Then, I was shocked to see 30% of the circular tub filled with clear water. Waiting much longer and I would have had a flooded floor in my laundry room area. Fortunately, Alek took my call, and in less than a minute, he knew the problem and he came to my home that Friday morning. It took him about 15 min. to diagnose the problem, ordered the needed part, and came back Monday morning to fix the problem. The best thing is, he showed up on time, was friendly, diligent, hard-working, kept me up to date on the ordering/receiving of the needed part. He ordered the part over the weekend when you would expect normal delays, but he arrived first thing Mon. morning with the new part. Within a half hour, he completed the job, and was out the door. I had an issue with the water filter on my refrigerator. I called Aleks around 10:00 a.m., and he said he could be at my home between 1 and 3. He sent a message that his ETA was 1:25.
