This review is for Susan, I believe she works in floral and for everyone I've had for my drive up orders, Hunter, a few others I can't recall also but I do it weekly and see new faces and always wonderful. On Mother's Day Susan helped me put together a bouquet in my budget and with what I wanted and today buying corn she overhead me discussing not knowing how to tell which is good and she helped me. Everytime I see her she is so overly helpful and beyond what usual care is. Same with the pick up order crew, EACH ONE, and I wish I remember their names, I come with my dachshund in my car, and they all interact with me and help me. The way they're so gentle with my stuff and helpful and make small talk is unheard of now adays. I love doing drive up because of those interactions when my day is hard - which has been often lately. I come here from time to time but after this last time I am conflicted especially when its conduct of employees being unprofessional and haven't taken sexual harrassment classes or watched vidoes on what that entails. The new guy that works in the meat, deli section he was being helpful but he kept calling me beautiful or sweetheart and it made me uncomfortable. I'm a customer and therefore him being new or not professionalism should be maintained! Someone needs to give that guy some advice before he keeps that up and gets himself fired when someone files a complaint. read more

Each row was mostly fully stocked, EVEN ON A BUSY SUNDAY MORNING!!! When we couldn't find what we wanted, we asked. Usually, the staff found it in the back. This location has gone way down hill, I have tried to give it a chance to approve it's customer service but honestly this stores at it worst I have seen it . It needs to train its employees better cause I think there just throwing them in there and unfortunately there not getting things right.... DO NOT BY DAIRY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE. For two years I have received spoiled Milk. For the last month that Milk has been spoiled immediately upon opening. I buy milk from Walmart & 7-11 and have no problems. They have a refrigeration issue that I have repeatedly reported to this store and they have NOT repaired the issue. My kid and his dad got ripped off for chicken drums at the bakery. They are overpriced and under delivered. The pharmacy department is the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It's the only reason I come here. Superb staff. The rest of the store is not well run. I have no idea why the manager decided that weekend days are ideal restocking days but it means that the shelves are either empty or blocked by merchants with huge loads trying to stock. I have always liked this Albertsons, they carry a wider variety of things than a lot of markets and the produce department I think is especially good. but something has changed. I won't go into all the details but I tried to do a return yesterday and at every point I got an annoyed and uncooperative attitude. I was lied to and when I got the refund, they did not give me the full refund and did not offer a receipt . That was a red flag for me so I asked for a refund receipt. Later I found the discrepancy. I love the store and it is out of my way, but I do love to shop here. It's big a lot of variety and the employees would not help me at checkout with my digital code coupon. I normally shop at the Campos store. That store is amazing. The employees are amazing and they help me with my digital code Coupons because it doesn't always work. The Wi-Fi doesn't always work. This Albertsons told me to go outside step outside and clip my Coupons or do them at home. I said I don't grocery shop at home. I go to the grocery store to buy food. Once again this store is very poorly stocked. They had no regular size Knudsen cottage cheese anywhere and they had no McCafe. These are just a couple of items that weren't available. The only reason for shopping here today is I was picking up a prescription for my wife otherwise I would be somewhere else that's bound to be better stocked. I've only been to this Albertsons a couple of times over the years. Today I was sorry I even went in here. I had looked online for eggnog because sometimes stores carry it over easter. They just call it Easter eggnog. Since I love eggnog I was happy when I saw online that Vons and Safeway both carried a Lucerne brand of eggnog for a reasonable price. I went to this location first and after walking all over the store and not finding any I just wanted to find out if maybe they were out of it or what. I asked the one employee, didn't get her name, if there was any chance they had any and she said oh eggnog is seasonal. We sold out of that in February and I said well this is one that they call Easter eggnog and they have it sometimes at Easter and online it said the Lucerne brand was available here. She looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and said Vons and Albertsons don't carry eggnog. I should have pulled out to add and showed it to her but I didn't. But I did have one parting shot when I said, well it says they do online. She fired something back at me but I didn't hear what she said and didn't feel like turning around to confront her. Whatever happened to the customer has always right? I knew what I was talking about. She was the one that was ignorant of the facts. And whatever happened to customer service for you say let me look online and see what I can find? She could have cared less. She was too busy bantering around with her buddies to be bothered by a potential customer. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Compare this attitude to the friendly employee I encountered when I went to Michael's next who was super helpful and even looked online to try and help me find what I was looking for. read more

