I had the great fortune of choosing Rodman Amiri to represent me in purchasing my home in Newport…read moreCoast. Rodman is a true professional. He leaves nothing to chance by handling every aspect of the transaction himself never delegating a thing. His attention to detail is remarkable. He read through every document that was sent to us even the lengthy HOA documents. He caught an error on title that no one else saw. He also worked diligently with insurance providers to get me insured in time despite our short escrow. As a high value property in a fire risk zone this was a remarkable feat as anyone familiar with California home insurance can attest to. Rodman takes great pride in his work and knows how to negotiate the best deal possible while keeping both parties on good terms. He knew how to address each party's concerns in a calm manner that was reassuring to everyone involved. Attached is a photo of myself on the left and the seller on the right on closing day. As you can see, we both walked away from the deal very happy and I credit that 100% to Rodman's exceptional professionalism. I look forward to working with Rodman again when the time comes. Thanks for everything Rodman! You're the best!

The whole process was a challenging one (not brought on by anything we could have controlled). Oscar stood by me, communicating each step along the way. He tolerated my anxieties that crept up, and did what he had to do to get the transaction done--always keeping my interests in mind. I would like to thank him for being a hardworking, honest buyer's agent and helping me buy a home that I am very excited about. If it weren't for Oscar, I never would have known about the property, as I wasn't even considering Manhattan Beach as an option. Funny how life works!

I've lived in many complexes , and I've never gone through this before. They are crooks! I've never seen so many tenants moving out of an apartment as I've seen here. Within the two years I was there, almost every neighbor around me moved out. The plumbing is so old that my garbage disposal always got clogged and would flood the kitchen by leaking through the dishwasher. And I made sure I didn't put anything down the disposal.if your neighbor clogged his disposal, yours will be clogged too! To top it all off, there are roaches and once there are roaches somewhere you can't get rid of them no matter what you do! Not to mention the manager LOURDES YANKOWY is venting her marital problems to me for over one hour she wasted my time with her unprofessionalism about her cheating husband! Please be careful! Don't rent here! It's endless problems !

My partner and I recently completed an exhaustive apartment search in the South Bay. Hands down,…read morethe JRealty team was the most enjoyable to work with, and inevitably where we've chosen to make our next home. We visited 2 communities, contacted the corporate office several times, and ran through the application process as well. Dylan is stellar-- by far the easiest person I've worked with from application to approval. He is extremely prompt, diligent, kind and knowledgeable. We were showed homes by Bruce and Daniel who were both wonderful as well. Definitely experts on their respective properties and genuinely care about their communities and residents. It's apparent JRealty is fair, and quality in the scheme of landlord of the South Bay. Highly recommend based on our experience so far.

I've spent 6 months trying to resolve a parking issue at one of JRealty's properties, and the…read moreexperience has been incredibly frustrating. Management admitted in writing that another tenant was given a second parking space in error on their lease. They also admitted they recommended removing that space because it was causing problems. The vehicle associated with this improperly assigned parking space occupies an area that is not identified as a parking spot on the parking map that was provided to me by management. Instead of being parked in a designated space, the vehicle extends into the common driving and maneuvering area tenants must use to access their assigned parking spaces causing daily risk damage to my vehicle. Whats even more revealing about this company is how the issue was handled! I repeatedly raised concerns that the parking arrangement could present code, safety, or fire access issues. Rather than addressing the problem directly, I was told management was waiting on city inspection results and that those results could affect the outcome. Months later, I was informed that the inspection they had me waiting for was actually a habitability inspection and that the specific parking location I had been complaining about was not one of the spaces that was evaluated. Think about that! I was led to believe the inspection would address my complaint, only to later find out that the disputed parking space had never been reviewed at all. I spent months waiting for inspection results that never actually addressed the parking issue at the center of the dispute. Even after admitting the parking space was assigned in error, admitting the situation was problematic, and acknowledging that the disputed space wasn't evaluated during the inspection, management still has not provided a meaningful solution. I have attached screenshots of the emails so people can read the correspondence and draw their own conclusions. Based on my experience, get everything in writing. Keep every email, save every photograph, and document every interaction. The only reason I was able to uncover the inconsistencies in management's explanations was because I maintained a complete paper trail. Without it, this would have been reduced to my word against theirs.

From our very first consultation call, my wife and I knew this team would be the ones to get the job done and would go above and beyond to represent us in a highly competitive real estate market. There was never any pressure from them. We could move as fast or as slowly as we wanted, and they respected our pace every step of the way. They were always available and accommodating when it came to showings and open houses. What we appreciated most was their honest and insightful opinions about the properties we toured -- details that only experienced realtors would notice, and things you might never even consider as a first-time home buyer. They are always available to hop on a call and quickly respond to texts for any question (trust me we had a lot). When we finally found a home we loved, they walked us through the offer process and helped us craft a competitive offer that allowed us to stand out. Escrow was completely stress-free, as they arranged inspections and coordinated everything so seamlessly. There was a small hiccup the day before our closing -- through no fault of this team whatsoever -- but they were immediately on top of it, working swiftly with our lender, escrow agency, and insurance agent to ensure we closed right on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance the team at Hirano Homes provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them, and I am so glad we did -- because we ended up with the perfect home for us!

This was extremely helpful as I was not as familiar with the area compared to my husband or them. Mia was our main point of contact and helped us schedule tours and answer any questions we had about properties or the home buying process in general. Mia was amazing and called the listing agents within a day of us sending her the listings and was able to schedule tours within the next day or two. She goes above and beyond and would visit the property prior so she can point things out to us when we walk through. If that wasn't possible, she would extensively research it and ask the listing agent about it to make sure she was well-informed and able to answer all our questions. We were first-time homebuyers and everyone at Hirano Homes - Mia, Derek, Rojo - made the process so seamless. It moved very quickly, but they made it easy and manageable for us. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to others!!

Jessica has been a godsend from the property management world in handling my mother's house. I live…read morein another state, and was extremely lucky to have found her via an online search a few years ago; through these reviews, actually. At the time, my lovely, but aging mom was struggling to work on a project with neighbors to replace some fencing, so I looked around online to find someone who would be willing to help her handle it, and potentially other tasks, on an hourly basis. Not all property managers will work on an hourly basis for those who aren't under contract. Jessica responded very quickly, and Yes! she would be happy to help my mom for a (reasonable) hourly rate. That project went well with Jessica's handling...and she didn't even end up charging my mom for her assistance! How's that in this day and age? When it came time for my mom to move into a retirement community and rent her house out, I did my due diligence and checked out a few property management options, partially because Jessica had moved out of state and I didn't know that she had returned to stay. As well, she was a new mom (of a darling!) and I hadn't realized that she was still so all over everything property management. Some of the other options I came across were either incredibly expensive with strangely restrictive contracts or fees were structured in a complicated manner that wouldn't allow me to accurately estimate what they would be. Jessica's fees are straightforward and reasonable. Jessica is very down-to-earth, and friendly, yet a responsive, responsible, intelligent, and astute businesswoman who gets things done. She arranged everything to get my mom's house ready to rent, including handling the uncomfortable situations and fallout involving two difficult neighbors. And when we had boxes of belongings still in the garage that needed to be stored, she arranged that, as well as mailed boxes to my family, herself, at UPS. You won't regret putting your rental in her capable hands!
