Stopped in for groceries ahead of thanksgiving and we were able to fulfill most of our grocery list! The store was busy but the staff did a wonderful job at checking us out quickly. They are also knowledgeable with their products and where to find them- I was looking for some evaporated milk and chicken bouillon and the employee guided me toward the correct aisle. None of the aisles or lines were jammed while we were there. We were able to get produce, meats, cheeses and some baking/cooking supplies for right around $100. The store was organized and stocked pretty well, even with how busy it was. I also love all the Aldi finds of the week- there are so many fun and affordable treasures that are perfect for the holiday and hosting season. read more

Gone to this Aldi several times and always had good experiences. This is one of the two that is currently the closest to our house. It is easy to get in and out of with a traffic light at the main entrance. They are taking good precautions for the virus with requiring face masks, wiping down every cart, using one way aisles, and having plexi-glass protection for the cashiers. They have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies when you first walk in. After that there is the bread and snack section. I like to visit their "Aldi Finds" area where they have limited time offers on items that have been reduced and added to their shelves in limited quantities. We've never had an issue finding items here and the prices are SUPER reasonable. They were out of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and sani for awhile, like every other store. However, we have seen limited quantities of it periodically since things have slowed down - and they are doing a great job limiting quantity sold to each customer to help spread out the finds. Overall: A Great location with easy shopping and good prices! They have fresh fruit, veggies and meat for anyone looking. read more

Ok so it's been awhile since I've visited an Aldi. My experience today warrants me going here more often! First, the prices! Much cheaper than Publix, I was excited most about their produce prices! A bag of avocados and tomatoes for under 3 dollars! Exploring as I don't regularly shop here found all sorts of goodies at great prices that I'm excited to try! Simple things such as butter, cheese and eggs at better prices- but I also found some specialty items that look great also! (Fridge Calzone, Bake and eat Breadsticks, Bbq chicken flatbread pizza to name a few) Now the experience is definitely stripped down as compared to say Publix. Bring your own bags or pay 79 cents to buy a paper bag. Considering the money saved I was totally o.k. with this. I'd estimate my 86 dollars spent today would have been well over a hundred at a competitor. I found some great staples and items I'm excited to try! Now nothing beats the deli and bakery in fore mentioned store, but for staple items this definitely saved me money! I'll be trying here again soon! read more

I was shocked by how dirty this Aldi was. Granted, I came in an hour before closing, but even still this was an unsettling Aldi experience for this regular Aldi customer. 1. There were numerous veggie items that were moldy, or damaged just sitting with the other fruit. 2. They were our off several simple things I was looking for like olive oil and strawberries. 3. There was garbage. Literal trash. On the floor. Everywhere. 4. There were raw meat items in unrefrigerated sections like some sort of raw meat search and find game. I've been to several Aldi stores in the West Palm Beach and Orlando areas, but this Aldi is the largest, brightest inside, and the most organized of any of the stores I've shopped.The produce display was well done and very tempting even though we were leaving for home. The wine section seemed enormous! I didn't see as many gluten free items here as I do at my 'home' Aldi store, so I wasn't able to pick up any goodies for myself. My husband and I stopped in to pick up several cases of water and mini muffins individual packs that our son likes. We found them very quickly then headed to the check out. Long line at the register but once it was our turn (and another cashier came on duty), the cashier was efficient and pleasant. read more

This Aldi's has been recently redone and reopened 2018 Aug. If you know Aldi then this is a great new store. It's bigger than even the stand alone ones and we will see over time if they can keep everything stocked. We have had problems previous to the reopening where we just couldn't find things or they would run out. If you don't know Aldi, then be aware it's pretty cheap by mostly stocking their own brand. Their brand is quite good and I'm pleasantly surprised at the number of organics they have and as well they avoid the bad stuff in numerous items: No HFCS but sugar in many foods (not all), No Artificial Dyes in many foods, No Soybean Oil in some of the salad dressings. And their $11 box of wine is a great bargain. It's a fine table wine for a great bargain. So glad they are reopened and better than before! read more

