I was so happy when this store opened since we live in Wildomar and shopped the store in Lake Elsinore. It was great but short lived. Check the dates! They are consistently out of date or close to and I'm not talking some things I'm talking most! Things aren't stocked and what is old. No help from staff and no discounts for out of date items. I gave them one last shot this weekend and will make the drive to the Lake Elsinore store which is always clean orderly and NO out of date item. So sorry to have to yelp this but it's an issue. They need to get it together before Sprouts comes in. read more

This is the worst grocery outlet store I've ever been in and I've been in many of them all over Southern California. The staff here has a very apathetic attitude not very friendly not very helpful. Shelves are not stocked meats were nonexistent the entire store not really up to enough for as good as others that's for sure. Items at the advertise not stocked Some items I looked at were expired so by dates on them just bad vibes bad vibes that's all I can say I won't go back. I was so excited when I heard there was a Grocery Outlet opening up so close to me, well, its about 10 miles from my house, but worth it. I've been driving up to Mira Mesa Grocery Outlet for quite a while. My friend introduced me to what she calls "The Disneyland of Grocery Stores". And they are! I met the owners, Marc and Carl, they are the nicest people anyone could ever want to meet. I'm so happy for them and this new store. I can come here more often AND get all the frozen items I couldn't quite get before. The prices and variety at Grocery Outlet are amazing. I've been known to stock up on my favorites like they are going out of style. The produce department is fully stocked with great fruits and vegetables. Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) are in abundance. My favorite aisle is the NOSH aisle. Lots of vegan, gluten free and organic treats and snacks to choose from. Did I mention how much I love Grocery Outlet? I'm a huge fan and so happy this one is easily accessible to me. And the staff are super nice too. read more

Falsely advertise the price of items the in store. I got a 2 pack of Lacrox that was packaged together and the sign said 4.69. At the register they charged me for 2. When I said I only have one package they said that they come from the manufacture like that but the price is for 1. That is ridiculous, if the price is for one then separate them before stocking them!!!! They were ALL packaged together, none were single so the whole back stock story is garbage. That wasn't the back stock, that was the front stock! I'll never be back because I feel like I was cheated. Prices are not a deal. But...today I was told to bag my own groceries because I brought my own Grocery Outlet bags. I have never been told to bag my own groceries. Lat week at 7:30 PM I went in and was told the restrooms were closed for the day at 7:30PM???????? Store full of evening business & I had just driven almost 100 miles toget there. Ok here it is something positive first. I met one of the twin men who stated he owned grocery outlet in wildomar nice man very helpful. Ok here is a negative this is my second time shopping here great prices but poor attitude on cashier, I mentioned that I was not complaining but wanted to say the plant area the plants are drying up and I said it very NICE. She threw back an attitude stated, of course I have been here checking people out on the cash register. I told her she did not need to take it personal I was just mentioning it and if I knew she was the one taking care of the plant I would had not said anything. My day job during the week is working with high school kids I get attitude from them I don't need attitude from grown-ups too. Adjust your attitude cashier lady maybe more people would do business here. read more

