LOCATION: inside CVS parking lot. Plenty of parking in addition to drive thru. I have noticed that the parking lot has gotten a lot cleaner recently and feels safer than it use to. Someone forgot to place my sandwich in my bag when I got home I noticed. I called the number on the receipt and spoke to Jessica. She apologized for the mistake and asked me to come back and they'll make a fresh one for me. I came around and I asked to get my sandwich upgraded and they did just that. Food was okay but kind of messy. Just thrown together. The cook forgot to make a portion of our order which delayed our meal by about 20 minutes while everyone else picked up their food. The front end girl was nice and apologetic but it wasn't here fault. The ambiance, well the doors were locked and the guests had to keep opening the doors for other guests. And the front end girl kept buzzing others into the bathrooms. I guess this is all expected given the location. Parking was readily accessible, and the lobby was clean. I used the kiosk to order for the first time and I think it's a good idea. If you use ATMs and pump your own gas, you can order your own burger the way you want it. The payoff is skipping the line to order at the counter. You get your order faster and it is accurate as long as you pushed the right buttons. read more
