I definitely rate this place a solid 7.3/10 All of the food aside from the burger was actually amazing and I would definitely go for the seafood boil alone. that lady in the kitchen knows what she's doing back there. The mozzarella sticks were really good highly recommend. For the crab boil, the crab clusters i received were big and juicy full of meat! Even without getting sides, you still get corn and potatoes. I got broccoli with mine and it was really delicious. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra to get the metal utensils to crack them open. I used the plastic fork provided at the utensil counter and my hands and I was able to get the meat out perfectly fine with very minimal struggle. Ask for the service it was OK. not very friendly. The girl at the front desk was on her phone on FaceTime the entire time that we were there and kind of seemed annoyed like we were bothering her whenever we asked questions or want drinks, dessert, etc..She was even like spraying the table and cleaning the counters with one hand holding the other hand up on FaceTime. My recommendation for this place would definitely be and a fountain drink machine possibly have a hostess seat guests ,Bring a roll of utinsils and do refills. He typically orders 50 original wings and will eat half there and take half to go. I order the dipped tenders in the original sauce and they are so delicious. I can never finish them all. Add an order of fresh cut fries and a couple beers and that's all you need to have a successful Kislings visit! There are so many other things on the menu that I want to try but it's hard for me to get something other than the wings/tenders when I only visit a few times a year. The older female bartender who has worked there for years (her name escapes me as I write this) is excellent. Super friendly, fun and provides great service.

The food, drinks, and staff here are solid. This last visit, my friend and I just ordered cocktails at the bar which were good. It was pretty lively inside and the mood setting was great for our night cap. During previous visits, I've gotten their Duck Confit Sliders and Bond Street Burger. Meanwhile, other customers who came up to the end of the bar were immediately helped while I continued to be ignored. At one point, I even moved closer to where orders were being placed, but I still wasn't served. The bartender walked past me multiple times, even stopping to drink water, yet never once acknowledged me. Then another customer walked up and was helped right away. I've visited this place several times before, but recently the service has noticeably declined--and this was by far the worst experience I've had there. Because of how I was treated, I ended up walking out without ordering. There may have been other factors involved, but I'll leave that unsaid. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
