You can tell they have pride in every dish that they offer to the public. The presentation of each dish is very beautiful and just makes you want to order more of those healthy Mediterranean items. We actually had a doc appt in the building just across the street so we came here and I'm so glad we did! If you like Mediterranean food you will love this place! It's a quaint place. The food is delicious. We got the hummus with warm pita super good! The bowl and Gyro was just as delicious! And yes they said the fried were crispy well YES they were! Some of the best fries I've had in a while. You will not be disappointed coming to Aleppo's Kitchen. To start off the ambiance was fantastic. The service was fantastic. Our servers name was Elizabeth aka Liz. She is the best and even the other server checked on me also. Every time we are down in Orange County, we always make sure to stop at Aleppo's. It is the best Mediterranean food you've ever had! At one point, they randomly put a small container with nuts (about the size of a shot glass). We ate it, they were nothing special. Get the bill later, it was $2. SO GOOD! I went to Aleppo's Kitchen last week and loved it. My family is from the Middle East and specifically Aleppo so I love traditional food. They have items on the menu that are hard to find at other locations. I had the Muhammara Dip, very smooth and delicious. I also had the Mediterranean fries which is an interesting twist on fries they have cheese and tomatoes with herbs very good. I ordered the shish tawook which is chicken breast kebab. Our waitress was very nice and the owner's son came to say hello and gave us a complimentary small plate of baklava. The design inside is very traditional with small hookah type ornaments on the tables. Overall very hospitable and friendly service with fantastic food I am so glad I came here and I will be back anytime I am in Orange County. read more

I had high hopes for this place. With so many positive reviews I was sure it would be authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. I ordered three items, hummus side, kefta plate, and chicken shawarma wrap. The ultimate disappointment was the wrap. It tasted like a Chinese chicken salad wrap. There was no toum (garlic paste) no arab style pickles and the wrap was lacking an abundance of chicken. The hummus and the kefta are what warrants my 3 stars. They were delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating and coming up and checking on us throughout our meal. I went around lunchtime on a Sunday and we were the only customers. The restaurant is located in a plaza with ample parking out front. Overall, it was a nice, clean establishment with great service but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more
