They don't do nothing no one answered, and when they did, the owner wasn't there, and they couldn't make the decisions

After a tire rotation, I developed a vibration in my front wheels. 4 balances later by Discount Tire, the vibration persisted. So I tried these guys, thinking I had a bent wheel. They got me rolling smooth! They found my wheels true but way out of balance (said my wheels required a mounting plate to balance, which Discount Tire did not use), and spun my tires to best spot using road force balancer (Discount Tire just spun 180 degrees). Now my SUV rides like butter! Even at higher speeds TX Hwy 130 allows. If you want your car's shoes to roll smooth, this is the place to go. They do it right! read more

update. i contacted the shop twice to ask the owner to contact me a week ago and he hasn't contacted me!!! i brought my rims in for my 2016 nissan altima over 6 month ago because they have road rash. they did an amazing job. but they totally lie when they say they strip the rims down in a acid bath and repaint them. all they did was spray clear coat on the rims to make the look shiny. please take some time and look at the (photos) i posted and you will see the clear coat peeling off!!! read more

A++ service chris is awesome had me in and out within 15 minutes. Firestone screwed me up bad they broke my tpms and told me theye are not responsible " it is what it is" said the manager i was furious. Swung by to straight wheels for them to check up on my apparent bent wheel it turned out the tech from firestone had no clue on what he was doing and left scratches and knicks everywhere on my wheels. Straight wheels made my day. From now on anything involving wheels Straight wheels is where im going. read more

They were honest and provided a very reasonable quote to fix my alloy rim that was damaged by hitting RR tracks that had not been properly maintained by the RR commission. Here is how it rolls at straight wheels (Pun Intended) I have had two previous cars to them a couple years ago and the jobs were perfect (Both BMWs) and now my 3rd one. They refinished the wheels and I bought new tires from them (The prices were competitive and I can tell you that they treat your wheels better than Discount Tire does- it's a truck/SUV world and these are nicer BMW car wheels with low profile speed rated tires attached- all that takes a bit more care- I have stories). Anyway since I didn't have a spare or another wheel for them to compare to (the car is 14 years old) the finish came out very nice but more silver-gray than silver. So they did NOTHING wrong but I wanted a brighter finish than the silver gray. Literally they took it back one working day after I asked, I offered to pay for the color change. They did the change in ONE DAY and CHARGED ME NOTHING. So this is 12 wheels- expertly done with BMW quality finishes. One of the two previous cars that I had done by them I put ~ 50k miles on the refinished wheels- no chips no flaking solid finish when I sold it. I Highly recommended this business. read more

If you even care about your wheels, stay away from here. They sent my rim to Straight Wheels to get a crack fixed and They they sent it back saying It couldn't be fixed. While it was beign sent back I found a shop that said they can fix my wheel(Dub Ballers). When I went to get my rim it had a scratch on the face of the rim! They kept saying they shouldnt have to fix the scratch because the rim was "irreparable". I was livid! Saying the rim can't be fixed is not an excuse to scratch my rim! And they had the audacity to tell me I was wrong and the scratch was there when I took it. They finally agreed to fix it and all they did was repaint the rim with completely different finish from the one it had. At that point I just took my wheel and left. I did not want to say anything about the paint job because I did not want to run the risk of them harming it more. Please do not take your rims to Hub Cap Annie's or Straight Wheels. Worst businesses I've had to deal with. Wish I could give them 0/5 stars. read more

For steel wheels, these guys are worthless or perhaps just incompetent. They said they could straighten steels but did nothing but mount the new tires. They didn't even TRY to balance them and said "we don't have the lead weights for steel wheels". They even did me a favor and ran a coarse grit grinder in places nothing was wrong. Thanks for the new rust spots. AVOID for steel rims. read more

The place has gone down since Chris no longer works there. They lost the center caps to my wheels. Poor customer service. Bad communication. I use to use Straight wheels for many years. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

this place is horrible, they completely ruined $2,500.00 worth of high end continental tires that didn't even have 500 miles on them. I took them to 3 different major chain tire and wheel companies and they all said the person that removed the tires from the rims didn't know what they were doing and completely ripped the inner rubber bead (where the tire seals and holds air) thus destroying all tires. There is several other companies that perform the same service so do yourself a favor and use somebody else if you don't want your property destroyed and you get stuck having to buy new.. read more

I finally got my replacement wheel back on Monday. The manufacturer no longer made the brushed titanium finished so I took it to Straight Wheels in Schertz. They did an amazing job matching both the color and the brushed finished! They also did it in less than 48 hours! read more

I can't say enough great things. From my first interaction (Shauna at the front desk/on the phone) I felt at ease. I had a tire with a slow leak, and thought I picked up a roofing nail. When I took it to Discount tire, they checked and told me that my wheel was bent and no longer keeping a good seal. I was about to buy 4 new rims but a friend recommended Straight Wheels first. I called right away, they quoted me a great price to fix my custom wheel, and they're very friendly and professional. I took the car right up, they removed the wheel, put the spare on and asked me to come back in 48 hours to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when they called me back and said they had found a nail, repaired my tire and it was now holding air. I went back the next day, their techs replaced my wheel and didn't charge me a dime. I can't say enough great things about how I was treated. They'll stay on my speed dial for any wheel repairs for sure! read more

The staff was friendly and great to work with, I dropped off four wheels with slight bends and they had them ready to be picked up in a few hours. They got two perfectly round again and the other two were very close. A little pricey but worth it in the end, I'll definitely be going back again for any wheel repairs I need! read more
