I hit a really nasty pothole with my Benz and called around to see if I could get the tire replaced ASAP. There was a bubble on the side of the tire and it was dangerous to drive in the event I hit another pothole or something. Wheel and Tire had a rep on the Yelp app talk to me about quote and time it'll take to replace. They special ordered my tire for next day and texted me the second the tire arrived, ready for service. I arrived asap once I got the text but they were very busy. Front desk saw my concern with the bubble and said they'll squeeze me in and it'll only take 30 mins. We specifically chose this store because of the good online reviews and believed we would get good quality service as the fee was relatively high in the Orange County area ($34/tire). However, we were disappointed with the result as we saw multiple scratches on the rims after the service. During balancing, the central locking block that fixed the wheel hub hit the wheel hub strip, causing scratches. All four wheels had varying degrees of scratches. read more

The tire pressure should have been set at 32 PSI but wasn't adjusted. They didn't have the tires in stock, so they said they would order them and call me in the morning. However, I didn't receive a call, so I contacted them instead. I also didn't get a call when my car was finished, prompting me to call again. Not sure I actually needed a tire adjustment since only the front tire was slightly off. I went here because the previous owner was super friendly, and customer service was on point. I didn't realize the owner had changed. From start to finish, getting my tires replaced was a bad experience. I will not go back. I didn't appreciate that they didn't respect my time. read more
