So I bring it back to the shop and tell them what's wrong and not only did they re patch the tire with the plug they also tell me they won't replace it because it's not leaking. My issue isn't that it's leaking, it's that I paid $80 for a used tire that was previou repaired which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Now I gave 1 star because they did replace the front tire with the cut in the sidewall but I'm pretty upset that I paid that much money and got 2 tires that were pretty much bad and now I have to ride on a tire that is plugged almost on the sidewall and the company won't replace it to keep good business. I could have bought the tires brand new from discount tires for $60 a pieve but because I was in a rush and was already there I paid $80 a piece for used tires which I didn't mind but I at least want them to be worth the money which they were not. I will not be coming back because I feel that is bad business and you shouldn't do your customers like that especially when you are overcharging them in the first place. I gave them a chance and this is what I got, hopefully busines will be better for the next customer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
