in stock that was needed to fix the problem. Could not be happier with the service. Our old washing machine of 15 years finally died. So we took a chance on buying second hand from a FB page. Brought home the "new" washer, set it all up plugged it in and......nothing. It did absolutely nothing. Do not, repeat do not hire this repair company. Young inexperienced kid came out to fix my Kitchenaide Dishwasher. He arrived with a fold out description of the model. (First red flag). He said it was fixed and left. It was not fixed called and the scheduled him to return many days later. Again he came said it was fixed. He said though if you still have a issue i will take it out of your home and to my shop. Called the next day it was not working same issue. Called to get my money returned and was told he should be paid for his labor. I stated that he did not fix the issue he was hired to fix and that I would need the return of my money. She said she would check with management and get back to me. Never heard from her so I called again. No answer so left a message. Clearly they are not experienced enough to fix appliances. Adam came out in one day- exactly in the stated timeframe the receptionist gave - to fix my 2004 fridge which had stopped cooling. The receptionist called in the morning to confirm the appt. and again when he was on his way -- he arrived promptly. Very friendly and upfront in explaining what he was doing and was happy to let me watch. The problem was a simple relay to the compressor (which he checked first because that is the most common problem) and he had it replaced in 10 minutes. He gave me advice about keeping this fridge running and advice about which brands to stay away from when I decide to replace this one- most helpful!
