He agreed with a few issues (brake pads was #1) and two other items he will address next week. Once I left the business, I felt a sigh of relief. I didn't feel played or taken advantage of. Juan never rushed me and explained things in a way I understood. I appreciate him and his staff. I just got my brake pads done today and next week, he will complete the other items. I asked for a diagnosis and to fix the major issues with the car. There will be a lot of maintenance for a nearly 40 year old car, so I understand it's harder to diagnose immediately. It took a YEAR AND A HALF to get my car back. I paid nearly $7000 in work for parts and labor. After A YEAR AND A HALF, I got my car back in 2025. I had called repeatedly in the meantime before, every time they said they were "waiting on parts" or "we're getting to it this week", if you genuinely are so backed up with car work for over a year you are extremely unprofessional. The worst part wasn't even the wait, the day I got the car back I took it to Costco, and IT BROKE DOWN THE SAME DAY I GOT IT. I had to tow it back, and they said it was a failing fuel pump (which was the original reason I even brought the car in). They then proceeded to charge me another $1200 after they just "fixed it". This still is not the worst part, while under their care, the original red paint has been sun damaged from sitting unprotected in their front parking lot, the front BMW logo had worn off from the sun, they even put the faded BMW symbol inside the car like it's fixable, the DASH IS CRACKED, and my subwoofer was STOLEN and cut out from the trunk. When I asked the worker if they had removed the subwoofer out of the trunk for any work he said "I have no idea, that cars been here since before I started working here", so I asked the main person dealing with my car and he said "sorry sometimes people can get into it from the parking lot". EXTREMELY unprofessional, careless staff. I should have taken legal action when it originally happened, but at the time I just wanted my car back and wanted them as far away as possible. Paying over $8k just for the car to be in worse shape than when I had brought it in. DO NOT EVER, EVER take your car here if you want a reliable shop. They are no where near professional. I still think about this situation all the time, and it never fails to ruin my day. Awful place. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

They first performed a standard diagnostic check, which concluded that the broken part could perhaps be covered by Ford due to it being recalled. Based on their diagnosis a new set of brakes and rotors also needed to be installed. I really appreciated their HONESTY when it came to how I should go about having my car fixed. They could've fixed the part themselves and charged me, however they were honest and directed me to Ford who fixed the part of free of charge due to it being a recall. The Auto Experts did a splendid job fixing my brakes/rotors and were patient with me with transitioning my car from their shop to the Ford service shop. I thank Karl and the crew for all their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. I will definitely be back to the Auto Experts should I have any car trouble in the future.