One time try for me. Condition of the vegetables were horrible. I can understand that produce can have spots or blemishes but to push decaying produce on the shelves is a big no. I know we had covid and perhaps there is an issue because of the Russian-invasion, but all logistical issues should be resolved now. You guys are an outlet, not Whole Foods. I love the Grocery Outlet! I have been a frequent customer all up and down California. This GO is always dirty, the workers aren't helpful and the organization of isle of food make very little sense. It's sad, this is a new building and new owners and unfortunately it's not very clean or organized, food items not replaced immediately, large gaps of missing products! I didn't see any of the negative things people below me reviewed. Let me start off by saying the service was nice! The staff was friendly and attentive! I went there to stock up on some non perishables for this uncertain time and I was quite happy with my haul. The produce and meats were actually decent and I would totally go there to buy some meats when it comes down to it! Honestly there were a lot of things for me to look at and choose from! Wether it was frozen goods, snacks, alcohol and toilet paper. Yes they have toilet paper people!!! I can shop here for the majority of my weekly groceries, so the trip from Murrieta made it worth the while! I love shopping at the grocery outlet I usually make a run over once a week to pick up snacks or pretty much anything that might catch my eye. On 8/8/23 I went over to grab a few things. I checked out as usual and started to load my car I heard yelling in the parking lot so I looked over and the lady manager and her three sons were fighting two boys in the parking lot. I asked what was going on and why they were jumping on the young boys. She said they were stealing then asked me did I know them I told her I didn't and for her safety that they should have called the police. She then yelled they do not come so me and my boys handled them. I did not see what transpired in the store and do not in any way like that they were stealing because I was raised different but I feel that she should have called the law because this situation could have gone in a totally different way and a lot of people could have been hurt. I do not feel safe visiting this store anymore. I hope the owner reads all the bad reviews and gives his employees a reality check! Murrieta is farther from my home but they have a new customer. read more

On my way through town my family and I stopped for some refreshments and we were at the check out waiting in line and my boyfriend was mentioning to me that he thought the employees were drunk. I was excited When I saw this was opening. Like EXCITED! Literally 10 minutes from home at most and one of my favorite stores. Well it was horrible. I was followed by I guess their security guy that was very obvious literally the entire time I was here. They had 99% off brand items and already had moldy produce out literally the day they opened. The cashier was rude and unfriendly and the other two cashiers were talking about customers and making tik toks. I then gave it a second try like maybe it was first day jitters. Nope. We love this Grocery Outlet. Always great buys and so close to home. They carry most everything we need. Owners are super friendly. The prices are fantastic and we love their Grassfed 93 percent fresh burger, the Lactose free milk, great selection of frozen fruits/veggies and many are organic. They got our business. If I could give zero stars I would! The manager Jojo accused my daughters of stealing 2 Starbucks's Frappuccino drinks made a huge scene in front of 15 other customers. I've never been treated so poorly from a business in my life. I had the receipt to prove my daughters purchased the drinks before they opened them she continued to let everyone know yelling at me that she checked her cameras and I better get in line and pay for them now (she pulled them out of the trash)in front of the whole store. I will NEVER return to this store again they assaulted me and humiliated me. I've never been so scared of someone in my whole life. The manager seems to be mentally unstable after I spoke with the owner Marc he was like talking to the wall he didn't care about anything. Grocery Outlets are the bomb! We enjoy walking the NOSH aisle and enjoy the savings on the healthy items. Enjoyed the organic produce also. Fun is at the checkout seeing how much $$ you saved and ringing the bell. Some checkers we have come across are super good at this and pretty funny. ( they are supposed to ring the bell and make an announcement when you saved $100 or more). When my husband saw we saved close to $200 and mentioned it the checker said the bell is too loud and didn't want to ring it. read more

I really enjoy this store but you must intentionally hire the laziest cashiers in the area. Not only do they not help or offer to pack groceries in your bags but the last time I was there the young girl didn't even push them closer to where I was rushing to pack because she was staring into space. I had to say "Can't you at least push the groceries closer so I can reach them". No one was in Line behind me so I found that not only lazy but rude. This is not the first time I've experienced issues with your cashiers. I think you should teach them about customer service if they're dealing directly with customers. read more

I asked for the manager, who was rude and very verbally abusive to me from the onset!! All I wanted was to add an extra dollar to my change so I wouldn't get 9 dollars back but an even 10!! Won't be back. It was only open for 2 days. It already seemed old and the product selection is minimal. And very few were brand names. The produce was very bad. Every bag of lemons I picked up were old and squishy. It all looked like it had been in a warehouse for a long time. The apples I bought looked ok for a day or so and then they really started to look bad. Wasn't impressed. How do they have old produce when they have literally been open 2 days. read more
