I have been shopping at Albertsons for many years and Lajuana has always been one of the kindest, most helpful employees there. No matter how early her shift is or how long of a day she's had, she always has a smile on her face and treats everyone with kindness and patience. This is a pretty decent Albertsons, with a nice produce section and bakery. To save you the trouble, if you're looking for the packaged bread, it's located in the fresh bakery area. Which is a little strange, and I've never seen bread in that area. They have a walk-in freezer in the beer section with cold beer. They don't really have any individual beers besides Bud Lite and things like that. Make sure to bring your own bags or else they charge you an extra 10 cents per bag! read more

Huge disappointment!!! The lack of customer service, communication, and simple common sense is a major problem in the deli and meat department. Know this, meat dudes if you hear the bell and see your buyers at the counter that's a clear indicator that we are ready to make our selection. When you look and me and continue to do what your doing for 5 more minutes is stupid!!! You're basically letting me know to shop elsewhere because I'm bothering you. You know who you are, tall white skinny male. And the deli department, I ask you a question on a price because it was noooo where to be found and you tell me if I look I'll see the price, it wasn't until I had told you this, "you think I wanted to even talk and ask you for the price?!?" This is my go-to grocery store and by and large it's a good one. I have a big issues, though, with the baggers. My bagger today put raw chicken and fresh produce in the same bag, with chicken underneath and on top of the produce. That's just gross, and it's not the first time. I buy most of our groceries from this particular Albertsons. Grocery stores... well, all brick and mortar stores, deserve a hats off, if they are still standing after COVID. It's been a rough ride. I got into the habit of getting our groceries delivered because of COVID and now it's just convenient. I've had some issues at times, because of that, but they have been easily resolved. A few of their organic produce items have not always been as fresh as can be and sometimes things I want, are out of stock. Not a lot though, so, I really have no passionate complaints. We are vegan, sometimes vegetarians, no meat or fish, so I really appreciate their growing variety of those options. Supporting plant based! Yay! When I do go into their store, the atmosphere is good and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I'm not sure what more one can ask of a grocery store, except a bit lower prices. This Albertsons is one I usually go to for a quick stop, not for big grocery shopping. I usually buy ready made stuff in the bakery and deli or giftcards. I've had quite a few issues recently with foods that were on the shelfs and had already expired and foods that were bad the moment I opened them up. Also we have had two times where we bought giftcards and they were both compromised. So I will not be buying giftcards from them anymore and will watch out for expired food. If you purchase giftcards then keep all receipts and call them to make a claim if they turn out to be invalid. read more

Not in love with the pricing but I did want to give a shout out to the staff! Absolutely fantastic butcher named Isaiah in the back! It was so nice to see happy normal faces! It's been such a rarity to see that and then on check out which oh my gosh I'm never using self check out again you guys need to rip those things out it was terrible. Manager of that section was very cool and then there was a nice girl with long blonde hair and she was so nice we were walking out at the same time and we're chatting. And then even the girl grabbing up the carts with brown hair and glasses was so nice! I brought my cart to her she grabbed it for me she said have a good night! All in all I am just blown away by the absolute Amazing manners that I saw today at the store it's something that I haven't seen in a really long time. It's the old-school Marietta vibe and what we hang onto here. So I'll definitely be back for that I really do hope to see more opportunity to have pricinglower when able? Maybe some more local providers of produce and meet could help with that I don't know? But that would be fantastic! I really like this Albertsons because they keep it clean and organized. The employees here are always ready to help and generally seem to be in a good mood. There were a few times where I was looking for something scanning the isles and an employee stopped to ask me if I needed help finding something. I really appreciate that because often times, I'm the one that has to hunt someone down to ask a question. The prices here are on the higher end, however, if you use their coupons and look out for their deals, it's pretty similar to other grocery stores in the area. The lines are never ridiculously long and they make sure to have carts available. Also, I love how this location accepts Apple Pay! Lastly, this one has a Starbucks in it. Yay! read more

