Richie put my mind at ease. He explained the pros and cons of different brands and what would work best in my home. He told me to get competing bids and in the end his was the best price. The first thing they brought into my house were drop cloths and the last thing out was a vacuum. His workers were friendly and polite. Compared to the firm that installed my old system which turned out to be thieves and another that I used for repairs which never even responded to give me a quote even after I called again, I had full faith in Richie. I can't recommend him higher. It's a great feeling when you find a service company that you can trust and feel you can rely on when you need service.

After a rough winter I noticed some damage to fascia and I assumed it was part of the roofing job that the company did for me two years ago. I called and spoke to senior management and they told me that they had not replaced that area and so that was not part of the roofing job. However, unlike so many other companies, they said we'll come over and take care of it anyway just because we did your whole roof. And they came over today and their workmen in very short order took care of the fix. This company truly cares about its customers, their workmen are on time, professional, and respect your time and property. I would never get an estimate for any job on my house whether it's for windows, roofing, siding, or doors without checking with Unified first; their prices are great and the quality of their workmanship is superior ... and perhaps most important, they stand by their work.

They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about. They were quick to get back to us with the estimate and then scheduled the work as soon as they got the unit. I would highly recommend calling Tempco for your HV/AC needs.

They will not answer the phone, zero customer service, zero warranty , obviously they DO NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer satisfaction. Additionally the very sensitive receptionist - so watch what you say. Don't complain or be disappointed after spending $4,600 and your AC is no better than the day before they serviced your unit.
