I switched to Sav Ons Pharmacy in Albertsons in Temecula and it is horrible. They question medication that I have been on for years. I have to call the doctor's office for refills as they are always delayed. My husband's medication is never filled together making us have to make multiple trips for just monthly maintenance meds. Big pharmaceutical is challenging and one particular pharmacist is a nightmare to deal with. I'm looking to switch pharmacy's again to somewhere that is professional p, kind and not condescending when filling a prescription. Support staff is professional and do the best they can to be supportive. read more

Someone needs to start vetting their pharmacy employees. One particular girl has an attitude. I came over this year from Ralphs because it is cheaper with my Medicare D drug program. I didnt even wait for the beginning of 2026 to get up and leave so I didnt have to deal with the unhappy employee. The manager is aware of her attitude and unfortunately for the very nice manager, Im sure this girl runs all over the manager. Im now back at Ralphs and much happier. I like grocery shopping at Albertsons but the pharmacy is just a nightmare. read more

The staff is always patient, kind, and helpful. Pharmacists and their staff can certainly be overworked, especially during the height of the pandemic, yet we always felt as if we were being treated with the upmost respect and care! We have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years. We were very happy when Lawrence was the pharmacist. It all went downhill after he left. We've reluctantly been having our prescriptions filled here since. Just when we were ready to give up completely, and switch pharmacies, we finally had the new pharmacist Li come in. We had a problem getting an RX filled correctly and she did everything to square it away. She was awesome We still wouldn't recommend this pharmacy, but would recommend Li to help you if she is there. read more

I too have been going here over 20 yrs and yes there are good days and problems as with anything however there has never been a single instance the personal here all of them were ever rude or mad choices to do something that was not a choice on their own we all know medical issues and insurance issues can control a lot of this and that's not the pharmacist fault!! there are times my insurance has mad a problem and the pharmacy has always been the ones to get it straight and solve the issue so sorry anyone feel that they are a disgraceful representative of their company I totally disagree and will stand up for them to support their helpful and very polite help!! I even remember when there was no lunch hr and these people would never get a break or lunch and always had a smile on their face , just remember everyone can have a rough or bad day including your local pharmacy personnel read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I have tried calling 6 times and no answer. Their mailbox is full and I just need to transfer my prescription elsewhere. After them not answering over and over on the 7th attempt they picked up the phone and hung it up. I have had the worst experiences in the past with them such as them opening 10-20 mins late and making me late to work, poor customer service, messing up prescriptions, giving my prescription to someone else and then not having it available when I needed to pick up so I had to go days without it. I have now gone to HOPE pharmacy and it's incomparable. Do not use this Pharmacy. It's seriously needs to be shut down. Shame on the management. Shame on the employees. Bailey is an amazing employee! He helped us out with our monopoly coupons without attitude and very kindly. There were two younger girls that were on a power trip. The one that was our cashier saw we were confused and just wanted us to pay without helping us understand. And was extremely unkind. The girl at guest services was snarky and off putting with her attitude. The pharmacy is also a mess. Once again Bailey was amazing. Such a kind guy. Unfortunately won't be shopping here again due to the pharmacy and the experience with other associates. read more

I'd love to award them zero stars. I have been at this pharmacy for 20 years. The previous pharmacists (Lawrence and Tyler) were great. Cared about their customers and were always professional. The pharmacist they have now (woman) is a disgrace to the profession. She decides to arbitrarily fill or not fill meds without medical reasoning and without being the patient's physician. The people who work there are either new and rude or have been there a while and are cranky. After 20 years I moved all my meds to Costco just to get away. They need to clean house from the top down. read more

I had to call 8 times to get through to this pharmacy. They hang up on you and don't allow you to leave a message so you must keep trying. I've not experienced this with any other pharmacy in the area. They are not professional on the phone either. Won't use again! read more

My provider called in a prescription at 1 pm. Showed up to pick up at 5 pm and they had not even listened to their voicemail yet, so Rx was not ready. They told me another 30 min after they listened to all 2 of their voicemails. Ridiculous! I am a prescriber and can't believe I actually call in prescriptions here. They had all the necessary paperwork and info but refused over technicalities that could have been solved with some CRITICAL THINKING. the lady helping me just stared at me with her big blue eyes, like a deer in headlights. I've never had so much trouble with one pharmacy! My daughter got sick and I told the urgent care to go ahead and send her prescriptions to this location. What a mistake! I went in & waited half an hour in line just to find out the prescription was never received. Was told to come back in about 15-20 minutes, I came back after an hour and the prescription again couldn't be found until some digging around in their system was done. After getting our info I was then advised it'd be another hour! This was after wasting another 30 minutes in line before receiving any help! This time I decided to call before going back and now I've been on hold on their phone line for over a good 20 minutes! If I wasn't so worried about traveling back down there and wasting gas just to find out the meds still aren't ready I would've hung up already... read more

We've used this pharmacy over the last 14 years , unfortunately the entire employees have horrible customer service skills in person as well as on the phone . If you do use them plan on waiting most of the day for your prescription . One day I called in a refill at 830a.m. , went to pick it up at 630p.m. that evening and it was not ready . Had to wait nearly 30 minutes there to get it , terrible ! How any company can have employees this unprofessional for so many years at this location is beyond me . read more

This is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I moved here recently, and since I used to use the SavOn in my local Albertsons, I transferred my prescription to this one. My first experience, the wait was very long, once I got to the front of the line I was ignored, when I waived someone down she said they were short staffed and I need to have patience. No greeting, no apology, it was my fault for being impatient after 30 minutes of waiting. That aside, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, went back. The pharmacy technician tried to tell me a prescription I was trying to have filled was not at all covered by my insurance (which has literally never happened to me before), so I asked if there was a generic, she said she didn't know and couldn't check. I called my insurance, not only was 80% of the retail price covered but MULTIPLE generic brands were fully covered. I transferred my prescription to a CVS and the generic was ready for me within an hour. They are rude, not well trained, and not at all helpful. read more

To say the service here is abysmal is an understatement which is only rivaled through their complete incompetence. I have never been so frustrated on a continual basis as I have since switching over to this horrendous pharmacy. Their customer service, as others have alluded to, makes me think they got their training at a POW camp since even the simplest greetings are often omitted when you approach the counter. Similar to others experiences, the simple task of ordering your medication and actually receiving it on time, or even the same day, seems to have the same probability of winning the lottery. Arianna is certainly one of the worst customer service representatives I have ever interacted with. After her complete failure to fill our prescription within the 8 hour window they gave us (after saying it would be ready in 20 minutes) we were met with "yeah well what do you want me to do about it, we are busy...". Absolutely abhorrent experience time after time leading us to immediately change our pharmacy. My recommendation to Albertsons would be to take out their pharmacy and replace it with a brick wall, it would be far more useful. read more
