I took an item off before I paid so it wouldn't proceed, so the employee got a message, he came over and he signed in and when I saw the total I said, that looks high for what I bought. He actually said "what do you want me to do about it!" I said excuse me?! I asked if he was an employee, his badge was turned around, I thought maybe this guy doesn't work here. He said again in a hostile manner " what do you want me to do about it!" And before I could say anything, he told me I was being rude. I said excuse me? " he said you are being really rude right now!" I said "I just asked you a simple question" and then I told him to step back from me get away from me go back to your till. You are upsetting me. I was in such disbelief. I was thinking to myself, what's happening here?! He was actually scaring me and I felt I was being bullied because he didn't know how to answer my question. I will never go back to this Springfield store. I'll try the one on Chad Drive and hopefully it works out better.

We spent a few minutes browsing, and left with some fresh product and fun items. In particular, I bought an heirloom tomato which was orders-of-magnitude higher quality than what I can get at a mainstream grocery store. I used it to make some tomato sandwiches, and it delivered. I don't know where they sourced it, but I'd guess it may be a local farm. They also had some good quality bananas and other produce staples. The staff person who checked us out was friendly. It was the sort of store that I maybe wouldn't go to every day for family groceries (I'd guess a bit too expensive for my everyday tastes), but I would definitely stop in to browse and get some fun things every now and again.

It's very homey inside, and they even have cute little carts. The service has always been impeccable as well. I am continually impressed by how they stock the store with the limited space they have. I hope some day they can expand into one of the spaces next to them, and take the little store to the next level.

As I approached the counter, the worker mentioned that the Chinese section was closed as it was no longer good and has been considered not sellable and/or had gone bad. I am baffled as I had been waiting and had a ADA senior waiting in the car. I am surprised at the negligence of the customer service provided this evening. I do not believe I will be returning to this location. I advise people to save their time and go somewhere else. How unfortunate it is, to waste peoples time. I am usually a very kind and patient person with manors but tonight shocked me. Customer service, please be informed on practices around your store to avoid any further inconveniences. Please take this time to train your staff as this can be a learning experience.

So I was super excited when they opened this location, as it's really close to my house, my husband's work, our bank, everything. Perfect to add to our errand list when needed, without feeling like we're going 47 miles out of the way. I come in here mostly for spices. It's literally the only place (I haven't looked too hard) that I know of that sells the Montreal Chicken Seasoning. I can find the steak seasoning everywhere, but the chicken is my go-to brand when I'm doing chicken dishes. Not a big fan of any others. So there's big bonus points there for me. I like that I can buy the bulk containers of spices, as they fit in my cabinets easier than smaller ones. I've been organizing my kitchen recently, so it was time to stock up and we made a trip in here. They have tons of other stuff as well. They have the coffee syrups I use. My brother always buys his in here, as they are cheaper than most stores. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses. I love the fact they carry Tillamook cheese. Again, bonus points from me there. I'm always watching prices on things I know I'll be buying in the future, but don't need right there. That way I can research it and find if this is the cheapest place or not. Sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't. Just be an informed consumer and don't impulse buy, and you can save money. The customer service is good. I've never had a problem in here. I've never needed a question answered, or anything specific. I've only dealt with the cashiers, but I have never had a complaint. The line seems to move relatively quick, and the cashiers are friendly. Would I return? Absolutely! The location is perfect, they have items I use consistently, prices are good as well as the customer service. I've never been given a reason not to return, so as long as it remains that way, I'll be a customer for life. Review 128 of 2017.

When shown it was a whole rack that was clearly labeled according to the employee mislabeled probably by one of their customers and they would not honor their mislabeling. Everything seems to be slightly overpriced for what you get and the attitude of the workers is one that is more concerned about their rules and their policies of how they ring things up versus serving their customers. They are perpetually correcting customers who tried to put a couple of items on the stainless steel counter for them to ring up. No, you have to leave them in your cart and they have to move them and they're really quick to correct you and not in a nice way. If this is the only place you can get these items and fine, but there's got to be a better place. I imagine I'll be shopping online after this latest experience. They have driven me out of their store for the last time.

Parking is a little janky if you're not used to the area, but this grocery store is otherwise a hidden gem! It might be run of the mill for locals; I'm not sure if this is a large chain that's all over the place or if it's less common, but the produce, meat, and cheese departments blew me away. I just want to rave a bit about this particular section of the store - most everything else was similar to what your expect. I've never seen such a large selection of items in a grocery store deli before... it was honestly slightly overwhelming to pick just a few items to try. There are individually wrapped chunks of tons of different types of cheeses, dried meats and prepackaged ones, accoutrements like breadsticks, olives, mini jelly and jam jars, and more. It was amazing. The bakery case was a whole other story... I have the biggest sweet tooth and can't get enough of baked goods, and their displays were absolutely gorgeous. I unfortunately didn't purchase anything from this section, but I can only imagine it's delicious lol.
