Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.
