What a difference. Before I even booked, David gave me a thorough, honest upfront assessment -- no overpromising, just a clear-eyed look at what was possible and what the process would involve and how much it would genuinely be and what else my car might need. I dropped my car off within a single day, he removed rust, corrected deep scratches across the rear quarter panels, polished and restored the paint, and even cleared up the headlights. The car looks almost brand new. The before and after difference is incredible. The price was insanely fair compared to what dealerships and other shops quoted me. If you're dealing with scratches, scuffs, or paint damage and don't want to get gouged, come here first. We all have little things and details we pay attention to when it comes to our cars, and I was happy to see that Jalil went into all the little nooks and crevices I'd usually need to prompt someone else to do. I contacted the business to explain the problems and requested that the situation be addressed, but I did not receive a response. Because I was unable to resolve the issue directly, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank regarding the payment. I'm leaving this review because I believe customers should be able to expect the level of work they paid for and receive a response when they raise legitimate concerns. Gavin took the time to research and get products that would deal with the variety of pet smells we've encountered. It was a major improvement from what we had before, and more than what I could do on my own with pet store products, baking soda, etc. It might cost more than the run through car wash inside and outside package, but Gavin definitely puts in the work.
