Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite stores to visit during holiday times. They usually have the…read morecutest decoration items. They have a variety of items for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I really liked the selection of ornaments they had this year. Prices can be compatible with the other stores. They have really good sales around holidays or after holidays. Employees are usually nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the long lines. No matter how many cashiers are working , there is always a long line. Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

Please allow me to tell you just how good this business is…read more.. The Burbank shop has a wide selection of all kinds of singles (sports, Pokemon, One Piece, etc.) that are accurately priced. There's a large variety of sealed product, too. The staff (Nathan, Daniel, E.J., Marvin, etc.) are super-friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxed. Plus if I want to sell/trade cards, it can be done very quickly - no entering your name into a computer then waiting 20 minutes for somebody to look at your stuff. The percentages paid are generous and fair. Finally, they have extended hours so it's convenient to swing by after work or at night to score the items you want. The Glendale location is mainly manned by Sam and he is great to deal with on all levels. The selection is pretty good meaning the showcases are well-stocked. While there is no buyer in Glendale to sell your cards to, the Burbank location is close-by anyway. I have recently had a plethora of satisfying transactions at both L A Sports Cards shops and they have definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommended!

They had a huge variety and were reasonably priced.the staff was friendly , let us look around without hovering over us which I highly appreciate, they just said "let us know if you have any questions or would like to see anything in the cases." We found plenty of singles to buy and even ripped our packs in store, they were even nice enough to give us sleeves for the hits we pulled. We're talking about a very small store where he sat in the back and could see people walk in. I can understand not pestering people who are shopping, but his actions are downright rude. When I asked about the hot wheels, did he get up and show them to me? No, he didn't from his seat at the far end of a store. He pointed as if he had a laser pointer on his finger, which, of course he did not. I was on my way to a party so I wasn't really interested in looking over his cars to try to find the area I had to ask him three times he never did get up. I found out later his five dollar cars go for $1.50 at Ralph's. When I recommend this place? Hell no unless you like terrible service and high prices. I don't understand why he's still in business. Maybe it's a front for something else.

This shop is located on the 2nd floor of The Block plaza. Coming from Sawtelle, you into a hallway and up a set of stairs. You are immediately greeted with everything TCG related. There are sealed products along the wall, show cases with graded cards and fan made merch?, folders with loose singles. Then along side of the area near the window you'll see table set up for gaming. There is a lot to check out, I can't say the prices are retail but more likely at competitive market rates. The craziest part is, that is not all. Walking towards the opposite side of the shop are sports cards. The area is not equally as large as the TCG side but there was for sure a lot to look at.
