Including Freightliner. We first ask can they handle a tranny job? The on call guy QUICKLY answered we do it ALL! 2nd question when can u get started if we have it to your shop today, he also replies quickly we can start on it first thing in the morning! SWEET!!! So we set up Roadrunner wreaked service to pick up & take to their shop! The following morning Monday, we immediately are faced with delay delay delay.....excuses one after the other, this goes on for several days on Wednesday before they FINALLY say, it will be ready on Monday! Great, Then Monday rolls around and they say we don't handle Transmissions! WHAT??????? So we worked a deal, for them to drop it and arrangement to get it to a rebuild shop. We are told Wednesday & Monday for 2 weeks it will be ready! This is week 4, still don't have our truck out!!! Of course their is another issue, today is Tuesday, guess when it's suppose to be ready? TOMORROW WEDNESDAY! Unbelievable!!! Good repair shops HONEST & Affordable are in high demand.....In our experience they have yet to deliver or meet a commitment that they set! We must chase them for answers! Strongly advise to Take YOUR repair needs else where especially if it is Transmission related!!! We WILL not be back & will spread the word!

My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of.