My neighborhood friendly Albertsons, a place I visit sometimes more than once a day. This store for a while was getting pretty bad due to the transients in the area. The previous store director felt his hands were tied and didn't really address the problems. Well I'm happy to say that this store is going through some great changes! From the updates they've maid for the Albertsons holiday show to the improvement in their employees. A lot of it is all due to the NEW store director and his take no shit attitude. Thieves are not welcome there and will be stopped by security. Employees are held accountable and overall service is improving. So let me just say Kudos to you for turning this store around and doing what management should be doing, fixing the problems to make our shopping experience a great one. read more

Albertsons is one of my favorite stores to shop at for groceries & this location has many very nice courteous employees. One girl in particular in the deli department does a wonderful job of taking care of customers & it's greatly appreciated. Unfortunately this morning another girl was working & it was not a very enjoyable experience. Some are more picky about the way they choose to have deli meat sliced, when I mentioned if she could slice it thin I thought she was going to stick my head in the slicer. This does not reflect the store as a whole it's a great place to shop. But I don't appreciate rude people in general especially ones workin customer service. read more

Today (4/20/2022) @2pm a lovely young lady with long brown hair and a handsome young man with blonde hair rung me up at register 1 and they were both so pleasant. Being a new mother, I have my hands full with my little one and I had stuffed everything in the bottom of the stroller while shopping. The young man insisted to help me to my car to make it easier for myself. I felt really bad because I did not want to be a difficult customer but the young lady also insisted that it was no trouble. The young man was so helpful and we had a cheerful conversation on the way to my car. I've never had such an amazing experience at this Albertsons before or anywhere else for that matter. Thank you for employing such kind young people in your store. I am really disappointed in the service I received by the Manager of all people today. He was busy having a conversation with another employee, did not bother to greet me, did not make eye contact, rang up my groceries which included wine & champagne, the first sentence said to me was "are you over 21?" To which I handed him my ID. He then stood there after ringing up my order and did not tell me my total, I had to look at his screen to see it for myself. Once finished I had to ask for monopoly pieces and I barely got a "thank you" out of him. No wonder why this place has bad customer service reviews, the manager you have employed is just that, a manager and by no means a LEADER. So i drive past the Albertsons on California Oaks to go to this store. Ive had plenty of good experiences here. Today was a really bad one. Went to the meat dept and tried to find a pork butt since it was on sale. Nothing in the counter so i asked for one. The lady in the seafood dept is always helpful and kind. She brought out a huge pork butt roast (11 lbs) and we continued our shopping. Got to checkout and waited in line. Kellie was obviously stressed but we waited patiently. My girl went ahead of me and there was no bagger so it took a bit. It was my turn and i only had the pork roast. It was .99 lb in the ad and it came out to 14 dollars. I asked how a 11lb roast at .99lb is 14 dollars. Kellie told me that " thats the price" "nothing i can do about it". Im not ok with that answer so I pressed on. She looked at the ad and said "it clearly says in the ad theres a limit of 10lbs." I told her its 1 roast and the meat dept trayed it up so i cant control the weight. She repeated in her annoyed voice "it clearly states a limit in the ad". I told her then cut a pound off. She told me " go take it back to the meat dept". I let her know that i dont work here and im not taking it back. She was throwing the ad around and rolling her eyes at me. I told her she needs to calm down. She then said " you need to calm down" back to me. I told her to deduct the price to the right amount so i can leave. Thankfully a manager was walking by and told her to do what she should've done in the first place. She took the 3 dollars off and off i went. Kellie has been rude to us before and even my girl referred to her as "snotty". This store isnt worth driving to anymore and i wont be treated like that from some old burn out. OMG. I have been ordering birthday cakes from very expensive home bakers and fancy niche bakeries. I decided to give Albertsons a try. I spoke with a lovely lady a week ago, giving plenty of time for my order. She was so helpful. She suggested white cake with raspberry filling with buttercream frosting. We went with her suggestions except we went with whipped cream frosting. I asked her to make it special for my granddaughter's 6th birthday. We talked about colors and flowers. She suggested adding butterflies, as well. I picked up the cake today. It was absolutely beautiful. It could not have matched the cake topper any better. And, it was delicious. Her suggestions were spot on. Everyone loved it. Someone teased me and asked me where I got this obviously pricey cake. They were shocked to hear it was from Albertsons. I am so sad that I did not get the baker's name. I believe she said that she was the decorator. She is very talented and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making her birthday even more special. It is sad when a manager makes a unilateral decision and it makes life more difficult for disabled people to shop there. I have to go to the pharmacy for my parents now, because they are disabled and it is hard for them to walk to the pharmacy now that they closed the entry closest to the pharmacy, for doordash and online orders. I would think disabled people would get more respect than online orders, but I guess this store is all about money and not convenience. As soon as I can fin a new pharmacy I am transferring my parents stuff over. It is very disappointing, because from what I could tell from talking to several employees this was a manager decision and not a corporate one. If you are disabled shop elsewhere. read more

