He is extremely professional - e.g. texting me that he was going to arrive a bit early. He takes good pictures to show the gutters before and after cleaning. And he cleans up any debris that comes off the roof or gutters. I am already talking to Rodrigo about cleaning my solar panels and window cleaning. The gutters were full of leaves and stuff and he cleaned those out as well as cleaned off the roof and even my walkways! What a great surprise since the were leaves from the trees and not the gutters! He did a great job and cleaned up everything when he was done. My gutter was overflowing on two sides so I sent out a request for estimate on Yelp. Rodrigo responded me immediately with a competitive price and quickly we set up an appointment for the job. On the day of the appointment, Rodrigo arrived early, which I really appreciated as I have to go to work after that, and cleaned out the gutter within an hour then showed me pictures of before and after. It's so satisfying to see so much leaves and debris were cleared out. It filled half of my 32 gallon trash bin! Later in the day, he also helped me install gutter downspout strainers. He is very hardworking and went out of his way to make customer happy. (Because I'm a little picky on the type of strainers to use, he went to Home Depot twice to get the type of strainers I wanted and tried hard to finish the job within that day.) We are extremely happy with the quality of work. Alaska Solutions was just slightly higher than the average window cleaner, but with 13 windows, 1 sliding glass door, and one sky light, we felt the price was reasonable and we hoped that meant they would put more into the job. We are glad we chose them. The worker was friendly and hard working. We expected the job to be done in a couple of hours but we're pleasantly surprised that it took a good portion of the day. The windows literally sparkle. I don't even know the last time the upstairs windows had been washed. All windows, tracks, and screens were done and he left no mess.
