Came here to get a COVID Test. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. If you're getting an Antigen Test make sure you go to the outside testing booth (see picture). If you're getting a PCR you must go inside. My appointment was at 3:45pm but got here early and the nurse was nice enough to take me early. Park in the designated area and she will come to your car to confirm your appointment. Don't forget your ID. When you go inside, you will do your own nasal swab test. I waited an extra 30 minutes past when my prescription was ready because they forgot to tell me. I was in plain view of them for the entire time and no one called my name. When I was finally able to get it, it took five minutes to check me out because the tech kept walking away and helping other people. I understand it's a busy evening, but to be forgotten for half an hour when I have other errands and a family to get home to and feed is ridiculous. It's not even a prescription that required payment, I stood there waiting for it to be handed to me. The long wait and the prolonged checkout has me considering a new pharmacy. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered and it's all due to the pharmacist named Rania. To give a little back story I've been prescribed this pain medication since last year May 2022, the prescription is for 120 tabs every 30 days. I usually get my prescription filled at a different CVS pharmacy here in Temecula who because my insurance only covers 84 tabs always swipe a discount card that reduces the amount owed from $87 down to $12. The pharmacist Rania refused to swipe the discount card and was trying to convince me to only get a partial fill which would cause me to be shorted of very needed pain meds for this month. Rania stated in a very rude and condescending way that she could careless what my situation was and that she decides when to give a discount. This pharmacist will be reported tomorrow to her manger Katie and I'll be contacting the store manager Yvette as well. There's a disability act that protects people in my situation. I will be contacting them as well to advise them of what occurred at this location. This pharmacist exhibits a need for power with little regard for human beings that's are suffering physically and financially. This is a pharmacist that should not be doing this type of work. Karma is awful and I hope she never experiences the pain I live with every single day. For anyone else who needs to report abuse of power by the pharmacist named Rania, I have her full name: Rania Gerges NPI # 1194443564 License # 86195. You actually have rights. The way Rania Gerges treats customers is unacceptable. The condescending way she spoke to me is unacceptable. You can also report her to California State Board of Pharmacy. You only need to fill out a form online. By law they need to investigate all complaints. It takes us as a community to protect one another from misuse of power that Rania exudes. read more

Walked in to get some medicine. What i walked into was some ghetto lady yelling and screaming at the poor cashier. The cashier kept her composure though, so props to her. Other than that seems like a normal average cvs with most name brand meds out of stock. read more

Went to the Minute Clinic, made an appointment on the website, super easy. Spoke to the NP there about my options and she suggested that I may need to be seen at urgent care, as they weren't able to access my problem there. She gave me some great advice and suggestions to help me in the meantime. There was no charge for my visit. Both ladies were very nice and helpful. read more

this pharmacy and many more of cvs pharmacy are horrible. Not sure why when various prescriptions are sent they pick and choose which ones they want to fill. When asked why not all prescriptions where filled when they were sent over the day prior they couldn't answer just said oh there were no notes. I get better service at the DMV. Nola that manager tried to help. I get it they're busy. But there's no way one should get a text saying a prescription is ready. If you go here in the middle of the night because the CVS corporate website says the pharmacy is 24 hours.....don't. The website is wrong. Instead they will redirect you to the ghetto of Men A Fly. It's terrible that a valley of almost 1/2 million people does not have a 24 hour pharmacy read more

This pharmacy is the worst CVS I've ever used they are rude to you in front of other customers and rude on the phone. They are judge mental toward certain customers receiving certain medication. The pharmacist with the red hair and the accent is the rudest ever she has told me they don't have to fill prescriptions from my doctor if they don't want too. It's their choice. She acts like she is an MD working out of her scope of practice basically saying if I don't like you or don't want to fill a med I don't have too. An old lady with red hair and an accent was the rudest worker me and my family have ever encountered.She works at the front right near the drop off section in the pharmacy. Highly reccomend firing her because we will never be back again to this location because of her single handedly. On June 1, 2022 we came to the minute clinic around 2 o'clock after we were prescribed medication we walked over to the pharmacy. This is by far the worst CVS I've ever been to & I've been with them for 10 years. Actually to be honest, all of the CVS pharmacies in Temecula are horrible. I was just on hold for 45 minutes and they still didn't even answer the phone!! I've been in there many times, and even when it's busy and there's a line, your business should be able to pick up your phone. That's ridiculous. On top of that, they NEVER have my correct prescriptions. Every single month I have to call them and tell them to not refill my old one, but the new one my doctor prescribed. And every time they tell me that they switched it in the system so that I'll be good to go next month, no hassle... but they have never changed it. And then when I try to call to do so, they don't even pick up. Definitely switching my pharmacy. Please do better. read more