The meat department needs some customer service training. Or maybe hire people that care about customer service. Understand they have other jobs in the back besides helping customer but it is almost nearly impossible to get assistance. I might as well just go package and weigh my own meet. You can ring that thing and wait 5-10 mins and look through the little window on the and the employees will just be standing back there chatting. Yelping because I'm dissatisfied with how my issue was handled. I've gone to this store very frequently and so far three times I haven't been given my change. So finally I decide to call just to speak to someone to let them know of my concern. It's not a lot of money but if it were my employees I would want them to be giving my customers their change back. I'm familiar with how important keeping a till even is, not over or under. Whomever I spoke to me like I was ignorant, yes I know the coins are dispensed by a machine. It's the bills I'm not receiving. The first time I let it go it was just a dollar. The second time I was in rush also not slot of money, not a huge deal. But three times is excessive, all with different employees. My point being maybe the employees should have this brought to their attention. So this doesn't keep happening. We were just at our local Albertsons store in Wildomar off of Clinton Keith. They're fully stocked and even have lots of toilet paper on the shelves. Not many stores can say that! They were out of hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes, but that's expected in these circumstances. It's our neighborhood store and we usually go in at least once day on our Starbucks run, so we know them well. They've always been great and know us all on a first name basis; even our kids. They are not in a rush to get us out of line and take the time to ask how we're doing. They have been really amazing through this and have been keeping the store fully stocked throughout the day. They have are good about enforcing the limits on the hard to find items; making it fair for everyone. We really appreciate that, because I'm have a very compromised immune system and need to limit my time out of the house keep visits to the stores at a minimum. Their cleanliness is above par and it shows. We've had no choice to got into two different local big box stores. Neither of them were busy, but the employees weren't educated or at least not sticking to the 6 feet rule. That's a really high stress situation for someone that's had cancer and told by doctors not to go out. It's so appreciated that our Albertsons is going out of their way to distance the customers; even while they wait in line. The plastic shields at the registers show that they care about their customer's safety during this. Thanks Albertsons!!! read more

Manager Billy (I did not get the last name) wow just such a great noble human being . I was @ the subway next door , Billy was eating on his lunch or after work I do not know. However as I was waiting in Line , An EMT was ordering & before she could finish her order she gets a call & sprints out the door empty handed. Billy immediately gets up & offers to go run down the sandwich to her. A subway employee (Liz) ended up chasing after the EMT & handing her the sandwich. When the employee returned, Billy offers to buy the lady's sandwich. Subway did not take up Billy's offer however it was such a great act of citizenship & such a great reflection of Billy. Billy was still in his work uniform & i was able to peek @ the name tag to get his name. This act from Billy should not go unnoticed , Albertsons on Clinton Kieth has some great employee's.