Usually happy with Aldi's - but 4/14 bought bread dated 4/16 - it was already moldy by the 15th. Had to throw it out. Bought a bagged salad ('Little Salad Bar' brand) dated 4/21, ate some on the 14th (day of purchase) and was deathly ill (my daughter wanted to call 911!). I am about to give up on produce in Orlando. So, I must say something very special about the Aldi I usually shop at. During this trying time, this store brings a glimmer of hope and shows what customer service is all about. As I approached the entrance of the store, a young lady employee asked me if I was going to need a cart. I replied that I did. She immediately sprayed and cleaned the area where I would be touching to push the cart with disinfectant spray. She then told me that the quarter was already in the cart and please bring it back when I was done. The Aldi store was very clean and everyone inside was being respectful of social distancing. As I made my way to the registers everyone stayed on their lines so that they were not infringing on other people's personal space. And if someone accidentally stepped forward, the cashier reminded them to please stay back behind the line. The cash registers had plastic barriers to keep us separate from them. All the cashiers were wearing facemasks and gloves to keep them and us safe. I had gone to Publix the previous day and Walmart earlier that day. Neither of those stores showed me any kind of "keeping me safe" customer service. And social distancing was seemingly not a priority. None of the cashiers were wearing masks or gloves and there was no barriers at the registers. I always knew that I love shopping at Aldi. But now I love it even more! read more

Home of low prices on their own store brands. Very few national brands. This is their business model. Aldi will only carry the top selling items that a home would consume. Like everything else, know your prices. Since Aldi is a based out of Belgium, they will have a lot of products made in Germany. I tried the store brand of wine, not bad for $2.98 a bottle. I come here often to save $$ on basic things like bread and canned mushrooms etc.. pantry items or if I am in a rush grab a gallon of $2.99 milk and less than $2 dozen of eggs. I spent $20 and brought home about 30 items! I am careful with produce here and the ice cream popsicles.. Also the only meat Ive tried and enjoyed were the $1.79 bacon wrapped beef mignons! I also buy the deodrant on necessary basis when needed and their cheese hotdogs for $1.99! Their cereals and chips are not bad either! The chocolates are excellent due to its from Germany! This is like an IKEA walmart to me lol -- Small german grocery and about saving money! I barely use a shopping cart and use my recycled shopping bags to walk around and carry my items prior to checkout. Their big size Hawaiian Punch Ruby Red is $2.19 and that is regular priced! That is one item I buy often. I also like their processed sliced cheese (16) for $1.79! My best haul from here were my 89 cents generic huge silpat for baking and metal cookie dough ice cream scoopers for 99 cents! Yes they were on clearanced when I bought these! They also sell household and toy items in the middle aisle -- They had $15 cake pop makers one time and Til this day I kicked myself not purchasing one! Aldi is my first favorite grocer by far for in and out shopping! I agree about cashiers sitting down and sometimes not careful with scanning your items - I sometimes have to remind cashiers to "baby" my loaf of 99 cent bread! I absolutely love Aldi, I'm very judgey but believe me when I tell you this is one of the cleanest stores I've been to in a while. Although there's always carts in the parking lot, the inside of the store is clean , floors are always shiny and most workers have a nice positive joyful energy, there's a little blonde boy who is honestly rude , he doesn't know how to say excuse me and rolled his eyes mid conversation with me but the nice brunette lady at the checkout definitely made up for his attitude. I'd recommend firing him but management is amazing and taught their workers well! read more

The store manager where I shop refused to refund my $9.99 for a rosemary bush that I bought 2 days ago and it looked like it was dying. I thought it was cute like a little Christmas tree I would decorate it for a gift. But when I lifted the cellophane I saw it did not look good. She just refused to give me any satisfaction saying, I cannot take back a living plant. She is usually well tempered and a little nicer than she was today. Like she never saw me before and we have shopped there since the store opened, almost every week. She did not even offer to give me another plant. Aldi is just like Jesus - cheap, basic, and plentiful. Let me put your fears to rest. The Aldi off-brands are indistinguishable from name-brands. I imagine that Aldi is the brand, so if "Baker's Corner" or "Carlini" gets into hot water with some bacteria or whatnot, it's not the brand that has to do damage control, but the whole chain of food stores. I believe there have been some recalls, but do not have evidence to present as to whether they occur at a rate higher or lower to their competitors. That said, in which I said essentially nothing, I have never had an issue with Aldi foods, with the exception of some produce (potatoes) which I now check for mushiness before buying. I once served Aldi's $3 "Winking Owl" wine to someone who knew a thing or two about wines, and they liked it a lot. As far as cheap wine being better than expensive, I do have evidence to present. This is a good place to buy groceries and save a little money. And its a lot less of a hassle to shop than the giant Sedanos next door. I always pick up hummus there- it tastes like Sabra, and only costs $1.69. Their store brand salad dressing tastes like Publix brand, but costs less. The chicken and milk are...chicken and milk. They just cost a little less than anyplace else. The store is spotlessly clean, and the associates are as nice as can be. PLUS, if you ask a question, you will recieve a cheerful reply, in English. I love Aldi! If you can get past the brand names then this is the place for you. So far the only I have tried and didn't like was their spaghetti sauce. I swear I can spend $50 in there and come out with a month worth of food! They don't take credit cards, only debit. I don't believe they take checks either. If you are using store brands now, give this place a try. You'll be surprised at the quality. My daughter loves Chef Boyrdee raviolis, I can usually get 10 for $10. I decided to switch up and try the Aldi brand. the packaging looks cheesy but decided to try, it was only $.69. You can't tell the difference. I was really surprised how similar the two are, to me they tasted exactly the same I tried their Greek Yogurt, compared it with Chobani, again very similar and only $.89. They don't have everything, I was making a lasagna and they didn't have Ricotta cheese. But they sell the lasagna noodles? Oh well. I'm a lazy person, I admit it. I have gone to the Target near my house for groceries. I have gone to Publix in Baldwin Park because its close to home (i.e. - being lazy). But I will say, getting all the same things at Aldi as I would at Target/Publix saved literally $20 from what would have been a $70-$80 grocery trip. The only thing that makes me uneasy is it feels like no matter where you stand, you're in someone's way, lol. That and the clientele sometimes can be rough around the edges. This was my first trip ever to an Aldi! After hearing great things about basement level prices and good food, I was excited to visit. It was the mecca of off name brands. After being bombarded by consumerism and product branding, it felt strange walking through the aisles of obscure products. Where is the Snuggles bear? What happened to Mr. Clean?? Well you won't find 'em at this store, that's for sure! It was great for everyday items such as fruit, vegetables and canned goods. I steered away from some items noting I may be made fun of at the lunch table for my M&N's. I will be returning to Aldi and hope they build one near Celebration very soon! read more

