I walked out with a subwoofer and amp that sound incredible and are installed perfect but more than that I walked out knowing I'd been treated fair and that these people actually cared about doing the job right instead of just maximizing the invoice. if your tired of the typical sales pitch where every visit turns into a conversation about upgrades you dont need this is your spot they respect your time your budget and your intelligence and honestly I couldnt recommend them more.

I had some time this weekend, so I stopped by Audio Motorsports to get some advice and ended up just doing the install, since they could do it now, and the price they offered me was great. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.

Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. I've taken in my cars for minor things to larger maintenance matters and inspections. Oil changes and transmission servicing are quick and simple. Never a hassle, they will give you the service you asked for and will advise you of any issues that they observe, but will not force you to receive servicing for other issues. I've brought in my Corolla for heavy work such as replacing motor mounts, renewing the brake components, repairing axles and control arm issues. They absolutely make sure your vehicle runs smooth and will not turn break apart like Lego pieces. *Even better since I was able to purchase my own parts and get servicing completed within the same day. When I used to bring in my MR2, they did all the necessary work when an issue came up. They taught me why something didn't work or made a funny noise, and troubleshooted the problems with ease. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to.
