I gave Ajax a try because i saw Ajax shuttle has already came by at least twice while i was still waiting for mine. I got the shuttle from the parking lot around 10min after i parked. Took around 15-20min from parked to the security check point, including walking. I waited around 2 min for the arrive shuttle. In the shuttle, you can hear multiple drivers communicating for their location, pickup and dropoffs. The driver will drop you off by your car during returns so you don't have to be wondering in the parking lot and look for your car. Both ways the drivers and the cashier were very friendly. read more

Never have used this crew before... but we parked with them for about 4 days and had no issues. I e-mailed them an RSVP, never heard anything back from them.... While driving up, I asked my wife to call them and see if they have spaces. She was informed they were expecting a busy weekend and would not. That did not settle with me, as I had attempted to reserve a spot a week earlier-- So I called. I explained that I had sent an e-mail and never heard back... the lady was super nice and confirmed that I had sent an e-mail and her e-mail response was bounced back multiple times......... Come to find out my e-mail address was wrong (likely my fault). She told us to come up and they would make it work. We did, and had no issues. Shuttle happened to be in the lot picking up as we pulled in and we boarded immediately. Nearly instant when we got back from our trip at the airport and driver insisted on drop off at our car. Best I can tell, this is the cheapest place to park within about a 2 mile radius of the airport. This business would be my first choice, if I get stuck going back to this Rathole of an airport. I am very much a fan of this little place...thanks to their reliable service and affordability, my fandom had kinda always been at a solid 3- to 4-stars level (I mean, it's hard to get too over-the-moon about airport parking). But, they have risen to that higher level for me. The basics: Theyhave a little gated and fenced lot in Burien, about 5-10 minutes from Sea-Tac by their own little fleet of shuttle buses that run round the clock. Their parking lot holds hundreds of cars, but I'm not exactly sure how many...it's not a mega-lot compared to some of the other places I've seen, but overall it seems like a medium-sized operation. They're pretty easy to get to via Highway 99 and then Highway 509, or from I-5 and 518 if you must. The (great!) pricing: Via their website, you can get a coupon so that each night of parking is ~$8 before taxes. That's always seemed like a good, no-frills deal to me. They have really good agency rates if you're traveling tax-exempt on business too. Airport pickup: The shuttle buses can be requested from the phones at Islands 1 and 3 at SeaTac, just the same as the other companies; look for "AJAX 2" buses, not just Ajax or you'll end up at the wrong place. They don't have as many buses as some of the other operations, so it may be a few minutes longer wait than others, but I think that's worth it since I'm saving money with Ajax 2 over those other, bigger companies. The superlative customer service: I have always found their gate attendants and drivers to be friendly and professional. But a few months ago, they went above and beyond the call: my girlfriend and I went on a vacation, and we returned late at night to a very dead battery thanks to a dome light that we left on. One of the drivers got a super-duper battery-jump electric gizmo-thing and brought the car back to life, and he did so quickly and kindly even though it was probably costing him trips and tips (we gave him some of that fat money cake for his troubles, though!). I'll keep coming back here until the day that a light rail hook up to Sea-Tac makes it to Ballard [audience laughter]. read more

There is a huge, huge thing you must know if you park with Ajax: there are two lots and two separate shuttles. I did not know this, no one told or asked me which lot I was in, and it turned into an hour-long ordeal to get back to my car after my very delayed flight home landed at 1am. I repeat: There are TWO lots and TWO shuttles. Make sure you know where you are and what shuttle you need. I am not the first person this has happened to, and I will not be the last. Other than this, people were friendly and the lot was nice. In all fairness, they did give me a discount because of the run-around, but they need to work on communicating that TWO lots exist. read more

Shuttles takes about 7 minutes to get to the airport. You have to call them from the island phone to request a pick up from the airport. I would suggest having the number programmed on your cell phone for efficiency and sanitary reasons (from the Island Phone). Note: when getting the parking validation ticket, the attendant may say go to the top of the hill and turn to a specific direction. The "top of the hill" (more like ramp) is where the first row of parking cells is immediately available, after being guided by the concrete barrier. Don't do what I did one time and literally interpret "top of the hill" and drive to the far side of the parking lot and look dazed and confused... read more

