My one daughter had a tooth laying on the side and a missing front tooth that never formed. I got recommendations to have surgery to wait until she is 18 and have a permenant implant. Dr Buchart was able to move the tooth up and move the other teeth so you cannot even tell there was a missing tooth. All 4 of my daughters now have beautiful smiles. Dr. Buchart also took my dental insurance and was the least expensive for what the insurance did not pay. His staff is always friendly and professional. I would recommend his office to anyone that needs braces.

Gross Incompetence & Deceptive Consultation: I initially went to Dr. Andre Kandy for two upper crowns and one lower bridge. The work was so poorly done that the crowns were too high, then he trim a lot of times but still making it impossible to chew even soft bread or salad or soft fish, only I can eat is soups. Instead of fixing his mistake, Dr. Kandy manipulated me into getting 6 additional crowns (3 upper left, 3 lower left) under the guise of "opening my bite." After installation, the upper and lower teeth DID NOT EVEN TOUCH. This left my remaining natural teeth bearing all the pressure, causing excruciating pain. 2. Scientifically Absurd & Unethical Lies: When I pointed out that my teeth didn't meet, Dr. Kandy gave me a ridiculous, insulting explanation: Your teeth are like a baby's; they will grow longer and eventually touch. An independent specialist later laughed at this claim, confirming it is biologically impossible for a 40-year-old adult. To "fix" the disaster he created, Dr. Kandy then tried to upsell me on doing crowns for all my front teeth as well! 3. Cowardly Leadership & Management: Dr. Arvind Philomin (Owner): I spoke to him several times. He personally promised to fix the issue and have his office schedule me for a redo. Instead, they ghosted me. He refused to take my subsequent calls, hiding behind his assistants who claimed they "passed on the message." Managers Lisa and Shirley: Completely complicit and irresponsible. They are only interested in taking your money, not in patient care or rectifying blatant malpractice. 4. The Resolution: Even after a specialist's report proved that Dr. Kandy's work was non-functional and technically failed, this office refused to refund my money. They are nothing but thieves. I eventually went to a different dentist office (Gordon E. Krurger at 6740 Crosswinds Drive, zipcode33710) who fixed everything. My new dentist successfully restored my bite WITHOUT needing to crown my front teeth as Dr. Kandy had "advised." After 2 weeks of new installation, I can choose everything without any hurting or painful. Summary: I lost nearly $20,000 to these greedy, unethical, and unskilled people. Do not set foot in this office or any other practice owned by Dr. Arvind Philomin. They are dishonest, they will take your money, and they will leave you in pain without taking any responsibility. Stay away from this immoral business! I have attached the specialist's report and photos of the crowns that were cut and removed after being made by this unethical office.

Our daughter was traumatized from the awfulness and they never even bothered to mention that she threw up because they made her gag so badly. This business should be shut down - we are filing a complaint with the orthodontic association.

Upon telling the tech of my situation, she had me put in my new retainer and remove it twice which induced severe jaw pain. She then left and the front desk staff started cranking loud music causing my ear drums to feel like they were bleeding. The pain was too much for me so I left the office filled with loud music and went to my car where the doctor then put his body blocking my car from leaving the parking lot demanding I give back MY retainer. I believe this doctor crossed the line by using his body to keep my car trapped in my parking spot. He wouldn't back away from my vehicle until I told him I was going to post a google review of my experience. Only then did he back up.

