Pupusa was one of the best I've ever ate! I tried the bean and cheese one! The ladies making them were very sweet and very fast! I tried a cucumber agua and it was so refreshing and not too sweet it was perfect! Anytime I'm around there I will make sure I stop by! The ambiance is definitely LA and lively!

This place is in the busy location of the fashion district Los Angeles. A long corridor is where the shop is located. They serve different kinds of juices, shakes, smoothies, mexican food and drinks. I stopped by to grab a Mocha Iced Coffee, there is only one size and it is super large and they said it is $7. I went with it, was asked to wait for few minutes and drink came right out. The drink tasted fresh, refreshing and right amount of sweet. The ladies working there seemed very busy with multiple to-go orders but they were really helpful and prompt in answering any questions. I would recommend them to have multiple sizes for the drinks as not everyone would always want the size that they are serving. I will visit this place again if I am near the area for sure.

A diamond in the rough! This place is bomb! Whether you want something healthy or something totally greasy and satisfying, you'll find it here. For the first time in my life I found Chile Rellenos actually STUFFED with two or more types of cheese. Crazy fries with a light crispy coat topped south tender asada, cheese, pico de gallo, cream, and avocado. Absolutley delicious! Trust me, if you come here once you'll be back for more!

I really wanted the chicken empañada, but we got here around 2:30 PM, and they said they sold out. It seems something was going on with their supplier. We ordered the half chicken and fries and the chicken quesadilla. That marinade/sauce is so flavorful. The chicken was excellent!

I had been craving their chicken for a while, so I finally came back today. As always, there was a long line. At first, the line wasn't moving at all, which was a little frustrating, but fortunately, it started moving much faster soon after. I hadn't been here in years, so it was nice to come back after such a long time. The chicken is definitely tasty, but unfortunately, they grilled it a little too much this time and some of it was quite burnt. I guess that's partly because they grill the chicken directly on the grill. And, too spicy for me : both chicken and fries. Parking here is always a complete challenge because the parking lot is small and there are usually so many people. But my parking luck is always amazing -- cars somehow always seem to pull out right in front of me! And once again, today, a car pulled out right in front of me, so I was able to get a parking spot easily. It felt like another parking miracle! I asked for a cup of water, and he kindly gave me ice water. I also asked if I could have one extra plastic bag, and he gave me another one without any problem. The staff were very friendly, which was good. However, there's one thing to keep in mind when getting takeout here: the chicken is so oily that the grease can actually soak through and leak all over the plastic bag. You basically have to throw the first plastic bag away afterward. That's why I'm really glad I asked for an extra bag and brought one home with me. It definitely came in handy!

I ordered the chicken strips with fries, while my partner ordered a two-piece chicken dinner with macaroni salad and spicy rice. Although we had to wait a little while for the food, it arrived hot. We both agreed that it was some of the best fast-food fried chicken we had ever eaten. The chicken was moist and the batter was crispy. My fries were good, and my partner's macaroni salad and spicy rice were both flavorful. We especially loved the biscuit. I also couldn't help noticing that although the dining room feels like something of a relic, it is very well maintained. There were no dirty tables and no trash on the floor. I was genuinely shocked when the cashier came out to ask how everything was and whether we needed anything else. Most fast-food chains seem determined to eliminate as much human interaction as possible. Pioneer Chicken was a refreshing reminder that fast food can still be friendly, clean and satisfying. Pioneer Chicken is a winner in my book!

The chicken was also greasy, but not as greasy as the fish. Would I order again? No. Not because it wasn't good, but because there are much better chicken joints that are not greasy.

Red and white tile, open kitchen, cooks in white hats calling out orders. You watch your whole meal get made. Double-Double Animal Style and fries. Order at the counter, they bring it out. Burger lands wrapped in paper, still steaming. Soft bun, cold crisp lettuce, cheese melted into the patty, grilled onions and spread dripping. Messy. Worth it. Fries are cut in-house -- you can see the potatoes stacked by the slicer. Thin, hot, not greasy. Lightly salted and gone fast. Just fresh ingredients done right. Burger and fries for under $10 and you walk out full. This is probably my 2000th burger, and it still hits the same. An icon. The best! An LA staple. Clean, fast, consistent. When you want a real burger without the hype or the $25 bill, this is it.

I'm not getting paid to manage you, that is your MANAGER's job. I'm paying you for a service I am not getting, most of the time. This location gets my order wrong so often, I'm convinced it's by design to make the numbers look good. The manager gets away with it because ALL YOU SYCOPHANTS refuse to under-rate them when YOUR order doesn't go as planned. Most of America gets away with subpar service because a significant proportion of the Public can't be bothered to report or refuse to report so they can feel part of the In-N-Out Burger Cult. I order the same meal every time, with two fries and I only get one. They're often stale and resemble classic potato chips. I order a strawberry or vanilla shake and half of it is blended with chocolate. The burger is just meh at this point, nothing special, somewhat dry and small. But if I actually 'get my food' then at least I haven't been robbed of my money! The owner is an entitled billionaire who left the state because she didn't want to pay (literally) pocket change to the government to make our lives better. And here she is having her managers nickel and diming us to keep her profits absurdly high... I'm over it. I hope she fails. Get it together, Hollywood manager. Fix that traffic issue, fix the low quality of food preparedness, and stop ripping-off your customers who are too sycophantic to report your indiscretions. Cheers!