I try and get rides to the airport. But with the price of gas, and how late my flight was getting back into SEA, I figured it would be best to just suck it up and pay exorbitant prices to park at the airport. I found great prices for Ajax online. With a coupon it's only $7.50 a day. Sure with all the taxes and "fees" you are paying more like $10, but that is still less than most of the other places. This is Self Park, and the Shuttle comes to you. The shuttles run like every 5-7 minutes and take about that long to get you from the Parking Lot to the Airport. When we got back, we called, and there was already a shuttle on the way. The shuttle ended up being packed, and they had to actually turn people away. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because since it is self-park, and the shuttle takes you to your car, if your car happens to be farthest away, you have to wait while everyone else gets dropped off first. Sure, it doesn't take that long. But at 10 PM when you are exhausted from your trip, all you really want to do is get to your car and go home. All in all though, I was very happy with Ajax, and am actually planning on using them again for my next trip out of SEA. read more

I never wrote a review for Ajax because I thought "all these car lots are the same." NOT TRUE! For the first time, I tried a competitor (WallyPark) and had a horrible experience. But let's focus on the positive of Ajax: - so inexpensive; especially with that coupon - prompt service from airport (I thought this was a "given" in the parking service but WallyPark took over 20 minutes to pick me up and is about .5 miles from the airport. Don't let Ajax's location discourage you- they are still much more prompt than a lot of the competition) - great costomer service! Twice when parked there, my car's tire went flat from a previous issue. Both times, the Ajax staff had me come to their front office and they filled my tire with their pump- so great! I would like to give this lot 4 and a half stars but I can't so I am giving them four stars. What I love: - It was very easy for me to get a reservation. - The whole experience was no-hassle. The airport pickup and drop-off was timely and courteous. What they can improve: - The website has in small print that there is a per stay additional fee of about $7 that is tagged on to your check. Every airport parking lot charges this, but Masterpark, for example, shows this extra charge clearly on their website. On the AjaxParking RUs website, the message is in very small print so it took me by surprise. My wife and I used Ajax for the first time this past weekend. We had looked on Yelp for the best bang for the buck, combined with the best service and decided to give Ajax a shot. We got in on Friday afternoon, and our shuttle was at our car picking us up before we even had our bags out of the trunk. They took our bags and brought them onto the shuttle as well. We had a smooth and short 5 min ride to the airport where we unloaded and the driver unloaded our bags after dropping us off at the nearest entrance for our flight. Very smooth process. On our return (Wednesday afternoon), we dialed "50" from the phone in the pickup area, and had a maximum 2 min wait until the shuttle arrived. Again they loaded our bags for us, and we enjoyed a smooth 5 min ride to our car. Upon arrival the driver unloaded our bags, and put them directly into our trunk for us. On the way out we presented our coupon (which everyone can find on their website) and ended up paying around $9.30/day after the taxes and airport fees. Ajax was a great experience, with no horror stories, siphoned gas, extra mileage on the odometer, or new damage on the car. You park it in a secure/well lit lot, and take your keys with you. I was introduced to Ajax R Us one day when I forgot to reserve a spot at their sister lot, Ajax 1. I'm glad that lot was full that day because Ajax R Us is now my go-to parking lot whenever I travel! Ajax R Us is less than ten minutes away from the airport. It's located away from most of the other airport parking lots, it's definitely worth the extra couple minutes drive for me. Why is Ajax R Us different than any other airport parking lot around Seatac? First, the price is hard to beat. They have a coupon online, which makes it $7.75 plus tax per day. More importantly, I always feel comfortable and safe parking my car there. Their shuttle service pulls up right next to your parking spot, so you don't have to drag your heavy luggage at all from your car. Also, their customer service is one of the best I've seen from airport parking lots. One time, I called them to ask if they could swing by my car to check to see if they saw the item through the window (I was paranoid that I lost something on my trip!) It was an inconvenient request for them, but they were super nice and checked for me instantly. Ajax is good, cheap, and convenient! The drivers are very courtious and you never have to wait too long at the airport to pick you up. Remember, it's the AJAX 2 shuttle - don't step in the wrong one! The lot is a bit tricky to find if you're trying to use either the Google Maps app or the Apple Maps app. Both direct you to the wrong place. I have parked at two other locations for Park and Fly (ShuttePark2 and MVP) and I think this may be my favorite. Reserving was a snap - you just email them and they confirm. In fact, I emailed them with my work email and when they responded, they let me know that I had a corporate discount in place that I wasn't aware of. How's that for service. I just showed them my business card when checking out and it was as easy as that! Even without the discount, this seems to be one of the cheaper places to park. They also have prompt pick up. Also, recently I left my bluetooth earpiece on one of the shuttle and realized it quite a while later. When I called, they combed through the entire shuttle, and found it! We've used Ajax Parking twice now and have been completely satisfied both times. This last time, arriving early on a Sunday AM, we were literally followed to our parking spot by the van driver. We (and our luggage) were quickly on board and we were off to the airport within two minutes of pulling into the lot. Upon our arrival back, we happened to see the Ajax van at the airport before we even had the opportunity to call for a ride. We flagged the driver down. He pulled over (at his designated place, of course). Again, we were on board and headed back to our car before you could say, "wow, this is too easy." Upon checkout, my husband commented that the booth attendant was about the friendliest person he'd ever encountered doing such a job. Parked here a few times for weekend getaways from Seattle. Its very convenient to get to: one exit past the airport and 3 minutes away once you get off the highway. When you pull into the gated entrance and get a ticket, the attendant will tell you which row to park in and tell a shuttle to go to that row a few moments later. Once parked, the shuttle is trailing you by a minute or two meaning you don't have to wait around at all! Its a short 5-10 minute drive to the drop off area, depending on traffic, its not bad at all. When you get back into Seattle, pick up takes 10-15 minutes at the most after you call them and say where you are. Its easy to wave down the shuttle and the shuttle back is pretty smooth. They will drop you off as close as they can to your car (as long as you remember what row you parked in). Paying was a breeze and again everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I have a AAA membership and received a small discount on the fare, but they also offer a coupon that you can show from your phone which will also bring down the price a little, so be prepared and have it ready to show them when you get to the gate to exit! This place is easy and cheaper than parking at the airport..I'll probably keep parking here every time I fly at Seatac! read more