I have been ALDI'S customer for the past years (since it was first open), this is my local grocery store. Never, I had a situation in the past. On Monday, November 12th I had the most uncomfortable situation I ever experience at a place where I give my business. I did my regular shopping as usual and when I was ready to check out the cashier (Roccio Llabres) had a rough face and her behavior toward me was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I was trying to do two separate transactions, she rang up my first one and I paid with bills of ones. The first approach this lady had to me was to tell me "move the cart here" never did she greet me, neither did she use the word "please". She steps out of her zone to move other carts (two) that were next to her register, one of the carts almost hit me and I told the cashier (Roccio) "you almost hit me with the cart" her reply was "this is why I am telling you to move". I reply to her "that the was not the right way to treat a customer" Also, I advise her to please give me a minute since I had a second transaction. Since, I felt rush I told the lady "To please take it easy" in which she responds, "that she couldn't take it easy since her employer demand for them to be fast at her job" (with a rude tone of voice). Then, when we started the second transaction, I was trying to be cordial by telling her how many cans of milk I had on my cart (24 cans total) as I usual do every time I go to this store (I buy these cans weekly). She immediately told me that I had to place ALL the cans of milk in the belt (first time a cashier advises this command), I understand that maybe she is news (since I have never seen her before) and she is trying to work a different way, which is understandable, however, it was the tone and attitude in which she approaches me. I advise to her that I was going to speak with her manager and she reply, "Go ahead". I felt discriminated since my dress code was very simple and she saw me paying the first transaction with bills of ones. It was very disturbing and uncomfortable to do both of my transactions with this person as my cashier. I ask to speak with the manager and I advise the situation and that I found this lady very unprofessional, rude, and someone that doesn't benefit to your company. The manager advises that unfortunately, I had to make my report directly via the company's website (aldi.us). Since, this store first open, I have been a faithful client (I go 2-3 days a week). I find Mrs. Llaberes an employee that doesn't fit your company's standards due to her poor customer services, professionalism, incompetence. I wish this lady the best, but her action on Monday needed to be reported. All customer should receive the same great quality services and have a good experience during their shopping. Love going here for certain things. They have really good prices on most stuff and they are very comparable to name brands. There have only been a few items through the years we have tried and not like. Some Aldi's have good fresh meat selections and this one really doesn't, occasionally you can find something that looks good and is not too expensive. We mostly shop here for our dairy, snacks, produce, and frozen items. The shopping carts are 25 cents (a quarter) but you do get it back when you return the cart. Bags also cost, I cant remember how much, but they arent much if you need them. I usually bring my own bags or use one of their empty boxes if I need it. read more

