Alex is one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with -- very kind and courteous, prices work fairly, and is willing to negotiate if push comes to shove. During the install, his team accidentally screwed up a couple sprinklers that are right next to the driveway, but once I let Alex know, he and another employee came out and fixed it right away, free of charge. They do irrigation too, so it was an easy decision. A few weeks later, I had him come out and apply a clear seal to the driveway to prep for winter. This was more than a total gut job, with scope including: new supply plumbing, breakers, wiring, floors, shower, window, and ceilings. Needless to say, we needed a GC who could bring a breadth of experience. I'm not going to add the before pictures, but the old bathroom was in complete disrepair, poorly laid out, and badly dated--the results, we feel, are beautiful and functional. Sean and I selected the tiles and fixtures--Carlos was very flexible with building our vision for the space. CNTC was creative working around constraints such as proximity to the foundation, immobile ducting, and drain lines for the upstairs bathroom. He rolled with the punches when new issues were discovered to make sure the work got done right. The crew was polite, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. 10/10, will use again.
