But today, when Kim kindly asked another nail tech (Nicky) for help with a design I wanted, the experience turned very uncomfortable. Nicky immediately responded with attitude, quoted $15 per nail without explanation, and when I asked why, she spoke to me in a condescending, disrespectful tone -- even saying things like, "Do you know how to do my job? Do you think this is easy?" This isn't the first time Nicky has been rude; she's treated my sisters poorly in the past as well. It's really disappointing to feel disrespected while just trying to get my nails done. Kim is wonderful and professional, but the overall experience was ruined.
