Not bad at all with prices, I'm talking less then $15 for men's haircuts and of course having modern training here helps. The place is not on the top of the list as far as circuses, but it has its points. Check out the photos. I like the fact that it is simple and understated and has a look of old school salon in a way. With its Grey and white sponged painted walls, it does make you think of an old salon. Its really not bad though. A bit on the small side with just 3 stations, but it didn't seem crowded when I went, and I am sure although it does, I called first and asked my friend if by chance she had an opening to fit me in her schedule. She did and of course I was happy. Parking is abundant since you are across the street from the racetrack, and it really doesn't get used most of the time so of course you have your selection of parking spots. I was happy that right in front there it was, the perfect spot. Also though if in the slim chance that there is no parking (very slim) you can also park going through the alley in the side of the building, ample space for parking also. I have sat in a hairstylist chair for 3-4 hours and I thought that is just how things are. I was looking for a new hairstylist as my previous person changed his hours and I could not make it work. This is especially because it always took so long. I tried another person who took longer. Getting my hair done became an act of procrastination as well as a Tetris act. I'm a single mom, own a business and have a personal life. Sitting in a chair for 5 hours was hard. The time came when I could wait no longer. I knew of this place and it was 5 minutes away from me. People seemed to like it and they had an opening for me on Saturday at 2. In my mind I thought "there goes my Saturday" and planned on being there until 6pm. I figured I would have them cut another day if the color took too long. I moved my plans around because I thought I had no choice. I arrived at 2pm and I was done at 3:30 with color,highlights and a beautiful cut. I am amazed by the quality of the cut, and efficiency. I am never going anywhere else again.
