What an explosion of flavor and spice! This place accommodated my party of 10 with no issues and were very friendly and helpful. The server had clearly been doing her job a long time and was great. We loved everything, but the star ended up being the cauliflower appetizer. I liked the lamb the most, sometimes lamb is gamey but this lamb was perfectly spices and cooked. The falafel was amazingly fried on the outside and warm on the inside. And can't miss out on the rice! The kibbe was great. I was most excited about the chicken pesto pitza and it did not disappoint! They also have a great dessert selection. Cheesecake!

This was my second time going to Aladdin's. And after leaving, I don't know why there was such a long time between visits. As you enter, you will see a glass container with some great looking desserts. The seating area is well lit. And the wait staff are very pleasant. We started with their hummus. Probably some of the best hummus I ever had. If you go there for the hummus alone, it's worth the trip. After that we each had a Pita Pitzas. Both were very good. We our both looking forward to go back. I hope you give Aladdin's a try. I'm sure you will be happy that you did!

Spider next to Kalamata olive Shish Kabob Salad

I have been a longtime customer of Aladdin's Eatery. Their hummus and hot sauce are divine. As much as I love this restaurant, it pains me to write this review. Today, I ordered a Shish-kebob salad to go. About four bites into my meal, I noticed a spider climbing on the lettuce. The photo is of the spider and an olive (for scale). I called the restaurant to let them know what I found and was offered a replacement or a credit. I opted for the replacement. When I went to pick up my salad, I spoke with the manager about the situation. She informed me that other locations have had issues with spiders larger than this one arriving in their organic, hydroponic lettuce shipments, and this was the first time they had seen it in their location. Should I be grateful that I didn't get a bigger spider in my salad? I understand and appreciate Aladdins' commitment to serving healthy food. Perhaps management should take a closer look at food safety and develop a plan to prevent this from happening to another customer. Fellow salad lovers, beware.

We had the sweetest waitress take care of us when we came in for a quick dinner. The food was so good and fresh and really hit the spot. I love their pita rolls. Service is so quick and the food comes out fast. I love the ample seating inside. It's a great spot when you're feeling Mediterranean and the menu is big so there's something for everyone.

4.5 stars overall. Aladdin's Eatery is a Lebanese-American restaurant that has dozens of locations in a few states. Its menu includes appetizers such as tabouli, dawali, and salads and entrees such as pita pitzas, rolled pitas, and specialties. Prices range from roughly $8-18 per item of food. My husband and I ate lunch here on a weekend. When we were approaching the front entrance, an employee courteously greeted us and held the door open for us. Inside, another employee soon greeted us and walked us to a table. Our waitress was very friendly, and after a wait of several minutes to take our order, she very promptly brought out our beverages (including refills later), appetizers, entrees, desserts, and even clean utensils for our desserts. Here are my reviews for the foods and beverages: Fruit smoothie - 5 stars - This smoothie was a large size and tasted delicious with its blended cantaloupe, honeydew, grape, pineapple, banana, strawberry, orange juice, and honey. Hummus with pita bread - 4.5 stars - The "regular" size of hummus was large enough for probably four people, so we had leftovers to take home. The hummus tasted very good with its puréed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil. The pita bread was very thin but had a nice flavor. Farrouk's falafel pitza - 4 stars - This pita pizza had a crust of thin pita bread and toppings of tahini lemon dressing, falafel, banana peppers, tomatoes, and parsley. I liked the flavors, but I think that I might order a different entree if I return in the future. Mediterranean lamb plate - 4.5 stars - My husband ate this entree of lamb and rice. The lamb was cooked so it had a slight charcoal flavor and a juicy center. On the side was brown rice with vermicelli, pine nuts, almonds, and garlic sauce. My husband is not accustomed to eating rice that contains nuts, but the rice tasted very good. The garlic sauce had a very strong flavor of garlic but was also good. Baklava - 5 stars - This baklava seemed to contain slightly different ingredients than other restaurant's baklava, but I really enjoyed the taste. Carrot cake - 4 stars - This carrot cake was a large slice. The cake was moist and had a lovely flavor of carrots and lots of spices. The waitress had said that the icing was cream cheese, but my husband and I thought that it tasted like sugar icing.

I love Aladdin's and this location specifically. Always always always have great service here and if you're craving Lebanese food, this is the place to go. They are consistent and there is always something new to try. This visit we learned that they now offer beer and wine. We didn't try any but it was nice to know they offer it now. If you are an Aladdin's regular, you might also notice they changed their menu. They added this great little section about eating healthy and the benefits of a Mediterranean diet. We typically get the rolled pitas or pita pizzas. I personally love the curry chicken rolled pita. It has a little bit of a kick but I still love it with their special hot sauce. We always get the spicy cauliflower as an appetizer. The lemon tahini sauce on it is to die for! I have tried many different things on their menu and never been disappointed. Their smoothies are so fresh and flavorful, and anything with their falafel is also really good (rolled pita or salad). If you haven't eaten at Aladdin's yet, what are you waiting for?!

