With all my health things going on the two surgeries, the cancer, all I could think of was the crispy chicken strips. I miss them in the last couple months. It sounds silly, but couldn't wait to get them, so I called and I spoke to Cherie. I think she may be the manager of that department. I told her the situation probably more than she needed to know, but I was telling her I wanted to order them so they'd be fresh when my daughter picked them up. Cherie had nothing but the most wonderful, comforting words that she could say to me. She honestly made me feel like she really cared. When my daughter picked up the chicken strips for me, there was the sweetest note written on the bag. This is a perfect example of going above and beyond and making customers feel cared about. I admit I'm very emotional at this time in my life, and I read that and started crying. What may have seem like a small gesture on her part actually was huge in my world. I can't wait until I can drive again and I am healed so I can personally go in and thank her. I did call her, and I also called corporate office to tell them about the note and how she made me feel. I tried the patty melt, fries and some onion rings. I loved my patty melt. They don't skimp on ingredients at all, cheesy all over, onions well grilled and plenty and the meat was nicely seasoned super tender angus beef. For 10.99, you really cannot go wrong with this combo. Unfortunately I did not get to take a photo since I was super hungry by the time we got our food. But yeah, don't come during peak mealtimes otherwise you'd be waiting forever.

It is difficult to walk away without a mini-pie (try them all, but blackberry is freaking amazing!!). As always, Danelle was there with her typical congeniality and work ethic! We love her!! Completely unacceptable and basically harassment because my daughter has a body like a supermodel and they were standing around so intimidated by her body that they had to say something to her about shopping while wearing her gym clothes.
