We went to Aladdin Kebab House last night for dinner. I had the Chicken Korma and my wife had the Butter Chicken. It was all amazing! The naan bread was huge and fluffy! I'm not usually in this area but I happened to be passing by around lunch time. I'd planned to stop at a different restaurant but found it closed. Aladdin didn't have many cars in the parking lot (my usual gauge of how good a new place might be) but I decided to try it anyway. Boy am I glad I did! I got the chicken tikka wrap and it's excellent and generous. I'm pleasantly full without adding any sides. Not the cheapest or the fastest lunch around. If you're broke and in a hurry hit up a dollar menu drive thru. This food is cooked from real fresh ingredients and made to order and it's different from anything else you'll find in Willis or Conroe. Try it out. We drove up from the Tomball area and are glad we did. What a lovely, calm and pleasant atmosphere. The folks were all friendly, attentive and helpful and made great recommendations. And the food was delicious! We were very hungry after a long morning, so we started with samosas and naan. The samosas were flavorful and piping hot, and the naan was fresh and came with a mild but hearty chickpea curry. For our mains, I had chicken biryani, and my husband had the beef seekh kebab. The portions were large and everything was fresh and well seasoned. My chicken was tender and moist, just perfect with the slightly spicy rice. My husband was very happy with his beef, and he polished off the naan like there was no tomorrow. Prices were reasonable. I wish they were closer to our home, but it was worth the trip. The restaurant's name implies a more Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine, but it also has Indian dishes like Tikka Masala and Birjani - ALL delicious.