Vegetarian Combo: hummus, tabouli, baba gannouj, falafel, and dawali served with tahini

Went to Aladdin's Eatery for the first time last night and it was a great experience! The restaurant is a nice warm atmosphere with Christmas music playing in the background. The service was fantastic, our waitress was attentive, nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the food. The menu is extensive with many vegan and vegetarian options, they do a great job indicating which meals are vegan and vegetarian- they also inform you of the meals that contains nuts. But don't worry, they also have meals that have meat. So more than enough to satisfy all the meal preferences. We started off with the Vegetarian Combo appetizer and wow! We absolutely loved it - amazing flavor, generous portions, and overall a delicious combo of food and dips. I ordered the Sultan's Shawarma Pitza - delicious combo of beef shawarma, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, and flakes of basil all on a baked pita. I also ordered a side of garlic sauce and it was an amazing add. For my garlic lovers - order the garlic sauce! My wife ordered the falafel salad and that salad was huge! Four pieces of falafel, mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, dressing and feta cheese. We both ordered the pomegranate green tea (unsweetened) and that was a great compliment to our food. We ended the dinner with a delicious Vegan, Gluten Free Chocolate Cheesecake. These were generous portions of food, that we had to take three take home containers! Also to note, the falafels are big! We had a total of 8 and we took home 5! If you're looking for delicious Lebanese Mediterranean cuisine, Aladdin's is the place to go! You will leave full and happy!

Always get amazing, flavorful foods from Aladdin's! I love their variety of vegetarian options including their wraps, soups, and fatayer. My absolute favorite though is their hummus - it is so smooth and absolutely delicious with their pita bread. Highly recommend!

Aladdin's is consistently delicious. I really admire the clean, healthy menu. There are so many options full of vegetables and nutritious, real ingredients. I believe anyone trying to clean up their diet and or focus on eating real food full of whole food ingredients should try eating here regularly. It will make the "diet" feel easy and delicious! Their menu offers something for everyone meat & rice meals, wraps, and interesting salads all with plenty of spice and flavor. The hummus is a must try, mix it with their homemade hot sauce and you will become addicted. Make sure to specify that you want vegetables when you order, or you will get a weeks worth of pita haha! To me their flavorful sauces are what make this restaurant stand out. The honey mustard, hot sauce and garlic cream are all so delicious and well made with real ingredients. When you order pick up make sure to double check everything in your order, mistakes can happen & you don't want to go home without something

Though the wait was long (1hr on a busy Sunday), the food came out piping hot. Each dish was flavorful. The chicken shawarma was juicy, and had the right blend of spices and sauces without being overly heavy or soggy. The rice was simple side, but had nutty buttery taste profile complimented by the parsley garnish. And the friend cauliflower reminded me a bit of Indian Dahi Wada in flavor, but was piping hot and crispy. We were confused as to where the actual restaurant was. There is a sign on Route 8, so we parked there, looked around, walked downstairs, only to find it was offices. We then walked upstairs and found that the entrance was actually on the other side of the building but accessible from the front. It's an interesting place when you walk in. We were quickly greeted and seated. It seemed as though the owner and family were working. The menu was interesting, not real large but sufficient. We had, who I believe is the owner, come to our table and ask what we typically like to eat and then she was making suggestions. We thought she was just being helpful. My wife finally looked at her and said, I'm sorry are you also taking flour order now? She replied well that's what I was trying to do. To me that was a little off putting. We all took her suggestions and ordered. The food came out fresh and warm. It was good. We all tried each others meals. We felt that what my wife ordered was the best. Not everything was fantastic, but the overall quality of the food items we ordered was well beyond expectations. We ordered takeout, and our order was ready at the expected time. The only comment I'll make on online ordering is that the first available pick-up slot was about an hour after we placed our order. Plan accordingly. In terms of the food, we were generally impressed. The falafel plate was generally good, but not fantastic. The falafel was a little doughy and lacking in crunch or herb content. The pickled beets on the platter were a very nice addition. So a mixed bag. The mujaddara was excellent, with nicely caramelized onions. The musabaha was interesting and flavorful, but it didn't seem to survive the drive home particularly well. The fatoosh salad was good, with extremely crispy pita chips. That having been said, the lettuce was starting to wilt by the time it got home. Possibly unavoidable. The hummus was excellent, and the spinach and feta pie was fantastic. So generally good food, with a relatively small number of minor misses. Overall, this is a reasonable takeout operation. There were a handful of people enjoying the bar when we picked up our order, but I'm not sure I would opt for using the space as a drinking destination.

This restaurant is located right on E Carson St in the South side. Whenever we entered the restaurant at shortly before noon, we were the only patrons there. As you would expect then we were promptly greeted and given our choice of tables. The inside of this restaurant had a number of tables, murals on the exposed brick wall, a bar and then a display case for some of their baked goods. For lunch on this day I decided to go with the moussaka while my wife went with the falafel sandwich. Since I had ordered an entree, I got a salad while my wife did not and that came out first. It consisted of some heavily dressed lettuce and then a couple of slices of both tomatoes and cucumbers. The dressing had a slight mint flavor which I enjoyed and was refreshing on the salad. I also enjoyed how heavily dressed it was but can imagine others who would not. Once I had finished with the salad the rest of our food came out. My moussaka ended up being decent and I really enjoyed the bechamel on the top. Then while I liked both the meat and eggplant, I wish that there had been a bit of a thicker layer of each as most of the moussaka ended up being bechamel and potato. My wife enjoyed her falafel pita with her favorite part being the crunchy falafel. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. It has been a long time since I have had moussaka and so it definitely hit the spot for me and I would be interested in trying more of their food in the future.
