Communication was lacking, After 4 months of uncertainty and delays and just pure unprofessionalism, I canceled my order. I asked for a refund for not meeting their end of the agreement and they said they would cut a check, but after a month the check was never available to pick up and they have stopped returning all correspondence regarding the refund. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked with me so someone else could drop off and pick up my vehicle. Badger Glass called me during the appointment to let me know how much it would cost and what the problem was. It turns out the window was not placed in the window track and it was a super easy fix. They helped me out yet again by allowing my vehicle to stay there overnight so I could have someone pick it up (as I was still out of state).
