I had originally come in because I needed a new tire and had scheduled a oil change as well For another date went back to do. The oil change was unable to do that because I ended up needing a new oil pan. I was able to work out a payment plan that suited me and get my car fixed not only get a new oil pan, but fix some noises that were happening in my car as well. The guys here are really great and have great personalities very satisfied with the service. read more

Marco and embassy tire and wheel shop is the best! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend them to anyone. Marco was very informative and communicated very well, sent pictures of the progress of work being done to my truck. I work out of town and work 6 days a week. So my time is limited. Marco picked up my truck to get work done and dropped it off when it was complete. These are my go to guys from now on. Thanks for adding the leveling kit and new tires and wheels. read more

Because employee don't know the job and the owner can't keep his work I no longer have warranty on any work that was done to my car.

Called in advance to say I was coming in to add sensors to wheels. There were only 2 customers ahead of me. Two hours later I leave without having my sensors reset because supposedly their TPMS Service Tool wasn't working and next day tire has a slow leak. Skip the imbeciles at Embassy. read more

Broke my car! Didn't know how to install struts correctly. Ruined my new struts while installing them, had to go back next day because jerk didn't put the screws back in my calipers and that could've caused our death. I drive a child around in this vehicle. These people DO NOT CARE about screwing up your car. They tried to even pull a black dude from another location to deal with me since I'm black. Elmer(the young one) thinks this is a game and his pathetic choices in mechanics ain't the business. If I only had a lift, I would have done the job myself since I'm a mechanic also. I know my vehicle and I can perform a simple strut installation without the risk of my life part. They still wouldn't give me ANY of the money back, wouldn't even attempt to repair them correctly. And destroyed my brand new struts. Now I have to pay to replace them all over again because they are bad again after 4 months. THANKS FOR NOTHING EMBASSY. Took my truck to Embassy to have tires and rims I picked up put on. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am, they said it would be a few hours... 6 HOURS later I got my truck back. Noticed at the shop when I went to pick it up that there were missing lug nuts on multiple rims as well as mismatched lug nuts on multiple rims. To top it off, one of my gloss black new rims were aggressively gouged by the installer as well as one of my brand new tires was "mysteriously" sliced on the inner side wall. They have still yet to 100% resolve the situation. The communication with this shop is beyond terrible. Nobody calls back to let us know what's going on and how this situation is going to be resolved after they repeatedly tell us they will call us back. We have to keep calling them to see what's going on and still yet to have a clear understanding on how they are going to resolve this. This shop seems to have very poor management as well as very inexperienced techs working on vehicles. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Marco "sr" the owner helped me tremendously! My sister was in need badly of tires, NO one had used 19in tires except this shop. She drives a AWD vehicle and should have replaced all 4. We had a trip to Phx planned the next day. New tires would need to be ordered and would take 2 days to get here. He loaned us the used tires (no additional cost, and put them on her car right then) and I was able to order 4 new tires, that out the door beat discount tire hands down. There was another sales person(I can't remember his name) at the Valencia location that was extremely helpful as well, he put us in contact with the Kolb location. My sister was able to make her phx trip and the tires came in on time. Marco checked in Saturday to let us know they arrived and that my sister could come in to have the new set installed. . He asked if she had made it safely as well. Thank you Embassy and Marco for all of your help and kindness!!! read more

I got new wheels and tires for my Tesla from here just recently. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact I wasn't initially as satisfied with the ride quality of the cheaper tires I first put on so I brought the vehicle back and they swapped them out without any issues or charges.
