It shows me the quality of the business on how they take care of their employees, and in return how the employees take care of their customers. Well, this market is open on most holidays, and does not pay its employees time and a half. I felt sorry for the mother of 3 small children working on Christmas Eve and Christmas day starting at 8am, and only getting her small hourly wage.
