Ajisai provides a perfect dining experience to start the night in WeHo - the Benji roll is not to be missed and neither is their spicy tuna roll - this spot has a higher quality of sushi with fantastic prices and reminds me of our times in Tokyo.

Delicious sushi at decent prices! Enjoyed the Mr. Shoei and Mr. Clinton rolls. Compared to other sushi places, seems like there are less specialty roll selections but more sushi/sashimi options

It's my second time back & I love thier sushi!! I've been getting the Ms.Clinton every time as well as the pork gyoza ! It just hits every time. Highly suggest this place for some good sushi in West Hollywood. The prices are great and not overpriced. Great parking available around as well !!

My dear friend who is the mayor of Weho brought me here to celebrate her award for from StoneWall Honors 2024. I just fell in love with the service and the cuteness of this restaurant. The ambiance was cozy and had such a great vibe. Everything we ordered on the menu was delicious. The miso soup was delicious along with all the food down to the green tea ice cream. I will be back again and so glad she showed me this place!

Super small and cute little restaurant- the staff is very kind and welcoming and give it a family style feel. The pork gyoza is a must and the veggies were tasty as well, we added a dash of soy to give it some additional flavor. The salmon was delicious and a perfect starter. The rolls were so fresh and and filling too- the selection is perfect, although I do wish there were a couple more specialty roll options.

I loved this restaurant! Very quaint and cozy inside and note that it's street parking only so depending on time of night you might need to use the lot right next door. Palm has a few meters but it's permit parking as you go north FYI. I've been presuing the multiple Japanese options along Santa Monica Blvd and I think this spot is my favorite. Prices were fair and service was a bit slow but with only 2 runners, I didn't mind at all because... Their Biscotti is THE best spicy tuna on rice I've had so far in LA. Huge portions of the tuna on a bed of their crispy rice. Must get! Dragon Roll was also great. They do not skimp on the spicy tuna and I adore them for that. Dynamite is a casserole looking dish and I LOVED it as a scallop person. It's basically a lot of scallop and mushrooms cooked in a cream cheese, can't get more decadent than that! Eager to try more of their dishes!!!

I was really excited to try this place, it's walking distance away, and really cute! I wasn't overly impressed with the sushi or sashimi, I felt like it could be better. Not too thrilled by the Mr Trump roll, didn't like that the menu had a political slant, there were other presidents too, but, Trump?!? This is Weho and I don't live here to be reminded that Trump exists when I am eating Sushi. Otherwise, it was a good regular place, nothing special and quite pricey. No miso soup included as complimentary starter, which is pretty standard. Prices were kinda high, I get it...but, I thought $10 for garlic edamame was over the top. Probably won't return, there's other places that are better near by.

Great little place to eat at. The service was really great and the food was delicious if ever in town give it a shot.

It's a friendly neighborhood sushi place in WeHo, not fancy just a small place with small outdoor seating and couple seats inside. The service is a little slow but good, I came at the busy time so it took a while for the food to arrive: The menu is quite affordable, and the fish is good quality and the pieces are big. The spicy tuna on crispy rice is good and interesting, never had it in any other sushi place. The sushi comes in two pieces per order and the fish cut is pretty generous, and each piece taste very fresh. The trump roll is delicious, highly recommended.

    Mr. Clinton Specialty Roll...yummy.

Love this adorable, classic sushi restaurant. It's right on Palm across the street from Santa Palm Car Wash. Inside it feels a bit like Little Tokyo because it's very cozy and looks like an authentic Japanese sushi place with bamboo frames, yellow walls and some Japanese decorations. Nothing flashy here, and it's really charming. The rolls are fantastic. I love the names of the rolls... the Bill Clinton roll is my favorite. Great bottomless iced green tea. Be sure to make a reservation because they don't have many tables inside and they get booked up. Was lucky and just walked in today when it was not busy. My favorite seat is the table for two by the window. Great place for a date! There's metered parking on the street, or try the paid lot just to the west or one of the West Hollywood parking structures...one is a 5 minute walk east.

To my Yelp community, I feel compelled to share this treasure of a spot. I'm thrilled to have been shown this wondrous gem! I'm Pretty sure you can't go wrong w any options on this menu, but here are my recommendations; Let me know what you think! First of all - a must order... the grilled spicy shrimp roll- I was sceptical at first when my husband ordered this, but when it was brought to our table I shrieked w delight! of course I forgot to take a photos as I scoffed it down, but let me describe to you. Perfectly seasoned shrimp, tobiko, aioli mix... in a cut roll, each side perfectly crisp. The flavour was perfect followed by the crispy warm rice. The live scallop- served w yuzu kosho and yuzu juice, just perfect, then we were oh so thoughtfully served the scallop muscle sautéd w shiitake mushrooms in its shell. Such a thoughtful use of ingredients, well done chef! Overall incredibly fresh seafood done w care, thoughtfulness, passion, and craft! My friends- give this place a try! You won't regret it!

Flavorful miso soup perfect for chilly nights. Wine, beer and sake' available.

Even the marble bar where you're seated is stunning and adds so much to the experience. The food and service were both 10/10. We had a large group so we sat at one of the back tables, and the timing of everything was so off. Because they have a set menu, it got really confusing: they didn't split up the orders at all, so we kept having to ask around the table who ordered what. It would have been so much better if they'd just given everyone separate dishes, or even a separate order form so we could keep track of what we each got. Small thing, but it genuinely made the meal more stressful than it needed to be. The handrolls themselves were just okay. Pretty pricey too, and I didn't feel like the quality of the fish justified what we paid. Not one I'd rush back to, unfortunately.