First timer with Off-Airport parking facility. I had a really good experience with Ajax Parking Rus. Easy drop-off process. Pull up, get a ticket, was informed that their van is on the way to the parking lot to pick us up. Found a spot without too much trouble. Shuttle. Both drivers were very professional and helpful. I was travelling with family so I had a few pieces of luggage. Drivers helped with loading and unloading. Short drive to the airport. Dropped off at the same location as the other off-airport parking companies. Easy/quick access to the terminal. Pick up process - Got our luggage and went to the waiting area and called them. Shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was around 10-11 PM so your mileage might varies depending the crowd. We were the only passengers. Having said that, they have a few shuttles around, so I am sure they can handle the crowd without any problem. Some people prefer to call them before getting their luggage, but it may not work well because the shuttle can't really wait for you at the pick-up location. There are a lot of shuttles from other companies and they really have to keep moving to avoid traffic jam. I had some questions about my bill (w/ AAA discounts) and called them the next day. The lady who helped me was able to explain the details and confirmed my discounts. That's probably one thing that they should improve, which is a more user-friendly bill. It's not the fastest way to the terminal, but it's the greatest deal around. Fast service and cheap with a coupon (AAA membership is slightly cheaper than the coupon rate.) I found this place based on favorable Yelp reviews, so my wife and I tried it out for a 9-day trip out of Sea-Tac Airport. As the other reviews have stated, this place is a class act. The lot in Burien, but it's still just a few minutes from the airport. You don't have to deal with any of the Highway 99 (International Blvd) traffic, which is nice. The price is way lower than most of the lots, and it's even better for AAA members. The lot is secure and very clean. After parking, the shuttle picks you up promptly right at your car and brings you to the terminal. When you return, you simply call 50 on the courtesy phone and the shuttle picks you right up. For us, it took less than 10 minutes for them to come, and we were back at our car just a few minutes later. The drivers and cashier we dealt with were all very nice. They also provide complimentary bottled water on the shuttle. I'll definitely use this lot again. read more

