LaunderLand is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of machines available--even during busier times. They have two change machines, which is super convenient, and there's also an ATM on-site--just note that there is an ATM fee. The couple that runs the business is very nice and helpful, which makes the experience even better. If you're using this laundromat for the first time, pay attention: not all the washing machines and dryers are coin-operated. Some run on a reloadable card that you can purchase there, so it helps to check before loading your clothes. A nice little perk--if you get hungry, there's a café right next door: Southshore Cafe. The washers and dryers work efficiently, and I appreciated how quickly everything got done. The space feels safe and bright, with enough seating to wait comfortably. The machines are easy to use, and the whole place is kept tidy, which isn't always the case with laundromats. Overall, a convenient and reliable spot to get laundry done without any hassle. I'll definitely be coming back.

Le is so sweet and works super fast. She turned my blobby dress into one that makes me feel so confident. I am so glad that it is so close to me and working with her on what I wanted it to look like and how much to take in was a very easy process. You are either allowed to pay for it when you drop it off or when you pick it up. I opted for paying for it when I dropped it off because I knew that in the past, it was always very professional and the work was top-tier quality. Even though they are super busy during this prom and wedding season, my dress was ready for me within a week. I call that amazing! Can't wait to bring more things here in the future.

Finally got to try this laundromat it has its pros and cons…read more (Customer Service) = horrible! the lady made me feel uncomfortable, when I was loading up washers and going back to my car to get soap I caught her looking in the washing machine at my clothes ( while the door was still open ) I even asked her what is she doing she looked at me like ( oopps just got caught and walked off fast ) #weird The biggest washing machine costed $7.00 ( and the inside of it smelled like mold ) the machine was very very old which I found pretty odd as they have new washing machines in different sizes so I don't know why they didn't upgrade everything. The next size down was $6.50 it was a newer machine.. So washing was on the cheaper side. The older machine definitely doesn't wash good. The dryers is what they get you on. I had one on the hot setting and it didn't get hot. 1 quarter get you three minutes 2 quarters gets you 5 min ( makes no sense it should be 6 min ) normally I would only spend $1.50 max drying but here I had to spend around $3.00 I hope this place fixes things because it's real convenient as I live nearby
