The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!

I don't know all of their names, but Arin is especially earnest and helpful. The team at the counter is courteous and determined to give customers the attention they need. Rajee is very conscientious and a good problem solver. The pharmacy processes many prescriptions a day. But the space is too small to accommodate the volume of orders. Bags of filled prescriptions end up stacked high above, on top of each other, and staffers have to climb up a ladder to retrieve them. CVS needs to expand the footprint of the pharmacy to give its team a safer, more efficient space to work in. As for the drive-through, I jot down my name, DOB and medication on a slip of paper and slide it through, and that helps everything go more quickly. Initially, when I walked up, the woman who I ended up having this horrible experience with was behind the counter on the opposite side of the "pick up"/ "drop off" area where I was standing. She was on the phone. She looked up, saw me, yet didn't acknowledge or say anything. Typically, in this situation, a worker would say, "One moment, I'll be right with you..." or something similar, but she said nothing. So I just stood there for quite a while waiting for assistance. She finished her call... yet didn't come to the drop window. I'm looking around like ????? When finally, another employee came out from the back and asked if I'd been helped. I said I hadn't and gave her the relevant info to process my prescription. She said I should come back in 20 min because she wasn't sure if they had it. That was fine, so I walked around Target for about 20ish min to pass the time. When I got back, the woman who told me to come back was now on the opposite side, and the woman who was on the phone initially was at the pick-up counter. She already had the vibe like she was annoyed & didn't want to serve me, as her tone was very short. She asked if I was there to pick up, and I said yes... & that the other worker told me to return after 20 min. She got my DOB & name then said in a nasty LOUD tone, "We don't have this. You'll have to come get it on monday. It's your (insert ailment) medication, right?!" I. WAS. STUNNED. I looked around... there was a man close behind me in line, with whoever else in the isles, well within range. Anyone with ears heard her say what my medication was for LOUD AS FUCK! I looked at her & said "Why would you say what my medication was for OUT LOUD like that?!" She dead ass said "That's the way my voice is... sorry" But not "sorry" as in "i apologize" sorry as in "get over it". I'm livid! SHE IS SO WRONG... MY RX BUSINESS IS PRIVATE & THAT'S A HIPAA VIOLATION! I went to the other employee & told her what just happened... she looked shocked & embarrassed but tried to be sweet. She said sorry... and I could see the one who violated me, giving a nasty side eye. I went to the front of Target & asked for a manager. She was very nice & said sorry but that CVS is a different business, so Target has no management authority, but she would go try & get the CVS complaint number from them. She returned after a few min and asked me which CVS employee gave me the issue.
