i visited this location while out. they had mostly everything in my list! customer service is usually good. store is normally ALWAYS clean as well. **just BE SURE to check the dates (at ALL of their locations) because ive had rotten fruits before (even though i checked before leaving the store) and/or weeks and sometimes a months old food in boxes. read more

Refrigeration was down and staff was congregating together while one cashier worked. Went to ask for help as there were about 15 of us in line and staff got a major attitude saying they would handle it and no one came to help us. I walked out (had steaks to purchase $$$) and about 5 other people did too. I get the refrigeration problem but it doesn't take much to be polite. Won't be back Aldi read more

after hearing raves about ALDI, I decided to see what all the fuss was about. needless to say I left disappointed. this joint feels like Dollar Store decided to sell food. I know that sounds harsh, but that was my reaction after being there. I grabbed a few things, saw that there was one cashier lane open with 10+ people waiting, and decided to leave. maybe for something in a pinch, but I won't be rushing back. read more

Service is awful here. Idk what is going on w the manager but the workers are unhappy. I was verbally assaulted by a cashier because I didn't see her had put up his I'm closed sign after I got in line. Avoid this location not worth the stress. It's an Aldi and I'm a fan. This is the closest one to me so I get here pretty often. I've found the store itself to be on par with other Aldi locations. As an Aldi fan, I'd normally give this a 5 star review but the check out process here has been a disappointment. For 3 visits in a row, there have been long lines to pay and get out. The staff is nice and the checkout person is always busy but a lot of time said checkout person is alone. It typically takes 10-15 minutes to get out of here once you're in line. Sometime this just happens, I get it. But 3 times in a row is a little much and it's frustrating. read more

This is one of the better Aldi's I've been to. The fruit selection is surprisingly decent and for the most part they're not ridiculously overpriced. I usually avoid budget grocery stores, but this Aldi has given me life! I love fresh fruit, so I'm always in search of grocery stores with the best deals. I've tried a few of the snacks, and they're not bad either. There's 85¢ bread--who can be mad at that lol. There's a variety of meats and produce. Everything you need for dinner and then some really. Customer service has always been exceptional and even though the lines can get long, they move very quickly. Remember to bring a quarter if you're planning on feeding a big crowd, you'll need it to get a shopping cart. It's in a newer plaza and the parts that aren't under construction are actually really nice. It's extremely convenient for me, and it's definitely going to be one of my grocery stops! read more

Awful experience. Won't be back. There were two registers open so I went to the one with a shorter line. I had ONE ITEM and was yelled at across the store that there was only one line (the longer one). I was then directed to wait in the longer line while another family was told to take my place in the shorter line. I found it very blatantly disrespectful so I walked out empty-handed. Two lines means two lines. If that's not the case you need to let me know when I walk in the store instead of yelling at me and making both us look like idiots. read more

Decided to stop at this new location since i was in the neighborhood. The store is very eat and well organized. The cashier was nice and helpful as i had some trouble finding minced garlic. I love Aldi the generally have the best prices compared to other grocery stores. Nice location! read more

Good place to buy in bulk. Only one register open in the store in Decatur. But, all employees very nice and helpful.

Now usually I'm not a fan of low budget grocery stores however I love this Aldi's. The produce section is always fresh and the prices are mostly reasonable. There are a few things that are more expensive here but overall it's cheaper. They always have a good selection of items even at the end of the day after working hours. The store is easy to maneuver around and the aisles make sense as far as how the products are stocked. The guacamole and the pico are delicious. I also find myself venturing over to the wine section which has a good selection of seasonal beverages. The meats and cheeses also look and taste fresh. I also like that they have organic options. Although these items prices are comparable to those you will find at a regular grocery stores. The only drawback to this store is the checkout lines are sometimes a little Overall, I love this grocery store and it has become my go to for last minute meal preps and quick pick ups. read more

I've been to a couple of different Aldi's in the Atlanta area and I think this is one of the better locations. Usually plentiful parking with ample amount of carts. The store is very clean store and usually well stock. Aldi is a great store if you're looking for very affordable basics, organic, and gluten free items. I usually pop by once a week to pick up a few things. Definitely try their sourdough bread! It is THE BEST store bought sourdough I've had in awhile. Just a heads up, I have seen panhandlers at this location standing around outside, but not recently. read more

Aldi is exactly what I thought it would be. It looks cheap and it is cheap. This whole business about how their Euro-centric products are just as good if not better than our American brands is just garbage. Want to know why they're in your local Aldi? Because Hans and Gunehild thought they tasted lIke crap too and sent them to us. Everything I've had from Aldi is sub-par compared to its American counterpart. Ya know when you're at the Greek diner and you're looking At all of those yummy desserts in the case, but when you order them and try one you realize they're just not that great? Big fan of this Aldi! It is always well stocked no matter the day of the week. Selection is good if not better than other Aldi's in the area. The cashiers are polite and quick in getting you in and out of the check out lane. No complaints! read more

I will never go back to this Aldi's again. The people who work there are so rude. I came up here to return some rotten chicken thighs, and a skinny black woman with a top-knot told me to get in line. Line was long, and a little daunting, but then another one opened up. She got behind the register and told another person with a bunch of groceries to come up. I asked her if I could just go ahead of her because I just have ONE packet of chicken thighs. She got an attitude and told me that she told the other woman to come up, not me, and that I couldn't go in front of her. I just walked out. Moral of the story, never go to this store and never trust Aldi's meat! read more

Beautiful ample store with such great prices that if ur in a hurry must then avoid going on a Sunday. Promoting the use of reusable bags to reduce waste, environmentally minded Germany company does things somehow differently. Better bring a quarter to lend a shopping cart for your exclusive use & to avoid your vehicle being scratch in the parking lot by many not left loose; often u gotta switch it with the employee at the register to keep the constant lines of customers moving. With your cooperation + understanding of theirs store rules, u can always have a happy shopping trip. read more

I shop Decater, Scott Blvd store.... I ordered at 12:30 6/16/21 and chose a 2 hr pickup time. Today is 6/17/21. I have still not received my order. You did however place a pending charge on my debit card. Just so you know, that's 230.00 dollars of my money I cannot use ! In addition I can't get in touch with the Decatur store (GA) because you provide NO WAY that I know of to check on the status of my order ??? Apparently part of your saving me money plan is to not provide any contact number but a universal one ( 855-955- 2534 ) that only picks up to a recorded msg stating the above ... no individual store numbers because you are saving me money...I can only contact you by email...??? You however have MY mobile phone number and ask for it regularly. How bout you get in touch with me by e-mail.... (NO? didn't think so) I have received several text updates telling me how very busy you are and you will let me know when I can pick up my order... since then nothing !!!! Any thoughts ??
