During my last visit, for a prescription lens replacement, I was very disappointed. For a simple single prescription it was almost $200 for lenses only! when they were ready, I did not receive any call back that my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up. when I picked up my glasses. I was asked to try them to make sure I could see out of the prescription which I could. But in the past, the technician would sit with me and make sure that the arms of my glasses were aligned, and he would bend them to make sure I had a good fit, he made sure that his customer was satisfied . I didn't find that this past week. Basically they wanted to make sure I could see and sent me off on my way. They gave me two tiny alcohol eyeglass wipes, which were dried up when I opened them . this is why we see many stores closing...great customer service matters and if we aren't appreciated we shop online, and get better prices. I don't think I will be going back here. They've lost that personal touch, which I had appreciated in the past.

The staff were so friendly and empathetic. The doctor himself was knowledgeable, down to earth and truly cared about my eye. The 2nd pair took more than 2 weeks to get, and I realized it didn't have the anti-reflective protection which I thought was standard and was never even told there was an extra charge for it. I brought them back and was told then that there was an extra charge, and despite being more than 30 days, they'd give it to me for half off. Except, it was less than 2 weeks, and they never gave me that option or told me it would cost more! In the end, my BOGO was more like if you buy 2 pairs, you will get 20% off. Since it only included the frames (about $100) and basic lenses. Everything that cost a lot had to be paid twice anyway. Unless you need basic minimal prescription glasses, do not fall for this scam!

The cashier was not patient, her body language and words commanded and meant to me. I complained with the employee at customer service, but she said that the cashier is the nicest one! That maybe because she is tired! She asked me "what do you want?"! How do you think about these two people treated BJ's customer? I love to shop at Bj.
