Sometimes I can't always park and get out so it's very time consuming. At times they also have not had my prescriptions in stock for refill and have to wait 3-5 days so plan ahead here.

My only complaint is that most of the time they don't have several registers open. It is usually one or two. There are self check outs available, but sometimes there is a long line for self checkout. For parking, this store has the best parking lot when it comes to Walmart. There is always parking available and finding a spot is not an issue.

They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? It's right in the middle of the store, so you don't have to go all the way to the back like some other pharmacies are. Customer service was awesome. The prices of the medication was good. One of the medications wasn't covered in my mom's insurance, but the price was still affordable. I would definitely use this pharmacy again when needed. :)

The worst experience I've had in the pharmacy!…read more I had to file a complaint with California Pharmacy Board. I came on Friday, January 9 around 10:30am to get my flu shot. I asked the pharmacy staff about VIS and information on the vaccine. Both the pharmacist, Michael Guiguis, and the pharmacy technician Stephanie Montoya told me they don't keep that information because "nobody asks for it." Ms. Montoya tild me the name of the manufacturer and said "go in google and find the information about it." I tried, but there was no cell signal at the location. I mentioned that and the pharmacist laughed and said "yeah signal is bad here." He then said he would give me all the information AFTER i get my shot. I replied that I wantesto aee it before and that by law he had to provide it. He then told me to sit down and started talking care of another customer. After than he asked me if I was going to get the shot. I again said that I needed the information about the ingredients and side effects prior to getting the shot. Mr. Michael Guiguis said, "I will have to do extra work just for you to find it." I noted that tgey have to have VIS available and he said again, "Nobody ever asks for this." Then he told me he wasn't going to give me the shot. I had to get store manager involved in order to obtain the information I spent 30 minutes asking for. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were rude, unprofessional and refused to provide information about the vaccine until after the store manager got involved.