We walked into the donation area, where I sat in a donation chair, and the donation routine began to take my blood. After about 8-10 minutes, I was finished and got up and left the facility. The technician was friendly and was very good at inserting the donation needle into my arm. There was some informal conversation, and it was a very nice experience. I have been here many times before, and I will return when I can donate again. I've been donating blood since 1969 and feel I am giving life to people who need this to survive. Albert Family Orthodontic truly makes you feel like part of their family! We were happily greeted by the staff during each and every visit. We rarely, if ever, had to wait to be called, and usually were accommodated almost immediately in a quick and efficient manner. My 15 year old daughter had braces applied about 2 years ago, and following their recent removal, we are extremely happy with the results! They provided before and after pictures, conducted dental X-rays, and even mailed us a touching hand-written personalized 'Thank You' letter from our daughter following the entire process. Dr. Albert and his staff are fantastic! I moved from out-of-state in the middle of treatment with Invisalign and my previous orthondontist was uncooperative. I consulted with several other orthodontists before choosing Albert Family Orthodontics. I only wish they had been my ortho people from the start! They have a fun vibe and all the staff are friendly and professional. Both treatment and finances were discussed before and during treatment. The office is easy to wait in (not that I ever waited more than a few minutes) with a game system, wifi, coffee and even cookies. I am another health care professional in my mid 50s who was talked into braces by my wife. I must say that as much as I was dreading it I am very happy that to have done this. It was pretty painless - with Invisalign braces nobody knew I had them in. I opted for paying a little extra for the AcceleDent which is a mouthpiece device that you wear for 30 minutes every day and provides micro pulse vibration that shortens the course of treatment almost in half which was definitely worth the money to me. My son Frankie has autism we were unsure how the whole wearing braces would work out for him so we choose invisalign. I think that knowing he could take them on and off really helped him but he did not need to he followed all the rules. He was so proud to go to each visit and see the Doctor and his progression of changing his trays. He is now at the end of the 6 months of wearing his retainers all day and has gone to just wearing them at night, his teeth look great. I would highly recommend Dr Albert to anyone who needs braces. I have been taking my son to Albert and McDowell for a while now. Since the first time we had a consultation until a little over midway through his time with braces, we've had nothing but good experiences with the office, from the office staff to the doctors. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and professional, making me feel that me and the care of my son are important to them. One time the Dr was taking longer with a patient and they called us to let us know we could arrive later for our appointment. Now that's service! Just finished Invisalign braces with Albert Family Orthodontics as an adult. Was apprehensive about getting braces at almost 60 but it was a great experience. Office hours are convenient, staff is professional and best of all, the results were great. There is a good mix of all ages and appointments were prompt and easy to fit in to my schedule. After years of searching for a dentist who is accepting new patients, I finally found Dr.Brooke at Dunedin Family Dentistry located in a new building in Palm Harbor. They could see me rather quickly for a new patient appointment and Dr.Brooke even called me personally the day prior to my first appointment which was a huge WOW factor! There was plenty of parking when I arrived and the building is so clean with such a refreshing atmosphere. They brought me to a consult room prior to my appointment to go over paperwork and address any concerns I had. This was yet another personalized touch of this experience. I then had pictures and X-rays complete, all of which were presented on a giant TV in the room. This felt a bit futuristic lol but Dr.Brooke went over each part of my exam with me before continuing on with the appointment. A few days later they were able to set me up to have my teeth cleaned with Lisa, who was so kind and took her time to again explain everything and prevent any discomfort. The implant failure was one of the most painful experiences in my life. I called the office three times to express the level of pain I was in. I was told it was to be expected for a month. One morning I woke up in agony and asked for a neighbor to drive me there, I called ahead and was told it was unlikely I could be seen. The pain was from necrosis of the bone and the implant has to be removed. I would love to be able to complete my treatment with Dr Little (a very kind and thoughtful dentist with great bedside manner). The scheduling is so complicated that my concern is needing to be seen and not having room in the schedule. I am afraid to go through a second try at the implant. It's a beautiful office, great teeth cleanings, great to have a cat scan on site, impeccable cleanliness. Front desk has been very difficult to work with. Trying to decide what my next steps will be.

Following completion of the crown I went to another Dental Business as the crown was not feeling right. The new dentist took X-rays and scans and showed me how the crown was not sealed properly. This resulted in a new crown being placed and of course the situation cost me double the money.

That's when dental healthcare took a back seat to upselling and corporate profits. The revolving door of talent was ridiculous. Older staff were replaced with younger, less experienced staff, many of whom seemed to be right out of school. Trombly fixed a front tooth; the next day, it needed attention. The office said they would attend to it when I came in to have the other tooth fixed. Similar complaints have been made at other offices where Trombly has worked. I had a crown installed, 211 days after I paid my balance (I have an 800+ credit score), I received a bill for $709.91 - no call, no explanation, just 'Here's your payment portal, pay up.' I am currently in a dispute, but because I pushed back, they terminated my patient status. Google search and background check Laura Lynn Etty Trombly...if you look close enough, what you find will be a tell-tale to why you SHOULD AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE. BTW - the photo of Trombly is probably 20 YEARS OLD... FAKE-FAKE-FAKE

I called and they said yes they do take my insurance. I asked them more that once. They text me more my dental insurance card. I don't have a card and was never provided a insurance card. The dentist can look it up under my name. They never responded to the text that they needed more information. I go to the appointment. They need more information which I provided. I said I just want to make sure this will be covered. The receptionist said yes there will be no out of pocket. I do back to get started on the procedure. They said I would need new Xrays. I don't need Xrays the where just to put the temporary cap back on and I told them I just had xrays as well and I could email them. ( I just got them done last month). The receptionist comes back and says everything will be out of pocket. ? So they never checked my insurance to see if treatment was covered? I never seen the Dr. they came in the treatment room, The dentist assistant was very kind and understand. This is a Corporation owned. I would just make sure want the expense and coverage is. They clearly are not looking out for you or your wallet.

The office is super clean and located conveniently on Main Street, just 1.5 mi from downtown Dunedin. I appreciate that Dr. Spencer, a veteran who served on the US Dental Core, used a digital impression to create my crown, which was far more efficient than the original one formed by a physical impression. I highly recommend Dunedin Dental Associates.

They told me my insurance doesn't pay for filling. I call my insurance co. to verify my coverage and was told that I am covered for filling with a $25. copayment. I called VIP for an explanation as to why they told me my insurance would not pay for the filling. I am told I did not get a filling (which I requested), but instead I got what is called a "build up". So my request for extraction if the tooth couldn't be filled was ignored and they did what they wanted to do and bill me for the complete procedure. If I am paying for a service, I expect that exact service. I am very angry.

I lost a filling 3 days before leaving on a month long vacation in July and was able to get in the next day, this was so appreciated and I am thankful I was able to get in. Just last week I had a crown detach and was again able to get in the next day and waited less than 30 mins from entering to completion. I've had multiple crowns, fillings and an implant placed at Kontos Dental Care and couldn't recommend them more.
