Got my rear brakes done on my ram 1500 v6 and it was solid. New rotors and brake pads. I also got a tire patched yesterday on my dad's trucks and it was really fast on that. I usually go to tucker tire but the wait time depends ( I dont care since its free) I paid 20 here at Alanis but the turn around time was fast on the patch. read more

This place is a disgrace, I'm a medical student with a leased car and I got a flat tire and the AAA tow truck driver recommended me to call Alanis tires as they would be more affordable. I called and they had the tire I needed, the tow truck dropped me and my car off and we discovered my key lock for my wheel was missing. The guys working at the shop explained to me they could try to break it off, I gave them permission and had no luck. They recommended I go to bmw to purchase a new key and then they could help. I towed my car home and the next day towed my car to bmw to get the new key, which they showed in front of me fit and was the correct key. However they mentioned that there was a piece stuck on top of the wheel lock due to whatever was done at Alanis tires the previous day. I then towed my car back to Alanis and mentioned to them nicely what bmw had told me, immediately they became very defensive and rude and started yelling saying they did nothing the car came this way..... this is absurd as my car is brand new and I had just had been at bmw and they explained this was clearly due to what they did. After them yelling I handed them the new key and mentioned that bmw said NOT to use a power drill, as this would damage the new key.... the man at Alanis then proceeded to be rude and yell saying he doesn't care what bmw says and to not tell him how to do his job, proceeds to use the power drill and of course damaged the new key and STILL didn't get my tire off! I had to tow my car yet again and eventually took it to America's tires where they were able to help! Needless to say this place has the absolute worst customer service, they are disrespectful and don't know how to be professional and speak to people. Also they clearly have no idea what they are doing as any tire shop should know how to properly break a wheel lock off. I am very disappointed, they should've taken responsibility for what they did and never raised their voice or speak to a customer in the way they did, especially after seeing all I went through towing my car a total of 6 times. On top of all this they then had the audacity to take a picture of my damaged wheel after as if they needed evidence for something. I have pictures from my tire and the key prior to bringing it in and after. Both bmw and my father (who is a judge) agreed I could take legal action on the damage especially after the verbal abuse. What a shame that a business would treat someone who was a recommendation to them in such a way! These people are very lucky I am not taking any further action on this matter as the financial aspect isn't an issue to me, the issue is how they spoke to me and handled the situation. Never speak to a customer in such a way, so classless and unprofessional.... says a lot about the kind of people they are. read more

Called for a tow for my motorcycle thru my road service at 11:55 am and this place was dispatched I was gvn an ETA of 137 pm it is now 245 pm and I'm still waiting I called them at 139 and was told 20 more mins at 2pm I called and kept getting their answering machine I called my road service again at 230 they called them and was told 10 more mins he was in route needless to say 16 mins later I'm still waiting, this is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. If you live in OC area and need a tow please avoid these people unless u have 3 or 4 hours to waste standing in 90 degree heat sweating ur ass off they absolutely suck and all they wanna say is oh sorry well guess what this is 3hrs of my life I'll never get bk because of u idiots. read more

This towing service was sent out to get my car by Fletcher Jones Mercedes. They damaged my front bumper which costs a few thousands dollars on my S Class. This was back in September of 2015. They kept lying to their insurance company stating they had pictures to prove they didn't cause the damage. After 2 months they finally admitted to causing the damage but they have refused to pay me their deductible which is $1,000. read more

If I could put --100 to the star?, I would. This place is a nightmare, they had replaced steering gear rock and pinion on my car., but After they fixed it. the car started to vibrate and noises are so loud underneath the car. Also the car had difficulty running after it full stopped, it makes so loud noise, like you smelled something was burning from the engine. We took it back to them, they said it was done, And said, they forgot to filled up steering gear oil they said., noise is gone they said. They next day, car shakes a lot , noise came back, when I stepped on the brake, it vibrates.. we took it back again., they said it's ok, there's nothing wrong with it and it's safe to drive....a couple days car gotten worst. So we decided to bring it Into another shop in Aliso creek auto shop ( 714 AUTO REPAIR). And that's where we found out the problem., ,steering gear boots were twisted. Frame bolts are loose, 2 are missing. Lower ball joints are missing carter pins. The good mechanic said that, it was so dangerous if we just ignored it. A terrible accident could've happened . This ALANIS AUTO SHOP IS A POTENTIAL GRAVEYARD FOR ANY CAR OWNERS WHO WISHED TO HAVE THEIR CAR FIXED INTO THIS AUTO SHOP. read more

So I actually had an accidental flat one time while out shopping in this area. I seen so many places to pull near and see if they could give a quick fix to my problem. So many places for tires are quite costly, but Alanis is tucked away in the back corner and is a perfect place to go get a new tire. They have great conditions on used ones too. Lewis was nice and pleasant over the phone. But when I got there, this other guy tended to me as Lewis had to go with the tow truck. I had a nail in my front tire and the other guy told me to move my car forward and when he didn't see the nail on there he just flipped out and said he don't see it, can't do anything for you and went inside. Well...after a week....i found out the tires they sold me....235 75 15 Wranglers ...80 dollars!!! have sidewall leaks....old...left in sun too long?...found out later...they sent me on the freeway with this crap!?....unsafe for road....and i did not get a work order....(no proof)....just a credit card receipt...that's on me....cannot contact them for help....they no return my calls....do not buy used tires!...waste of money....get what you pay for...go buy new tires!....also asked them at that time for new sway bar links, brake pads....(cannot find)...after 2 days of them not calling me back i found them on ebay in 5 minutes....get what u pay for...not going back!!!!....ever!!!....not worth getting killed down the road....my old tires were better....now i have to take day off of work.....and do what i should have done in beginning.....buy new tires from a reputable co...and the installation charges for what i was going to do?....overpriced......geez... read more