We've tried several of the lots in the area, but we keep returning to this one. Why? Online coupons, a quick shuttle, friendly service, and the shuttle picks you up from your car. It's the most reasonable lot we've found with quick service to the airport. Plus, it's secure. One entrance in and out. Though I still wouldn't leave any valuables showing in your car in the lot (duh). Now that we have a baby, my baby daddy drops junior and me off and takes our car to Ajax. This most recent time I called for directions and the woman working was extremely rude and laughed at me because I was unsure which direction I was traveling on a road in an area I'm really unfamiliar with. Their proximity to the airport is good, always room to park, and their shuttle service is fast. The facility is clean and totally secure, I've never had a single problem. I have parked a few places while traveling and I just really like the Ajax pre-pay lot. They are only $7.99 a day and really simple. I just purchased a new vehicle and feel completely comfortable parking it with them. They have surveillance cameras and really good drivers who I believe would handle a situation if need be. I left my beloved car here for 9 days while over seas. I can't tell you how nervous I was due to having had a window smashed while hiking. The incident has really put me on edge. Everything turned out okay. I realized, moments before making my drive from Bellingham, that I had been looking at the wrong parking lot and reservations are recommended. This turned out not to be a problem on a non-holiday weekday. Plenty of parking spaces available. Parking spaces are very tight. This is the downside. I felt like I was jamming my poor car into a tight space. There's definitely the increased chance of someone scratching your car if they're not careful when opening their car doors. Shuttle service both to/from the airport is easy. The shuttle driver will drive right to you and assist with luggage if needed. The driver will also give you a card with your parking area listed and pickup instructions. Upon return from your trip, you call the company on a courtesy phone at the airport, give them your island number, and they'll pick you up. My wait time may have been 5 minutes. Not too shabby! The service is available all hours. Look up the website and get a coupon. Mention the coupon when checking out. For 9 days, after fees to the city and taxes, I spent about $91. I can live with that. SeaTac parking would have likely cost around twice as much. Easy well lit and convenient parking. I'll be returning to Ajax for future trips. read more

This place was really great and convenient! I would definitely be a returning patron. Their parking lot is clean, organized and well-lighted. I arrived about 6 am, drove to the gate and the friendly lady told me which row to park in. Once parked, the van was waiting for me already. The driver was very friendly especially at 6 am! It was a really quick 6 minute ride to the airport. Coming back at about 11 pm, I called them from the island and they said they were on their way. I waited about 10-15 minutes for the van to arrive which was a bit long but I understand that it was fairly late at night. The service was great, and the price @ $8.50/day seemed great with the on-line coupon but be aware that it appears they don't charge days like some of us may expect. Leaving one day and coming back the next may only be for one night but it could be considered 2 days on the bill. I expected our Saturday to Saturday stay would be 7 days but it was charged as 8 days on our receipt - maybe because we left early in the morning but came back after noon. Still, that wasn't cheating us - just be aware they count the day you leave and the day you come back. I intend to use them again whenever I fly. Best lot to park in, especially if you don't want to valet your car. I've parked here probably 4 times -- by the time I'm getting my suitcase out of the car the shuttle has already pulled up to my car to pick me up and take me to the airport. Can't get better than that! The drive is about 5-10 minutes and as a nice little touch they usually have free bottled water on the shuttle. Return can be a little slower -- I've been picked up in minutes (clearly a shuttle was already inbound), the longest I've ever waited is about 15 minutes. I've waited longer than that for a cab, though. Get their coupon from their website -- it drops the price down to about the cheapest self-park you can find. I've found slightly less expensive lots but they tend to be motels, and valet park which I don't think compare to this lot -- it's VERY well lit, and staffed 24/7. For one of the cheapest lots (if you have the coupon) it's surprisingly great. read more
