The absolute worst safelite I have ever had to deal with. We called this branch prior to them touching our vehicle to make sure they used the proper equipment since we know that our vehicle requires rivets over screws. We were blatantly lied to on multiple occasions saying they used rivets when they are using tap in screws. Have gone back and forth with them 6 times and they continue to use screws and put the wrong windshield in that doesn't even match my other windows. Called the manager 3 weeks ago and never got a response. Had to get it fixed by another place. Now they refuse to reimburse me. District manager said there is nothing they can do. RUN FAR from this place. They lie and are stealing peoples money read more

Won't answer the phone, cannot get a hold of a live person without physically going to their business location. They need to have a human being answer the phone. read more

I chipped my windshield when a rock hit it and the soonest appointment they had available was a week. The chip turned into a crack which grew until it became too big to fix. They don't stock my so it will take a month for it to come in. When I called to cancel my appointment because there is no point in going since I now need a need a new windshield in which the last one only lasted one week before getting chipped I get a busy notice read more

The new windshield looks good, but they sure made a mess of my vehicle. A couple of disposable floor protectors like most of the other shops use would have indicated that I was a valued customer to them. Even my heavy duty equipment shop uses these in the dirt moving equipment they are working on. Before the replacement, it had about 10% of the dirt you see here. They added 90% of the mess. I was told it was because of the Corona virus that they could not keep it clean. Please, that's all you got? I will not be a repeat customer. read more

The manager had the store opened before the posted time and welcomed me upon entering. He set the expectation that the job may not be done as early as I hoped but said they they would try then offered coffee and control of the TV remote. Once the other employees arrived the promptly began working on replacing my back glass and had it finished up in under the expected time. After all that they gave it a good vacuum and even got the snow out the the truck bed. Strong work fellas! I'll be back for all my auto glass needs. read more

Took my car there with a clean interior and picked it up with an interior covered in dirt, dead bugs, and whatever else feel out from the windshield. Fair enough right, there is garbage stuck in the creases of the windshield. On top of the other grime, there was black smudge everywhere. Center console, door panels, dashboard plus it was on the hood and doors. I was told to wait 4-6 hour before removing the tape that kept the windshield from rattling. I waited 12 hours till the next morning to take it off. On the way to drop my vehicle off to be shipped back to the states I noticed the passenger side too portion rattles horrible. You thing with all the glue on the interior and exterior some it of it would've made it around the windshield guess not. Anyways I don't recommend taking your car there but it's Fairbanks Alaska and they have the monopoly on glass replacement so oh well. read more

The gentleman did an amazing job putting my new glass and compare to the other places I went shopping they have the cheapest prices. Whole thing lasted about 1 1/2 hours 5/5 stars. Would use again if I get another crack thanks to the wonderful gravel the state uses during the winter months. read more

I had a side window on a truck that needed to be replaced. I made my appointment online and they were ready for me when I got there. They replaced the window in about 20 minutes. The lobby area was super clean. All around nice company. read more

It only gets one star until the pandemic ends. The work on my car was satisfactory but the business was not as represented to me in making my appointment. Contrary to their own communications, NONE of their employees were wearing masks and apparently never had been wearing masks. If you are at all concerned about covid19 this is not a business for you. I think it's even worse to represent that you will follow all CDC and then not than to just be up front and say you won't. At least then the customer knows in advance what he is getting. read more

I got my windshield replaced and was left with an airleak. They did tests to figure it out and said that was the best that they can do. with no solution. Five appointments later. I would not suggest this place. read more