Aldi used to be less expensive than the other grocery stores in the area, but they are no longer inexpensive. some of their prices have doubled since a few months and are still rising. not only are they still rising in prices, but they have less and less inventory! this is very frustrating! they have less and less of a popular item like a type of bread, or eggs, health foods they are always out of things in this store and others. and when you ask them to get more stock, they tell you you need to come earlier in the day. well some of us do not have that option to come early in the day due to work and sleep patterns. i have been finding going there a waste of gas for the last several months. the people that work there are very nice, but work too hard and are too few. i feel sorry for them. and having few workers are not keeping the prices down. they advertise high pay, but they should get more workers at a little lesser pay so they are not wearing out the ones they have. they do have some nice items in the store , but the next time you go there are none. this use to be the best store around, not any more. read more

Most of the stuff here is some unkown brand that is probably made just for Aldi. So everything you buy is semi risky, you don't know if you will like it or not. That being said, some of the things are very good, some not so much. The imported German chocalate is unheard of brands to me, but very good. The wine was not very good. So you have to sample, take a risk and dcecide for yourself. The prices are very low, you have to pay to get a cart, and bring your own bags and bag your own purchases. I do not shop much at Aldi. It is not that I do not like the store. The times I have shopped at Aldi, I have found items to be less than other grocery stores in the area. Aldi is known for its house brand products, which keeps their prices low. The products I have tried I had much satisfaction with. Located near the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Curry Ford Road, it is conveniently located near my credit union. Otherwise, it is out of my way. So the only time I visit is when doing my banking. There are several matters regarding Aldi that I do not like. And it does not have anything to do with paying twenty-five cents for a shopping cart. For one is the layout. When you enter, there are groceries along the wall to your left, and shelve of groceries to your right. To get into the main shopping area, you have to walk down the length of the store to get to the refrigerated/frozen foods. This is to prevent shoplifting, since the only door to exit is after you checkout. It is a good idea, but when I have to walk around the perimeter of the store to get to the freezer section, it is frustrating. Especially when you find out that Aldi may not have that item in stock. All I needed on the latest visit was a bag of frozen peas and carrots for a fried rice recipe I wanted to try. As for frozen vegetables, Aldi has a good selection, but not great selection. There are frozen green peas, corn, broccoli, asparagus, and potatoes, but no peas with carrots. I know it sounds petty, but I do get disappointed when a grocery store does not have something I am looking for. Aldi does have a decent selection of packaged meats, diary products, and a few baked items. If you are shopping for the basic pantry items, this is a grocery store with good prices. Another problem I have with this Aldi location is that there are four check out lanes, but only one lane is open. I can understand when it is slow, but on a Saturday? There was a long line with people who had full carts, but if someone like me who came in to buy only a few items, you have to wait since there is no express lane. I will be honest, though. When the line became really long, a cashier opened a second register. I really do wish that a lane for shoppers with ten items or less could be kept open. Whenever I have shopped here, it is either one or two lanes open. And this location is always busy, since it is at a major intersection as well as a heavily populated area. I do not think it is a fair practice to make people wait in line since the company is saving money by not hiring another person to tend the cash register. Aldi must be doing something right, since it is always busy. And if you are buying the basic staples, you are well off shopping here. Although I have aired any dislikes, the store is always kept clean, and the employees are always courteous and friendly. And the location is convenient for many, or when you are in the area and remember that you need a gallon of milk. But if you are preparing a dish that requires some exotic ingredients, you are much better off shopping at a store with a larger inventory or a specialized grocer. read more

I really like this store! I try my very best to eat clean and healthy but that can be difficult on a tight budget. The amount of organic options this store has, at the most reasonable prices I've almost ever seen, is awesome. Their private label brands are just as good as any name brand products too. Rotten produce, bloated/dented cans, crushed boxes, filthy shopping cart area, and all within about 15 minutes of my Sunday, September 18 visit there at 11:00a that morning. It's becoming the norm to the degree now that I take pictures and send them to corporate headquarters, where I was assured previously that a regional manager would look into the problems. Is it possible that such negligence is limited only to this store? I've visited the one on Narcoosee. It's much cleaner, but much farther away, making any savings negligible. With this last visit I put the bloated/dented cans (about five or six of them) on the conveyor belt, pointed out what should have been obvious, and the cashier's response was to ask me if I wanted them anyway. The basket system is a PLUS , just hand it off to the next person entering the store and they give YOU THEIR QUARTER ! I go to this Aldi all of the time and it is a great place to shop. There are a lot of great deals on items like cereal, juice, bread and lots of other groceries. Sometimes it also has the cheapest milk in town. One of the reasons it is probably so cheap it is because they charge for bags and shopping carts are a quarter, but the money is returned. Also the service in this store is really good, the cashiers are friendly and when you need change for the shopping cart they will give it to you. Overall, Aldi is a pretty good place to shop. read more