They lady from the deli section was very rude, I was waiting patiently for the employee who was working at the bakery because he seemed busy, in no way did I show that I was impatient all of a sudden she tells me "you can say hey I need your help, or something he's not going to know if you need anything if you just stand there." I told her that he seemed busy and that eventually I was going to ask for help, the whole situation was ridiculous, I don't understand why she wasn't minding her business. This really made me upset because of her tone and it was very unnecessary. Even another customer heard her and looked at me and shrugged because she was surprised to the way she spoke to me too. I would understand if I would make impatient body posture, or if I was being rude then yes her comment was definitely necessary but I was literally minding my business waiting for him to come to me because he seemed busy and if he didn't come to me in a minute or two, then I would say, can you please help me? It was just so unnecessary and she really needs to mind her business and not that I want anyone's job to be at risk because I understand we all have our days but literally all she had to do was mind her business and not make the unnecessary comment so I actually took my business elsewhere because I didn't like the way she talked to me. Every time we come here, there are 3-5 sometimes even more CLIPPED coupons I place on my app and they're not on there. It's listed full price. I contacted Albertsons and they claim I didn't clip but would credit me the $8 or close that on my app. They never added that credit. But I urge customers to look at their receipts. Earlier today, cashier named Ruth was handling a customer with a bunch of groceries, I get that it'll take a long time to scan everything and put it in the bag. But no, this was more than long, this cashier(Ruth) had a conversation for about 5-10 minutes with the customer ahead of me. We have over a dozen places within an easy drive to buy groceries. We frequent four for various reasons but this one is a mainstay. The primary reason is the excellent quality and extensive selection of products. We are enrolled in their membership discount program and check the "for U member" coupons online for additional savings. We gather mostly stapes starting with a selection of fresh produce and salad kits. Then move around the store perimeter, bakery, meats and dairy. Finally we gather the few remaining items needed from the isles and freezer sections. Either with self-check or traditional checker, they always offer friendly helpful assistance including bagging and help to the car if needed. We especially appreciate the clear signage and well-stocked shelves and availability of the helpful staff. read more

I tried coming here for some lobster tails. I waited at the meat dept counter for 15 minutes. I tried to ask the deli dept to call someone, but no one came. Upon Check out, one of the managers checked out my groceries. I asked for a meat dept clerk to get what I needed, but the manager shrugged and ignored my requests. He attempted to have the meat rep call his phone but when he didn't call, no attempt to solve the problem was made. Poor customer service, I can not recommend this place. read more

With the girls who have worked there the same time 11+ years it's never been a problem to write happy "number" (happy 11th, happy 21st etc..) regardless of size. Twice now this newer crew has refused to write on the cake I'm buying from the bakery. This time I bought icing myself and wrote it myself, it fit no problem. My penmanship isn't so nice and that's why I wanted a "pro" to write on it for me. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received from this bakery. Unfortunately today I was very disappointed with this young brunette lady with glasses and ponytail I rang at the bell for customer service at the liquor department no one showed up and I repressed again after a while this young lady showed up angry and frustrated by saying that we heard you and notifying me that I called many times. She was rude with a boorish attitude. She made me feel guilty, She could say" thank you for your patience" or "sorry for the wait" with a smile. Decent store, that I had been going to recently because it is less busier than other supermarkets... Might have figured out why. Bought some crab legs as a treat, made them that night and within hours have a really bad reaction that lasted for days. Never had any issues before we seafood. My earlier review was partly comparing Albertsons to Target...I feel that Albertsons is pulling ahead of Target for groceries in both variety and somewhat in cost. Just make sure you look at Albertsons' own brands for lower prices. Also, and retailers don't often mention this - but their own store brands are not manufactured by them. They just purchase the same product from a company that makes it for better-known brands. They just hide this for the benefit of the parties involved. Meaning: buying the store brand often means the same quality as the famous brands. Don't pay for the brand. Pay for the quality. read more

This is a very nice Albertsons. I came by to pick up some of their hot wings from their deli department. I was surprised how much they gone up over the years. They cost $4.99 now, and I remember paying only $2.99 per pounds a few years back. Nevertheless, the wing are still great. This time around they were extra plump. Everything you need and easy parking! This small grocery store is conveniently located near the exit and on ramp of Amaya Drive off the 125. The entrance is only accessible from one side of the intersection due to its location alongside the highway, but that hasn't ever been a problem. Getting in and out of this store is quick and easy with friendly checkers. Selection here is good and promotions are plentiful. With all of the Albertsons that have closed over the years I am glad this one remains. read more

As a member of the lgbtqia+ community I usually use the men's bathroom to not cause any problems. But the men's bathroom here is broken and it was an emergency. And the manager Ken and the young girl who works at the self checkout line refused to let me use my gender's bathroom for no reason. I have shopped here for months and I have been treated so poorly today I will be shopping at Trader Joe's and Ralph's from now on I will also be contacting corporate about Ken's terrible customer service. read more
