I call and they answer "yes" sounding annoyed. I had to ask "Is this Albertsons?" As they said yes it is. Sheesh thought I called a personal number with the way the phone was answered. Then I went to customer service a super sweet lady was working there had to ask the manager for money and the manager was so rude! I was shocked and disappointed! I told the lady in customer service to keep the smile and continue to be kind and thank you. That manager was Probably the same person who answered the phone. On the plus Karen at Starbucks was lovely and asked how to spell my name which I thought was cool! read more

I like the fact that this is a big store and I can find anything that I want. I like that there is a good selection of meats and cheeses. And I am happy with the fact that everyone is friendly and tells me where I can find the meat and the cheese. But what is really important? It's the produce. I am really impressed by the produce. The fruits and the salad makings are great. And you can get a great turkey for the holidays. And have I mentioned the paper products. And toiletries and cleaning supplies. What else can you ask for but find it all in a supermarket. Albertsons is complete. read more

Went to get a few things needed. A lot of the shelves were empty. I got what I needed, and went to check out. The cashier Kristin, said that she cannot put stuff into the bag I brought in. Yet she is ringing up the stuff, and hacking her lungs out. Where was management? I don't know. I will never use that store ever again. read more

I like their fresh produce section. But there's something off with their Albertson labeled chicken, it always seems to have a sulpher smell to it. That just happened to me again last night. It never seems to happen with the other chicken they carry. One other problem is that the lines seem to take forever. read more

This grocery store is ok. Just moved here and realize there aren't a lot of options for groceries. I've gotten bread that went bad in just a couple days and a bag of rolls that had a small hole in the side that we didn't see so they dried out before we could use them. Another time we picked up a 2 pack if ketchup and one bottle was bad but didn't notice until we got home. Bottom line, they have an ok selection, but be sure you check your stuff over carefully before you put it in the cart. One time they were out of something in the produce dept so I went to Savemart and was able to get the produce I needed and the selection over there was pretty good. read more

Today was the last straw, young girl at the meat counter was rude, condescending and arrogant, I had to just walked away. I have come to hate shopping here and will avoid it at all costs. I don't understand how this store with high prices and limited selection, with poor customer service can expect to survive. Walmart will be opening across the street so I expect some of these A employees will be looking for jobs soon. read more

A French roast is good coffee flavor on how strong it is for a quick price tag. Potato chips are closely related to graham crackers in that both are snacks with crunchiness. What is that crunch? The Starbucks Coffeehouse inside has been serving Frappuccinos that don't taste like wedding cakes. For me, some of the Boar's Delight gets me into holding cartoon balloons. Boar's deli products sweeten like taffy and taste with some of the most pure moisture I've tasted from meats and cheeses. Customers have rapid checkouts when debit allows us to go forward. "Crazy good!" says the Pop-Tarts box. There's something particular about a company's imagination for their fresh blue water bottles. Red Bull can taste so bubbly and classy with its expensive vitamins. To eat a pop tart is comfort; to roast marshmallows is hazard. Starbucks gives me something that is quicker than a birthday cake, although baked goods keep me company just like a groovy barista does. Albertson's beauty is akin to Safeway's vibe, somewhat. Employees know there's some complexity to actions before simplicity begins. I crunch cheetos like baskets of flakes; mom, cheetos like ice cream bars; dad, cheetos like a pig's meal; little brother, cheetos like icing for his couch; big brother, cheetos like absence. Well, well! My French roast coffee from Signature Kitchens is very weak for me and extremely great for my dad. I think my head is in my heart for sugar. What Albertson's black carts are holding in the store's clear environment are fatty creamers, real good spices, fruit pounds, pulpy juice, buttery cheese, warm ham, and lots more stuff. Albertson's in Tehachapi Town is by McDonald's. I buy mountain chocolate from Albertson's first, then I sit at McDonald's for Diet Coke. Really many flavors and textures of fruits and veggies prevent me from talking about them much. A dish may not be one thing. A shared amount of favorites hit the slope. Albertson's itself is hot candy: busy, busy, busy. Of course, civil workers may take their vacations even when long moments are gone such as their history of passion or exhaustive activities. This grocery store has lots of light colas I rely on. Pepsi Max is an intense drink I use when budgeting caffeine, so why are there different commotions between money and food? The rules of a diet are instructive, but imply budgets. There is no weak strength in Albertson's as long as shoppers can try new things more than once. read more

Shop here all the time. Most of the staff is great! Occassionally the prices seems a bit high but most of the time I think the prices are reasonable. I noticed other people mentioned the long lines, its true BUT there's Albertsons or Savemart and that's it, so when you shop here during busy hours there is a wait. Most of the time they do open more reigsters if needed plus they have the self check out now which I use all the time. I've had to exchange items for different reasons (not albertsons fault) and with no questions asked I was able to exhange. Some of the employees are very personable which is a nice touch. I like shopping here! read more

I love this store! Just this morning I went in because it was the last day of a great sale on Friskies canned cat food. The shelves were empty (no surprise) but there was a lady stocking the pet food section. She stopped what she was doing and went and got a great selection of the different varieties. She actually had to pull them off the truck because it hadn't been unloaded. I bought 5 cases. read more

Frozen Alaska salmon should be good--it's frozen on the boat. But at this store it frequently semi-thaws in the case, so it is mushy when cooked. Pears don't ripen even after a week on the window sill. Clean? wild birds fly through, and the employees think it's funny when shoppers point that out. I never thought I'd say it, but I can't wait for Walmart to open. read more

Customer service is terrible! I go to the deli and the women are complaining about each other instead of helping, 1 poor man is trying to take care of everyone. They are always stalking in the middle of day and at busy times, why no at night? You can not even get around. And the biggest problem, their Buy more Save more deals, I don't need more, there are 2 of us and I do not need to buy 4 12 packs of soda, I believe this is a scam, 6.39 for 1 12 pack or 2.99 if you buy 4. I can't afford 4 at a time I live on a fixed income and can only buy what I need for the week. If I wanted to buy more save more I would have a Costco membership and drive there. read more

The fried chicken from the deli is the worst I have ever had. Over cooked and dry don't know if it had been sitting there all day or what. The recent remodel of the store included adding a Starbucks removing the floor tile and leaving the floor bare concrete frankly it looks crappy. You go in the evening they are out of stock of a lot of items. Think I move to save mart who just did a beautiful remodel. read more

Went to the deli tonight just to pick up a fast dinner of chicken, I was appalled at the chicken. It looked like it was cooked a week ago so I went for the chicken tenders, got home and managed to eat only two out of a pound. It was dry as heck, tried everything to make it softer but ended up throwing it in the trash. My wife got chicken wings, no taste and ended throwing hers away too. The most overpriced grocery store around. Now that they have remodeled be prepared to pick up that cost too. I have never seen a single chicken breast with a little seasoning on it go for $11.99. Probably the rudest cashiers you'll find in any grocery store. The staff seems genuinely angry at you for being in the store.

It should be a crime to have prices like these. Every item in my cart is $0.50 - $2.00 more than a store in Bako or Palmdale. The sales are great but are the typical bait and switch. The only time I go here is when items are on sale and I always leave with a rain check as nothing is ever in stock. I;ve gone in on the 1st day of the sale within an hour of opening and the shelves are empty. The cashiers are always friendly but if they worked on commission they'd be millionaires. The funniest thing is when you spend $60 and the recepit says you save $80. Drive to Bakersfield, and even with the gas money, you'll still be on top. read more
