Josh, the technician was kn owledgable and extremely thorough in figuring out the issue with the furnace, M onica and Trisha at the front desk kept me apprised of when the part might come in and made sure that it was installed on the very Monday my family arrived. THe installation wnent smoothly, it was explained clearly and eveyone involved made an upsetting situation go smoothly. Had this company come out in 2023 and replace an electrical outlet on the vack of my garage. Socket…read moreshorted out, shocked me when I went to uncover the box to see what was going on. Generally , the only time that happens is when there's a connection with the ground wire that is not properly installed or covered. So I turned off the power to the garage and started to remove the box. Water started coming out of the bottom of the box , which I realized at that time , they hadn't sealed the box properly. I couldn't find the receipt as to who did the work to call to come back and fix it.So I didn't want to touch any further and called a different electrical contractor. They came out and removed the box, which was severely rusted on the bottom.Actually, arc, on where the plug would go into the socket.And you couldn't even get one of the screws out because it was so badly rusted. I had to pay another almost five hundred dollars to have the box replaced again. That contractor told me, had it been done correctly.I wouldn't have had to change it for years.However, I also could have lost everything. My garage, everything in it.I have a swimming pool for what are caught my cars? My house and possibly even my life. I continued to search for the rreceopt nd finally found it. It was Royak oak , hitting and cooling , and cost me $429. So I contacted them. After several attempts speaking with rob and then the general manager Nick , I also sent them photographs and said I have the parts they said they would get back to me. Today Rob called to inform me that there's nothing they can do to help me that anything could've hit that box like a lawn mower, which is I'm because it's like 3 feet up off the ground.So I don't know how that would be possible or anything could have happened. I told him there was a garden in front of it , and he said if I were called down , they would have done the replacement for free , but there was nothing they could do about it now. Well, I don't know about anyone else, but would you want the company who almost burnt your property down to come back and redo it?? I told him that was fine.I'll file a complete with the state which is where I go next.I just wanted to leave my review, but I guess seeing how they only have 3 stars out of 5 it is very apparent that they don't put customers first. I called the famed T&G and they tried to rob me blind after they came out with some outrageous pricing for refrigerant. Contacted at least 5 other companies that would not tell me how much per lb they charge for refrigerant the tech will let you know after the diagnostic, no thank you. I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. I call them first the next time i need service.

The owner is Kevin and if anyone has a Phd in HVAC, he's the guy! He talked about several options I had and was out the next morning installing a new AC system at a VERY reasonable price. I never felt pressured or felt like he was just trying to sell me a new system. My new "go to" company for HVAC. Trust these guys!

I literally found this company from ad sent to my house in those value packs with coupons and this was the second business i called due to service call being so expensive and Hoover offered a coupon. (YES PLEASE) Let me just say - they were more worried about my plumbing then i was. Lol! I was very cautious of not saying it was an EMERGENCY because you know other business like to charge extra but initally when i called it was a leak pin hole leak on my pipes. The female on the phone (I don't remember her name) was trying to offer me a date which she had to move something around but i didn't want her to do anything extra since it wasn't bad (AT THAT TIME). We booked after a few hours, then my plumbing escalated - of course i called back and she was happy to fit me in. Please note their scheduling are just like cabling hours they'll give you a large window but they will be there!!! After getting a quote which John the technician who answered all my questions and we even joked a little due to the situation - I felt like I was made a priority. He came out on Friday and was able to get the work done on Monday - the two guys (Rhyan/Dustin) working on it was awesome. They didn't mine when i asked to take pictures because the worked looked so great and they were reporting everything especially if they needed to leave to run to the hardware store. I was happy with pricing and also they have a membership which will give you a discount along with other benefits which covers future services calls as well. Get it!!! They send you a FULL REPORT with pictures of the finish job and not just one - everything area. Will i be using them in the future?! YES and i'm a VIP member. Lol! Happy plumbing!!!

Nice installer and courteous. The booster fan I had installed on my old furnace was not properly reinstalled and now runs continuously instead of turning on and off when fan came on or I have to manually turn on and off with switch. I called them back and they said they would call me for an appointment. They didn't. I just called again, May 28th 2016 and was told they are too busy and that I should call again in a couple weeks. So, it runs non-stop. It appears that once they are paid they are in the wind. Hopefully I will never have issues with the 'warranty'.
