Absolutely love the young beautiful Asian chick that works there. Sweet voice and great customer service. The food is great too!

We shared the cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious, and I ordered the falafel sandwich while my husband enjoyed the grilled chicken kebab. Everything was well-priced and came out quickly, even during the busy lunch rush. The staff were friendly, and I really loved the community-driven mission behind the restaurant, it made the whole experience feel even more special. Parking can be a little tricky, but it's manageable and well worth it. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Baltimore!

According to their menu, "We are proudly building a worker-cooperative serving story-worthy food from around the world." There were certainly dishes from around the world, and the menu is very flexible for a variety of diners (dishes are marked as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free). My friend and I shared the crispy cauliflower and tahini, which was well-fried and delicious. I also appreciated their drink offerings. My friend and I had and enjoyed a couple of glasses of Lebanese Sauvignon Blanc (from Mersel Wine). I had the Farmers Market Za'atar Salad (cucumber, shaved beet, fennel, pomegranate, pickled jalapeno, mint, fried pita, baby greens, and za'atar yogurt dressing), to which I added falafel. Unfortunately, I found the salad to be quite dry (not dressed enough and then the falafel and the pita crisps just compounded that) and served in a dish that made it quite hard to eat without spilling half the salad on the table. The service was friendly but perhaps not very attentive. I got up to ask our server for the check after waiting for a bit of time for her to make her way to us. I wasn't wowed by the food, but I love Mera's concept and their space. I'd be happy to give it another chance to wow me. I'd also be happy to return for mezze/small plates and wine.

It felt like stepping into another world. The Food: I was impressed. I got the fish burger and the flavors are bold and very delicious. I did add extra pickles in mine. I also got the fries and those were delicious and crispy. The Service: Because it was a bit slower, the service was incredibly fast and the staff was super attentive and friendly. The Verdict: If you want to enjoy their awesome menu without the late-night crowd, definitely try a weekday visit. I'll definitely be back!

Though there are no windows and the walls are lined with tables. We were making jokes the entire time about the beautiful scenery. (A fake window across the wall).. the giant encased heart decoration was...Interesting..? It was lunchtime. We were kind of expecting a small crowd, but we were the only people in the entire restaurant. There is no fountain drinks, only canned soda. There's no waitress. You take your order on the kiosk and then pay and sit and wait. There's no utensils given. Everything is self served We actually came for burgers, but the seafood boil caught my eye because two meat options were only around $40 .really kind of seemed like a good deal. The cheeseburger was a little bit underwhelming. boyfriend didn't even want to eat it because it "wasn't worth the calories." The chicken sandwich on the other hand got devoured. My crab boil. Devoured. We also got some fries and mozzarella sticks. I definitely rate this place a solid 7.3/10 All of the food aside from the burger was actually amazing and I would definitely go for the seafood boil alone. that lady in the kitchen knows what she's doing back there. The mozzarella sticks were really good highly recommend. For the crab boil, the crab clusters i received were big and juicy full of meat! Even without getting sides, you still get corn and potatoes. I got broccoli with mine and it was really delicious. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra to get the metal utensils to crack them open. I used the plastic fork provided at the utensil counter and my hands and I was able to get the meat out perfectly fine with very minimal struggle. Ask for the service it was OK. not very friendly. The girl at the front desk was on her phone on FaceTime the entire time that we were there and kind of seemed annoyed like we were bothering her whenever we asked questions or want drinks, dessert, etc..She was even like spraying the table and cleaning the counters with one hand holding the other hand up on FaceTime. My recommendation for this place would definitely be and a fountain drink machine possibly have a hostess seat guests ,Bring a roll of utinsils and do refills. I feel like that's really big for people if you're going inside to enjoy a meal to sit down. Also maybe smile or sum idk

My friend and I came here and were so blown away by how massive the mozzarella sticks were !!! It was epic. And of course I had to get the kimchi tator tots, it's like all of my favorite things in one delicious bowl. How can you go wrong?? We had such a great time, I literally woke up the next morning wearing a hoodie that I apparently bought because tipsy me thought it was an AHHHHH! Real Monsters hoodie. Would definitely recommend popping in here.

Meanwhile, other customers who came up to the end of the bar were immediately helped while I continued to be ignored. At one point, I even moved closer to where orders were being placed, but I still wasn't served. The bartender walked past me multiple times, even stopping to drink water, yet never once acknowledged me. Then another customer walked up and was helped right away. I've visited this place several times before, but recently the service has noticeably declined--and this was by far the worst experience I've had there. Because of how I was treated, I ended up walking out without ordering. There may have been other factors involved, but I'll leave that unsaid. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
