Like... seriously? Two minutes and I'm just out of luck? So I just stood there. There were other people too, all kind of confused, just waiting around because nobody said anything. Time just kept going and nobody came back, no update, nothing. It ended up stretching all the way to 1:15 which is actually insane for a "lunch break." At 1:14 (yes, one minute before they're supposed to be back), I went up to the window just to see if anyone was even there. The lady inside literally looked at me, nodded her head no, laughed, and then went right back to watching something on her phone like I didn't exist. No "we'll be right back," no apology, nothing. Then, she continued to watch stuff on her phone until 1:27 I've never felt more like a complete inconvenience to a business I'm literally trying to give money to. The whole thing felt unprofessional and honestly just rude. If you're going to run a place like this, at least acknowledge the people standing right in front of you. Would not recommend at all.

If you are looking for a car to look flashy in however this may not be the place for you. I subtracted one star because: Every time you rent from them, you have to pay extra for a credit check which I am totally fine with. However even if you rented a car from them a wk ago - you still have to pay for another credit check to obtain a rental. Also, I had reserved a rental using their online reservation system but when I called to confirm if the vehicle was available, the agent told me the reservation never went through. Finally, the rental car market was pretty much saturated in July (not their fault) + I was told to keep calling to see if they had any available rentals. The person who was answering the phones sounded a bit annoyed when I called multiple times. All in all, a great place to goif you are looking for an affordable rental car solution!!

I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.

Rafael contacted me an estimated time of arrival about 30 minutes before he arrived. Departure time was 5:30am and he showed up 10 minutes early. SUV was clean and spacious. Water bottles provided. Rafael was super nice and a great driver. Loaded and unloaded our bags. Asked to ensure we had everything for our trip before we left. Encinitas Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair was ripping me off and was not even able to fix my car even though they charged me way too much for their incompetent service and gave up on fixing my car. Charlie's Foreign and Domestic Auto Repair fixed my car for less money and it is still running great more than 2 years later.
