I don't always agree with reviews especially when it's due to no response right away. Alejandra's work speaks for itself. She's busy from the time she unlocks her shop till after closing. I went based on Yelp reviews. 2 stars because I didn't even get to sit for service. I arrived 350ish to 4pm, their door hours say they close at 6pm. Immediately upon walking in there's a girl sitting on the Pedi chair with hella attitude which asked what I was getting, I told her full set. She called out to someone who came out. The Pedi girl didn't even relay the info lol so the lady just came out and stared at me for a sec then began to say something in Spanish...so I just told the new woman who came out that I wanted a removal of old acrylics and full set. She looked at the clock. In my head they have 2 hrs, but she tells me she has to leave at 5:30 so I say ok that's fine, I'll come back another day. The vibe was weird anyway. FYI here was 1 Pedi tech and 1 nail tech working on other people so it wasn't crowded in there and it's a small place so I understood they may not service me. She tells me to wait, she needs to make a phone call. She leaves maybe about 5mins, could have been closer to 10...not sure but it was a while. She comes back and asked if I wanted a nail design and if acrylic and i tell her yes acrylic and yes design but nothing too complicated. I show her an inspo pic of the nail that I want, inspo meaning I wanted that nail shape and maybe the colors which was just a natural nail with glitter tips. She immediately said "I won't be able to do that" shakes her head and end of story. No follow up questions, no "I can't do that but I can do this"...just made me sit and waste my time lol, literally like they didn't want money or to service anyone. I was IMMENSELY disappointed on how negative the vibe was in there because it's a latina/Hispanic owned business. I love to support our people especially women but you'd think they actually would be more welcoming. I can't leave a 1-star because I can't speak to their actual work but just the interaction and the crazy negativity you feel from the girl in the Pedi chair and the other lady who had to leave at 5:30, you can just tell they love to be negative. read more

Wanted a simple manicure at the beginning and then I changed my mind and asked for acrylic and they managed to accommodate my request. The ladies are so friendly, they make you feel right at home, going above and beyond to make sure you get what you want no matter how busy they are. The BEST Latina own nail salon in the area. Ale is super detailed when it comes to getting your nails in the perfect shape with her sculpture technique. She goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out extremely satisfied. Everywhere I go I get compliments for all my sets that have been done by Ale. Wow! Their customer service is amazing here! They were so attentive to me throughout my appointment asking me if everything is okay, how's the water, no pain, let me know if you need anything. I heard them ask each customer that not just once but multiple times. They constantly checked up on us. I expressed concern on an in grown I had & typically wherever I go they are so rough & just yank the whole thing leaving me in pain, bleeding, & dreading get pedicures. When I let the nail tech know she vocalized it to her boss because she wanted to make sure it was as gentle as possible & was it! Alejandra, the owner removed my ingrown with 0 pain! I couldn't believe it! I thought ingrown nails were expected to endure some pain but nope. Again, every few seconds Alejandra would check in with me, are you okay? Does this hurt? I was in shock how she did that! She has some magical hands! Not only that, but I struggle with fungus as well. But ofc she knows how to fix that too! I wasn't able to get that service done at the time but again, I've never been to a place that truly cares & takes the time to perfect and learn and get trained with services like this. They are EXTREMELY cautious and sanitary on the process( someone else was there getting it done) I've always struggled with fungus and no nail salon has ever cared, or educated me, or even offered services for that. I learned how horrible & contagious it is. I never realized how unsanitary & little training other salons are after coming here. Another thing to note: I'm pregnant so I have been really careful & selective where I go , I have not found a place I can trust. Here, everything is sanitized and packaged. They sanitized each customer right when they get off their chair. There were only 4 customers there which I like because they weren't rushing to get more appointments they take their time & focus on the customer. I rarely leave yelp reviews, but this place definitely deserves one! I absolutely fell in love with this spot, I loved the atmosphere, attitude, and overall experience. The girls took their time, they explained everything to me and answered any questions that I may have. My nails have seriously never felt or looked better. It was worth every penny, and I have spent a good amount on my nails in the past and they have never felt or looked this good and I have never left a spot feeling this way. First off let me start by saying that I never leave reviews. It's rare. I have been looking for a Salon that does amazing work. Based on the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did. I rushed home and was so excited I had to write this. I got a pedi and Mani. The quality of work was stellar. The polish was applied properly I had no cuticles left over. Usually at other places they never do a good job at removing the stuff. My pedi was great. I got extensions on my big toes as they are shorter since I'm growing them out. They are perfect. Not thick or clumpy my toes look incredible. Prices for their services are so reasonable. The place is clean, all of the staff is friendly. Customer service is A+. I'm so happy I found this place. Its bad enough that when you go to an asian ran nail business they talk about you in thier language. But when you go to your own race I never thought they would speak about you too...my daughter went and she is not fluent but understands and all these ladies did was talk crap about her. She is young but makes money working hard and had no problem paying so I dont know why she was treated so badly. She came out crying. These ladies are rude and rushed her in choosing a color. They color she asked for they would not do which was a basic pastel lavender. She wanted a set of nails that she had a picture of basically replicated and they told her they would not do it after they told her over the phone that they would. It wasnt copyrighted art it was a basic set of aura nails. Her nails were done poorly and did not come out the way she had imagined. She still tipped the nail lady $10 when she should have walked out the moment they started to be rude and pressure her into something she didnt even want! Not a great experience! This was the much needed escape and the best way to begin my Christmas vacation. From the first interaction via Yelp messenger, Alejandra was prompt and professional in her response. She answered all 85 of my questions (lol), and booked me at a time that fit my schedule perfectly. There is a $25 booking fee, but it goes towards your service and ensures your time and hers will not be wasted! Fast forward to the day of my appointment; I was running a couple of minutes late due to a late pick up for one of my students, but Alejandra was accommodating, did not have attitude, and still ensured my full set would come out perfect! I got a GelX medium sized set with matte burgundy gel polish and each nail was filed and fitted to match my nail bed shapes. I can't sing enough praises for the quality of my nails... once finished I was then sat down and given a pedicure, but forgive me for not remember the girls name. I should have asked because she is AMAZING! Her touch is gentle and her energy is beautiful. I went with the only pedicure option that makes sense, the one with the scrub, mask, and other bells and whistles (of course lol). My ingrown nails were fixed and not in a manner that consisted of hacking away. Yes, it was tender and there was pain, but omg the relief she gave my feet when she was done! The polish job is beautiful and I can't sing enough praises for the relaxation and quality in her work.. the price is fair considering the products used, enhancements offered, cleanliness, customer service, and environment (I have worked as a nail tech in a top spa, so take my word for it).
