This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. Frank found that power was still running to the appliances. He discovered that the junction box which was located on the wall in back of the dishwasher was shorted and a fire hazard. He installed our new dishwasher and installed a new junction box and relocated the junction box to a new location under our cabinet so that we would not have to pull out our dishwasher to get to the junction box in the future.
